I had an appointment for 2:00pm. I have never been before. I pull in and it looked great, i had no doubts. My boyfriend came with me just to check the place out and he thought it was a great looking place. We enter the customer service door to check in. The window is closed and I see no one at the desk, no worries because that often happens at places like this, there are other things to be done. So we wait about 5 minutes before ringing the bell. As soon as I ring the bell, I hear an extremely rude voice tell me from behind the wall, "Um, I'm sitting right here, I'll be right there." My boyfriend and I immediately look at each other like wow did she really just speak to me like that? So I called the shop Engine-New-Ity right down the street and got an appointment on the same day. Your shop lost a customer before even serving one, thanks to the woman who I'm positive doesn't work half as hard as the mechanics in the actual shop. Unfortunately I wasnt able to see how hard they work, because the woman who's job it is to take care of the customers has zero customer service skills. I will never be back, and I will not recommend this shop to anyone.

Great service and work. Needed to have my front struts replaced on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I had some lowering springs already installed on them currently and wanted to keep them, the other places I was quoted would not do the work to keep the springs and or were all way over priced. However Heather checked with her mechanic Joe and he said he could do it easily as he had worked on many of vehicles in past with lowering springs. They did the work and the price was great. Local shops who charge fair price. I will most likely be going back soon to replace my brakes.

Me and my fiancee walk in with high hopes. It was a shop much like the ones I grew up in. I'm more than certain that the mechanics are as good as they look and am also certain we would have been taken care of. With that being said, the immediate line of defense being a receptionist.. She should be absolutely courteous and respectful. Customer service is a must. And their receptionist did not have that. These people lost a customer before they were even able to touch the car. I would have loved to give Pat's my business. But I'm not going to if that is going to be my experience every time I walk into the door.

CONSUMER BEWARE!! The worst service, mechanic who claimed he knew everything broke the band and tire sensor on the tire. Worst part is they tie wrapped it back on to make it look just fine. Only to find all this out later and they put the wrong size tire on the vehicle. Horrible mechanics and service!!

So today we took our car to Pat's auto for emissions, and the woman who is supposed to customer service supportive,was as rude as anyone could be,her attitude was hostile and rude,I'm not sure how your customers deal with this woman,but.....she had alot to learn on manners and being respectful, I am a waitress,and if I ever talked to customers the way she did our doors would be closed....please be aware of how your employees talk to your customers, it can make or break your business

Simply the best: My father always fixed our cars on his own. As he started to age, he began to look for help. As an educated consumer though, none were quite right - until he found Pat. I honestly feel lucky to have them on speed-dial, should anything happen to my transportation, which I count on for a long, daily commute. Visiting Pats is like visiting an old friend - Heather runs a fantastic front office and is one of the most charming people you’ll ever meet. On my way to the beach for the week I Heard a screeching noise coming from the tire. I googled mechanics in the area and Pats came up. I read the reviews and called for an appointment we drop the car off the next day. pats had exceptional customer service they fixed my car within two days and I had it before I left vacation. I busted 2 tires on the way to work had to have my vehicle towed and didn't know the area very well so I googled Auto service places and found Pat's Auto Center. They had a good rating so I picked them and had my vehicle towed there it was dropped off before they opened at 8:00am, they called me promptly the man I talked to suggested a different tire then I currently had but it saved me about $35 a tire. They are great looking tires name brand. The timing of everything was right on as I was told. Other than the tire pressure being different in every tire when I left I was very pleased with the service.

Great service! Nice to be able to stay local and receive great service for our vehicles. They replaced my truck's alternator. Great place for oil change, tires and brakes! One of the coils went on my Volvo on my way into work, had me back on the road within hours! Highly recommend.
