Stay Away!!!! Just moved to N. Kingstown and needed a state inspection. Car was 2014 Subaru and everything worked fine. I left with a charge for $30 for a some tail light bulbs.... Really $30?? One week later the same lights went out. I took it back in thinking they would apologize and fix in good faith. Boy was I wrong! They fixed the bulbs but charged me another $30. They said it was my fault or that the bulbs were different. Terrible customer service and they don't stand behind their work. Plenty of other places to get service... Never again.

I had 4 brand new tires put on in November. Since, I've been back 5 times because my tire pressure light continues to come on. On the fourth time this happened, I paid over $110 dollars to have a new sensor put in which I was told was the problem. Sure enough the light came on again about a month later! I brought it back and asked for an oil change also. They charged me full price for the oil change and said they don't see anything wrong with the tires they're all just low on air. How are 4 brand new tires low on air 5 times in a 6 month span? Also, they claimed I haven't brought it back 5 times and that I only brought it back once. I'll be taking my business elsewhere because clearly something was not done correctly on the original installation.They also don't provide the proper customer service to ensure they correct their mistakes and compensate people for their wasted time over and over again!

The only place to go for repairs, inspections and tires. They are very honest and won't tell you that you need something when you don't. They do not use scare tactics on their customers. They are usually very busy but will always squeeze you in. Highly recommended.

Benchmark service and workmanship quality! Came in for a slow leak that I had on one tire. It took them about 40 minutes to fix. Apparently that was too slow for their standards, because they insisted that the service was on the house due to the delay (which I hardly noticed anyway!) Fantastic service and friendly employees, and my tire has held up 100% since they repaired it.

Have come here for a long, long time and service was always great. Called 3 weeks ago for an appt for last Friday for breaks and two tires and spoke to a younger man and when I got there he said I had no appt for the breaks but they could take it in and see and do the tires. After one and a half hours there he said will be 2 more hours if you want the breaks done but we can do the tires and I said fine but could not stay another two hours and made an appointment for today at ten to get the breaks done and 2 more tires. I called Tuesday to ask if I could change my appt to 3 pm and he said fine. I got there at three today and was told I was supposed to be there at ten. My adrenaline kicked in because I have tried to plan this so carefully to fit my schedule of working full time and helping to take care of my elderly parents. They said they would do the job and took my keys but I thought about it and decided I was too frustrated to be there so I asked for my keys back. When asking for them back I spoke to the older guy, who is always there and is the manager, i told him I was frustrated and why and I said you know me I am a nice person, meaning I am not one to usually get upset, and he said to me well I am a nice person too with an attitude like this was all not a big deal. He didn’t get why i said I wanted my keys back cause this was all no big deal attitude I got from him. His attitude about me leaving was that this should not supposed to be frustrating for me and that was the last straw for me and I left.

Been coming here for as long as I can remember. The customer service is great and the prices are fair but they mess something up every time I switch out my snow tires. Last year they blew them up to 60 psi when it was suppose to be 30. Yikes. This year they put the snow tire on the rim incorrectly and I got a flat tire. Someone else owned the car before me and whenever I come in to have it serviced they still have my car attached to the old info. I update it each time with them and each time I come in they can't find me in the system. Check their work and stay on top of things.

I've brought vehicles in on more than one occasion in an emergency with tire issues. In all instances, the staff has been friendly, courteous and got back to me with a proper solution quickly. I'd also like to point out that in one such incident the best path they recommended for me was one that ultimately sent me somewhere else because they were honest that they couldn't resolve the issue as quickly as others could. This kind of "customer first" focus will always make them my "go to" location when I'm in a pinch.

Have been doing business with them for years, Have bought numerous sets of tires form them , all at good pricing. Just went for a tire rotation and balance. Tire balancing is way over priced, rotation are supposed to be free. was charged nearly 18.00 per tire for balance. Took the wife's car to Dealer, two days before, same exact make and model car, for rotation and balance and was only charged 59.95. I am now rethinking where I will do my business.

Place is a joke. Brought in my Lincoln MKZ for them to diagnose a vibration in my steering wheel and throughout the car. A day later they tell me that the tires were off balanced and its now fixed. NOPE, issue is still there. So I bring it back in, they tell me the tires need to be rotated, ok go ahead, NOPE issue is still there. So, I bring it back, giving them the benefit of the doubt. A day later they tell me the rear brakes need full replacement, pads, rotors, AND calipers and that the job would cost $800 just for the rear?? So, me being mechanically inclined and on a budget, I went and replaced the brakes with a friend who is a mechanic, cost me about $250 overall. ISSUE IS STILL THERE. Needless to say, the issue is still there and they were simply looking to make a quick buck($800) off of me. Who makes these assumptions, do you guys just look at the vehicle and say yup brakes! that'll fix it! Never coming back to this joke establishment again, they can't even do TIRES RIGHT!

I checked around and they were by far the highest rated tire shop around. The place is clean and there is a comfortable waiting room. I felt like I received good treatment because I offered to pay for an alignment with my new tires, but they said it was not necessary. They would have received 5 starts except that my appointment was at 3:30 and I didn't get out until just after 5pm. The issue was not that it took that long to do the work - my car sat in the parking lot for at least a half-hour.

I brought my car there to get tires replaced without issue. Apparently, they aren't good for anything beyond that. I brought my car in because the brakes needed to be replaced. For front and rear brakes on a Cobalt, they wanted to charge me $900! I brought it to my trusted mechanic in Lincoln, Landry's Automotive, and they charged me half the amount. Absolutely absurd to charge $900 for brakes. Never again!

Last year I went to Tire Pro and purchased 4 tires....I informed the sale person that I wanted a specific tire saved as a spare ( it was in good shape)...Well, they put the spare on the wrong rim.....did not put the spare back under the car (SUV) in the right position....and get ready.....put the lug nuts back on whereby I could not remove the tires....prior to re-mounting the tires, I asked the clerk not to put the lug nuts back by using the "impact" gun, but to put them on by hand....If I ever had a flat tire somwehere I could not have changed the tire.....I had to go to a friend of mine that had a compressior to remove the lug nuts and replace them by hand.....I dont think its right that the customer's request is not followed through on...I WILL NOT RETURN TO THAT STORE AGAIN....and after reading some of the reviews I will tell my friends to stay away from there also.....
