This is a great place! I have been coming to United Tire of East Caln for a long time. Frank and his team are very good and very fair. I drive over 40 mins to come to this location to bring my 06 Hummer H3 and 08 Toyota Prius (320,000 miles). The waiting area is very clean and they are very accommodating. If you need tires, repairs, or general service this is the place I would suggest. Thank you for all of your help Frank and team!

This place rocks! I had a punctured tire after work and stopped by to discuss new tires; they stayed open past their close time to go over options and pricing. They even informed me that they would price match competitors. I left, and stopped by when they opened the next day at 7AM - they were able to fit me in, put on new tires all around, and even give me a great price! Highly recommended, you can't go wrong with United Tire!

First time customer who went on a whim to try out the shop. I really appreciate being able to get in early next day and doing the job efficiently so I could get to the office at a reasonable time. This location has great equipment and an upcoming floor flush alignment rack coming for exotic, luxury and race vehicles! So no worries about broken fascias, lips, engine trays, etc. Owner is an automotive enthusiast and knows a lot in regards to the industry. which is a plus. Techs are knowledgeable as well. Not your normal tire shop there are services done beyond just tires at this location.

I have been going to United Tire at this location for probably close to 15 years. They have earned by trust time and time again. Over the years have serviced at least 5 cars in my family. They are great guys, honest, and the the job done! They communicate well, and don't try to get you do have work done that can wait. Highly recommended

About a year ago I made the mistake of buying chrome stem valve caps for my SUV and the caps bonded to the stem valves this winter, making them impossible to remove. After speaking to Frank the owner about it, he informed me up front about the potential damage those caps cause and that the sensors could also be damaged, which could result in costly repairs. I brought the car over, and he successfully removed all caps personally, with no damage to the sensors. He also very kindly did not charge me for his time. Having never been here before, I was so grateful to have found this place today. Thank you Frank & team, and I will be recommending you to friends and family going forward!

Today was actually the first time using this establishment. I was blown away by a great group of guys who were super friendly and very knowledgeable. I worked with Frank, who was amazing and helped me out big time. He was also quite straightforward, open and honest with me, which is something that is rare these days. The entire experience was awesome, I plan on using these guys for everything I can, maintenance, tires, etc. Thank you so much for being "one of the good guys"!!

Frank and Paul were more than helpful with setting up any service needed. Their scheduling was flexible and the pretty much worked around my schedule. The technicians are very knowledgeable, they replaced a clutch on my 2012 Audi which is not an easy task. I take my car here for every single service and my car is running fantastic, at almost 100,000 miles and still running strong. This shop is highly recommended and whenever anyone needs recommendations on service this is the first place that comes to mind.

I once gave this place a great review because I felt that they did good work and weren't trying to rip me off....but that has completely changed. Ever since their service guy Bill C. left it went downhill. The quality of service started slipping and they replaced him with the typical hard sell guy at the front counter that gives you that phony alarmist attitude about how anything with your car is soooo bad (i.e. this is really gonna cost you a lot of your hard earned money!!) We had been taking 3 cars there for several years, but the last (and final) time I will ever set foot in that place they did shoddy work and tried to rip me off for an extra $100 ! They "accidentally" included an extra hundred dollar charge on the bill. Folks, whatever happened to the days when the service station went down each line item to explain the charges on your bill? This place doesn't do it so you don't look too close and they can squeeze a few more dollars out of you. When I questioned it they had no choice but to refund it because it was obviously a double charge. How could they be so sloppy knowing I could barely come up with the money for the $1600 repair. That was all to get my check engine light out. Which, by the way, two months later, comes on and off randomly. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY HAVE TURNED INTO CROOKS.

Visiting SE Pennsylvania, from Rochester, NY, for college lacrosse games March 5-8. While driving on a local highway, I hit one of PennDOT’s infamous potholes (more like a crater!) damaging the sidewall of my front passenger Goodyear UltraGrip snow tire on my company Ford Fusion. Snow tires are not the standard in these parts and are not generally stocked like they are back home. After calling a few places....including the corporate Goodyear store, without any luck, I called United Tire and spoke with owner Frank Fiordalisi. It turns out, they are just across the highway from our hotel! I drove over for Frank to assess the damage, and he called several distributors until he found my exact tire. The next morning, the tire was delivered, the tire was replaced, the alignment adjusted and even got my oil changed as requested by the fleet management. All this while a major snow storm was moving through the region. A huge thanks to Frank and his associate Alan, for incredible customer service, great communication and saving me a lot of aggravation, a possible random tire replacement as well as an unwanted extended hotel stay. I’d give 10 stars if that was an option.

They did a wonderful job, were very informative, and fit me in quickly compared to other places I’ve dealt with. Top notch team with great prices. These guys are great. I just got a rebate card in the mail that they submitted the application for. That's really appreciated since I've missed getting other tire rebates in which really stinks. They also fit me in very quickly one day that we were on our way to catch a flight but had what turned out to be a cracked wheel. They got the spare on quickly so we didn't miss our flight and the replacement wheel was reasonably priced.
