Driving by I heard employees of this establishment were shouting profanities across the parking lot to the labor strike at AT&T. I have no idea what sort of professional environment in which you are allowed to shout those things while on the job. You tell me you think you would be fired if you did that to potential customers? This is a federally protected right in America. Real great people, I wouldn't trust these clowns to change a windshield wiper if they were $100 dollars less than the competition. Anyone with common decency should avoid this business, I hope they go out of business and every one of them is jobless.

Love this place! Reliable, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable service. I bought my tires here less than a year ago. Great tires, by the way. Today there was a slow leak in one of my tires so I called to see if they could look at it. I was told to bring it in whenever I could. I took it in around 11:30 a.m. with no appointment. They fixed my tire and I was out of there within an hour. Turns out I had a nail in my tire. They fixed it for free. I wouldn't go anywhere else for tire service!

These guys as far as the tire sales are hard to beat. Not only do they have the best tire prices they have free rotation and if you ever get a nail they fix it for free,the right way not just a plug. Serving the community for many years thanks guys!

They came recommended, and while I also would recommend them there are a couple of things that I was unhappy about. While I am a very patient person being quoted an hour to replace all 4 tires on my car and it ultimately taking over 2 hrs was a bit disappointing. With no updates. Also the female receptionist could try and be a little more engaged with the transaction instead of worrying about her personal phone while checking customers out. Otherwise I am happy and will suggest this place.

I asked them to do a front end alignment on my truck. After driving it a while and sensing a problem, I took it back in for them to recheck the alignment. They deferred the issue to the condition of my tires being from '08 and a few lbs under pressure and refused to recheck my alignment even after I had waited all day from 11:30 am appointment (they checked the truck closer to 5:30 pm that day). I am a certified mechanic and was aware that my tires were near the end of their useful life, but my tires were worn evenly and should have had very little to no bearing on alignment. Fast forward- I replaced my tires w/ brand new BFG'S and headed to Nashville. Clearly evident after several hundred miles that my front tires were wearing unevenly. Truck started ducking all over the road by the time I arrived in Nashville. Shop in Nashville redid alignment, said my camber was out on one side, caster out on the other side, and that toe-in was wayyyy off. I think I saved my tires in time, but very disappointed.

they rip off their customers by telling them other things need replaced when they actually dont. they tried that with me years ago and i will never be back. plus i also found out that when i would go for an oil change, that they werent even changing the oil or filter. it was all black and almost destroyed my engine!! AVOID THEM at all costs!!!!

I bought Michelin tires there, with that I get free tire rotation every five thousand miles. I go get an oil change and tire rotation. You make an appointment so you don't have to wait an extremely long time. Everyone is polite and you can watch TV while you wait.

Look no further. If you want to support a great locally owned business that provides great rates and service, this is your place! I was between getting new tires at Costco or Tire Mart and made the right choice. Almost a year after we got new tires put on, my wife found a nail in her tire that was causing a slow leak. A quick visit this morning with no charge, and our car was all fixed up and back on the road. Now that's service! We will be using Tire Mart in the future for any tire needs.

4-18-2018- Tire Mart and Everyone there is awesome! I called, Karleigh, said booked into next week, I needed 1 tire, LF to match the RF just replaced Monday that I took in from another vehicle! She said come in tomorrow after 2, they fit me in and it was done in Notime! I have been going there since they opened like 50 years ago, but Karleigh didn't know me from anyone, took good care of me! I asked, she has only been there since Feb. and doing great! This is a great old fashioned family owned business that will give you the straight needs of your vehicle, what it needs now, what could wait! They do not sell you what you don't need, cheating you like alot of places do! They will even refer you to another service place (that also won't cheat you), if the other place can do the job quicker and cheaper then they can! They started selling and mounting tires in their family home garage, now expanded to an 11 Bay, 1st Rate Service Place! Front end alighnment is excellent! They will print out a report to show the specs and your adjusted settings! Free coffee, TV and Phone Charging station while you wait! Best Tire/Service place Anywhere! Give them a try!

Had tires mounted and balanced on my 2017 Shelby GT350 here on Saturday August 25th, 2018. The technician that mounted and balanced our tires recommended an alignment. I was aware the car needed an alignment and the technician was extremely nice and we thought we’d take it back for an alignment... The very next day August 26th, my TPMS sensor failed. No big deal, they fail sometimes. So, on Wednesday August 29th I call to schedule an appointment at 1:00pm for the alignment and to have them take a look at my TPMS sensor. I confirmed my appointment on Friday August 31. Fast forward to August 31. I show up with my girlfriend to drop the car off at 12:15pm. I communicate with the lady at the front desk that I had an appointment scheduled at 1:00pm to replace a TPMS sensor and get an alignment. She confirms everything and tells us that she will call when it’s done. My girlfriend and I leave to run a few errands and it’s been a little over an hour and a half. I have to go to work so we drive back to Tire Mart thinking the car must almost be done by now. We pull into the parking lot at 2:30 and the car hasn’t even been touched yet. My girlfriend volunteers to wait for them to service my car as I have to leave to work. She sits there as car after car after car is taken in ahead of mine. Finally she approaches a young man at the counter. He kindly checks the status of the car. When he comes back, he tells her that the lady I had originally dropped the car off with didn’t write down on the paper that my car was an “appointment” and therefor would be serviced “when they had time.” My girlfriend has to pick up our kids from daycare at 3:45pm and it’s already 3:00. The technician FINALLY grabs our keys and goes to get in my car. He starts the car and ignorantly pulls straight out of their lot (knowing full well the car is a sports car that is lower than a normal car and scraped the splitter on the road as he takes off. He pulls around the back of the shop and my girlfriend hears the car (which is loud) being revved several times. The car is finally pulled around out front to the bay where they do their alignments. A technician comes in and starts talking to the lady at the front desk claiming that they weren’t told about the TPMS sensor. The technician walks back outside for a short period of time and comes back in. He approaches my girlfriend at 3:25pm telling her that they are not able to get the car onto their alignment lift because the car is too low. So, after wasting the better part of the afternoon and scraping my cars splitter on the road he gives my girlfriend some bogus excuse about not being able to get the car on the alignment rack because I’m assuming he didn’t want to be rushed. They have boards right next to the alignment rack specifically for cars that are lower... and little do they know, I personally have taken lower cars to them before than my Shelby which they had absolutely no issue putting on their alignment rack. I will not be returning here or doing business with this company ever again. After our pleasurable first experience they wasted an entire half of our day the second time and lied to us so that they didn’t have to rush do an alignment that should have been done hours before that time.
