worst experience !! They are so unprofessional. Please read I took my car to change the brake pads and the rotors, I bought the parts from advanced auto parts and I waited for 3 hours even though they told me it will take 45 min. to an hour max. (OK no problem) after 2 months the brakes started to squeak, so I took the car to another auto shop and the surprise was that "Tire Express" CHANGED ONE ROTOR ONLY. when I went there to talk to them the manager told me that their system confirms that the they changed the 2 Rotors and he even walked to my car and saw that one is new and the other is rusty and old, but he told me that the guy who worked on the car is not available and that I have to come and talk to hem once he returns from his vacation. now I can't drive my car because it is dangerous to operate the car when the brake are bad. and they are making it my problem to wait for the guy who worked on my car.

My friend has been going here alot up until recently. The last time he went he was getting a ball joint fixed and instead the guy chose to fix that plus give him an oil change he never asked for. Plus the prices they charge are ridiculous. Only SOME are reasonable. But I would not recommend going here for car work.

Reasonable and quick service. Absolutely professional and incredibly helpful. I was stuck in a bind with a blown tire, three plus hours away from home. A quick Google search brought me to these guys and I could not be happier with my experience. They were kind and the work they do is fantastic. Went outside to my car and I had a flat. Called Tire Express and they told me to bring it in. Being that I am not from the area and I figured I would try it out. They were somewhat busy when I got there, but still managed to get everything done and replaced in under and hour and for a great price. The customer service was great as well. I believe the guy I worked with was Chris and he was very nice. I would recommend going here to my friends!

Disappointed in the pricing of a tire repair. $26.50....Walmart charges $10.00. This was my first time here and will be my last visit. Also attendant left black dirt marks on my seat.

Moving to a new area means establishing new relationships of all sorts - and I have yet to find an auto mechanic in this town willing to accept home-baked cookies as a form of payment for spot welds. Until that happens, I will happily exchange my dollars for the level of service provided at Tire Express. From initial contact on the phone to the informative conversation post-service, I never had that feeling of being hoodwinked; repairs were punctual and performed at a reasonable cost.

The guys are all wonderful and great at their jobs. Fast service, very professional. Had my car serviced twice and they even checked my brakes and wheels without extra charge and havent had a problem afterwards. Their prices are pretty reasonable compared to other service centers around. I only wish they cleaned up and upgraded their waiting area as its very dirty, smelly and uncomfortable. But otherwise they are so far the best mechanics I've dealt with and would recommend them highly.

One one occasion my car was on the a/c reclamation for 4 hours. Finally, they diagnosed that the unit needed to be completely replaced. They apologized for the wait and was not charged for the use of the machine since it could not be repaired. Their honesty and integrity built good faith and now I am a regular customer who refers others to Tire Express.

These guys were great. I walked in, told them exactly what I wanted and they had it done very quickly. There were a few things wrong with my car (that are quite obvious just by looking at it). The mechanics took note and were sure to personally walk out and include me in the decision making process on if I actually wanted these things fixed (where some shops will just do it and tell you when they have you the bill). They respected every decision I made and did not do any work on my car without first running the idea by me first. What they quoted me on the phone was exactly what I ended up paying for which is the complete opposite of what you will experience from some other auto shops on the area. I will be back to this place for sure!!

Walked in with a flat/leaking tire, actually turned out to be a faulty valve. They had me in and out in around 30 minutes, very quick and attentive service, very fair prices... I'll def be back for all my tire needs... Highly recommended !!!

A miscommunication with a parts reseller caused a wheel I ordered to be shipped to their shop by mistake. Even though they were not expecting the package, they held onto the wheel until I could pick it up. They were very nice about as well when I came to retrieve my wheel.

Great Place !!! My daughter who attends college in Indiana Pa. had a flat tire .I called the service center and explained she had a flat and couldn't drive on the tire as it was too flat. I explained I lived 6 hours away and wondered if they could tell me who might be able to help her roadside. Although they don't do roadside service they went and met her put air in her tire with a compressor and followed her back to service center and did the repairs right away, they couldn't have been nicer !! The tire was fixed and they were very reasonable in price. AMAZING SERVICE ..I highly recommend this place !! Many Thanks J.Osborne

I called Tires Plus after a horrible experience with Monro(don't go there) and they were pretty nice and I made an appointment for a Saturday 11am state inspection. The place is a quant and neighborhood friendly garage-they were prompt and efficient and my inspection was completed in about a half hour. They were very helpful in explaining to me that my car would soon need new tires. They didn't try to fail my car in order to make me buy them. I'll probably be back here soon to purchase and get this service done! They were cheaper than another place that I had checked out for both parts/labor. The inspection was just a few dollars pricer than I expected but I appreciated the easy and decent service

Scheduled an appt, called and said I was running behind due to traffic, was told that fine and they could still fix my car. I arrived before the time I said and they told me I had to reschedule. The guy that was suppose to fix my car left. The guy behind the counter said "people should learn to show up on time" then proceeded to tell my boyfriend that "It's a good thing that we didnt want to get the car done today because he wasn't doing it. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

A different shop sent me here as I was limited on time. I had a broken valve stem that needed replacement. When I got here the guy at the counter told me it would be about 10 minutes, perfectly acceptable to me. One and a half hours later they finished the job and charged me almost $40 to put in a valve stem. I could have had Walmart do it for $12 To add to that there is a large grease stain on my seat. **edit** as stated in a previous review the reply is for show and out of no real concern. I'm a regular & long-term customer here. They have always been fair & honest with me and if you make an appointment they tend to be efficient. Only negative I notice,is that their labor prices seem to be going up slightly but that's probably everywhere, and they are still very reasonable. Just remember to call ahead a day or two for an appointment as they are busy.

I had some work done on my brakes. Upon leaving the shop, several lights appeared on my dash. I took my car back. Turned out I needed additional parts, which should have been noticed the first time. They were very fair and charged me a fraction of the cost of parts and no labor.That's what I call standing behind your work!

Purchased tires here for years despite the long wait times and constant up charges. The last straw was being handed the stud they snapped off my car and told they would fix it for another $50 in a few days. When questioned I was told it was an internal failure... Guess since I'm female I wouldn't know that over torquing snapped hardened steel, not an "internal failure". Edited to add: it appears the owners response was just for appearances sake. I did email, and received no response.
