The tires they produce are incredible! I like American made tires made by Americans! I have used their tires on everything from trucks, atvs, side by sides, and more. The performance is outstanding and the ride is even better. Do yourself a favor and buy a set of the Mickey Thompsons for your truck and a set of Pit Bulls for your ATV or side by side. You will NOT be disappointed.

The rubber dump is a great opportunity for a kid fresh out of high school with no secondary education. They don’t care much about criminal backgrounds either. The only way to “move up” is if you have more time served in this place than the next guy. Pay is decent in the beginning but raises are laughable. Eventually the people that started years after you will quickly catch you on the same pay rate. Rotating shifts are rough and reliable employees are scarce. Always asked to do more than you are paid for. They make up rules to suit their needs whenever they want. Also exceedingly hot in the summer with poor ventilation. The equipment you work with is old and outdated; “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” Repairs are only made when what’s broken hinders production, otherwise things get messed up and they stay messed up. Mismanaged psycho circus.

The company made a no radio/speaker policy. How can one stand in silence for 10 hours, dealing with such bad stock, beads, bands, inserts off center from poly, chafer breaking every 2 tires. Oh yeah and you are tracked every second of your shift assuming every component is perfect. I was usually the highest percentage every month, I worked through breaks. It isn't worth it. Foremans are a joke. They are basically HR people on the floor. And remember HR isn't there for you they are there to keep the company out of trouble.
