Unfortunately I ran over a bolt on my new tires. My tire was unable to be repaired. Miller's had a used tire that matched my other 3. Was put on mounted and balanced plus they moved salt that I had just bought to put the spare back all in less than 10 minutes.

Preserved our vacation with their speedy response! I discovered a blown inside rear tire on my cousin's motorhome on a pre-trip inspection. I called over Friday morning about my issue. They located and obtained a tire. I brought the motorhome over first thing Saturday morning and in less than hour we were good to go on our trip. Yeee-Haww!!

We had a few "manufacturer" problems with the tires, and they went out of their way to correct the problem in a very timely manner. I have been going to miller tire for several years now and have been recommending them to family friends and numerous co workers and our customers and was very satisfied. Last year my son got a set of Cooper tires put on his new truck and has faithfully had his tires rotated and documented. The back tires wore down to nothing in the center and I told him to stop in and talk to them. The owner looked at them and accused him of abusing them. My son is 23 and just because of his age he was stereotyped by the owner. The daughter of the owner told my son to call Cooper tire and complain because they like to keep customers happy I ask myself what about Miller tire do they not want their customers happy. I called Cooper tire and talked to them They ask why I was calling them that it was Miller tire that was to take care of this. I then called Miller tire and ask what they were going to do about the tires the owner got very loud with me over the phone and said they would give my son some used tires so he had some tread on his vehicle and that he is sticking by his story that the tires were abused. I will never go back to miller tire and will let everyone know of the owners un professionalism as a business owner and he does not back his products. My husband has had his own business for over 15 years and has never treated a customer in this manner. I guess this company just don't care about customer satifaction.

My brothers, father, and many of my cousins have bought hundreds of tires from Millers. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for tires. As for any of these other 1 stars stating that they received bad customer service, I can say I've never experienced that! 9 times out of 10 they can beat others prices, and they are willing to work with you. All in all Miller Tires will have my business for ever!

I have bought two sets of tires here before, I went to buy a third set of tires and maybe even a new set of rims. I had them quote me a price on several different tires and a set of rims. They wanted to completely over charge me on a set of rims and tires by $130 dollars and I told them about it. John then tried explaining that he has to pay his electric bill and pay his employees. I understand that but the business I bought the rims and tires on still pays its employees and keeps their doors open. I'm very disappointed since you used to have great deals, and they now want to overcharge you no matter what tire you buy from them. I used to be very happy about this place and tell people about it.

I can't say enough about the staff and service at Miller Tire. I've put new tires on 2 of my vehicles now within a month and have zero complaints. The staff are very friendly and will make sure you are satisfied. If you want fast, and friendly service along with good prices then I highly recommend Miller Tire! I won't go anywhere else!

I called ahead, gave my vehicle information, and got a price quote. But when I got there (15 minutes later) no one remembered anything and the price was way more! Now, I know there are 10 different tire types (quality rating, price, brand, etc) of tire for the same tire size, and there were 3-4 people on the phones - so I don't expect a "bait and switch". I ended up getting some great snow tires for a good price, and they did it right away while I waited.

They do an awesome job and stand behind their work. I had tires put on there about 6 months ago and last week I had a screw in the side wall. The tires I had bought had a warranty but I needed my receipt and I couldn't find it. They went back through their paper records, found my receipt and got my money back for the replacement tire. They saved me over $200! They are also priced very well. They will always have my business!!!

I dont understand why there's so many good reviews. I had never been here before, but I called because i needed a full size tire on a wheel. I hit a MASSIVE pothole a week before which ruined my tire and rim so I was on a donut for a week. My car is also an AWD car, so I called on a Thursday night and was told that they had a steel rim and used tire they could put on, until I get a good rim and tire on there. I went in Friday morning and the guy told me that there was nothing they had that would fit. He didn't even look at my car or get any measurements. I was late to work, all because they lied and said they had something to put on my car, then I came in and they said...Oh no, we dont have anything. This was my first impression and not a good one at all. Dont believe them.
