Great service, very reasonable prices and not very long wait time. The place is and looks seriously old school, but they get the work done quickly and efficiently thanks to Kevin directing the mechanics and assigning the priorities to everyone. I much prefer going here over any chain shop or even wallyworld.

Visit 7/8/17 With a 4 tire mount, balance, etc. of my own tires. Charged $98.28. Arrived right before 9am (open) spent more than 2hrs at the shop. Noise and shake after. Took to my own trusted specialized in my make and model mechanic, thinking there was an issue in my front end. Mechanic stated that no issue but each tire was 3+oz out of balance on each tire. Plus missing lug nut caps. While I would like to trust Marsh as I have over 10 years, I can no longer. Marsh has been getting bad reviews recently, mine not the worse of them. I've seen pictures. I called owner, he is polite as always but didn't really want to hear my issue. He did offer a refund of the balancing of the tires. I will not take it. That is not what I wanted out of the situation. Just wanted to let him know. With so many new tire and mechanic businesses popping up, Marsh is not keeping up. Kevin, your tired. Hire better staff and retire. Don't let your once good name get worse.

My experience today it was contrary to Long got there at 10 to change out to tires that I had and took 3 hours to get it done didn't get out of there till almost 1 that is not a good business practice the business practices to get your people often in as fast as possible I mean in and out but when your people in the back are talking among themselves about what they did to the last the other night or the night before that's how come nothing gets done too much conversation and not enough work and a lot of people will say that to

They did damage to my brother's wheels, and threatened me and called me a liar when I said such on their Facebook page. They've since disabled reviews on their Facebook to hide all of the negative reviews they've gotten. The owner swears at his employees in front of customers. No idea how they have such a good rating on Google. For a more realistic rating just look them up on Yelp.

Decent prices on the highest products and it goes down from there with decent quality tires. They're usually almost always busy so make sure you call ahead before stopping so as not to wait unneededly.

I would never ever buy tires from Marsh tire as they are low grad and reject ed tires he sell and you will get ripped off. As i did as after 2 months the tires went bad and they did nothing but the word is getting out his business is slow down a great deal as it will get worse that you can count on

I was in my way to have my precious 19 yeat old chihuahua put to rest and my tire pressure light alarm sounded and I had 10psi in my left front tire. My hubby who was holding our fur baby said to pull into Marshes and I did. I went in and told the owner what happened (crying my eyes out) and he had me pull right in and told them to put extra air in it and come back after to have it fixed and my hubby saw a nail and they were so compassionate to get the tire plugged as quickly as possible... the young man who fixed it and every worker who was there were thoughtful and quick. It is hard to find people who still care about one another...... thank you all who helped us out in our time of need!

They'll "hook u up" after they break your car. Took my car in for service and parts were broken in the process. Was over charged for parts. Never received 1 out of 2 old components that was swapped out. Oh and when I took my car home. There was a bolt lodged into my tire(it wasn't there when I brought it in) requiring me to buy a new tire needless to say I did not buy it from them. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE !

I used to go here prices on cheap knock off tires are almost as much as name brand mud tires damaged my wheels on 2 different occasions installed wrong size valve stems (to long) i bought my own wheel weights stick on an got the pound on ones put on never got back my stick ons back i was quoted $40 over the phone after mount an balance of 4 tires was $70 asked why so high was quoted $40 guy with tattooed knuckles said who ever answered the phone doesnt know prices to top it off how dirty it is there. DONT GO TO GET WORK DONE AT MARSH TIRE SPEND A LITTLE MORE ELSE WHERE AND GET TREATED BETTER

Here's the deal, needed an oil change. Brought my own oil and filter. They charge $10 for labor, sounds like a deal. Numnuts kid drained the transmission then overfilled the oil tank. I knew as soon as I tried to leave and car was slamming into gear. Kevin made it right.... But I O N L Y trust them for tires!!!!

Aweful!! I bought 4 recaps $357.00 drove off and my whole truck was shaking so bad it made my arms hurt so I thought it was something other than the tires changed wheel bearing, rotor, lower ball joints and nope still shook like hell so I took it to coen just to make sure my balance was good and 1 tire had a beauty ring of weights all the way around and 3 out of 4 tires were bad so I took it back to marsh told him what was going on they pulled the 3 gave me a new one for the one that had all the weights and told me the other 2 were good they were bouncing a little!!! And then told me next time buy new tires not recaps!! So I left not even a month later I'm on the highway sounds like I have a flat I pull over and no flat but I have a bulge on the tread part as big as a head on my tire!!!!!

Broke an air pressure sensor when they mounted my new tires. Shouldn't have been a big deal, but it was? On my 2nd visit to get this resolved, the owner said they didn't break it and he wasn't going to put in a new sensor. He basically called me a liar when I stated the sensor worked fine until they mounted the new tires. I finally told him I'd have to take legal action against them for the cost of repairs. All of the sudden he agreed to put in a new sensor. Shouldn't have to go through this kind of B.S. Won't be giving him ANY business.

My tires are hard to find. They are expensive new. Came here... Was sold two tires. Less than 2 weeks later they where blown out. Why. Dry rotted. I know they where used. But I was alone and clearly a single mom with kids I didn't know what to look for besides tread. Came back. For another one. He yells me 40 mins. I go to my car to see if I can find anywhere faster. My sons in children's I don't wanna waste too much time and there was tons of people. He was rude. Even after apologizing for leaving because I couldn't wait he wouldn't hear a word of it. Was ignorant and that's two tires I've had from them dry rotted sold on the same day .... Not trust worthy

They will destroy your vehicle. Don't tighten lug nuts, leave hoods unlatched. If you own a sports or muscle car they beat the hell out of it. Kevin needs to lay off the booze and hire people who aren't junkies

These people are crooks. I took my van in for new tires and an oil change. The van was working fine until this kid changed my oil and it started to run out of the car fast. I took it back down there 10 minutes later and explained that the oil wasn't staying in the car, they changed the oil again saying it was the filter, after they change it and give it back a second time, I turned around and took it back again, explaining that it still was not staying in the car. They then tell me that I lost a gasket to the oil and they will not replace or fix it because it isn't their problem. My car was running fine until they touched it. Took it to another mechanic to see how much it would cost me to fix this problem, it would be $1000 to fix a $5 gasket because they had to take out the engine to replace it. The new mechanic then proceeds to tell me the only way this could have happened is if someone rev-ved the engine while changing the oil. Seriously? I will NEVER use them again and I refuse to refer anyone there.

I had tires put on 9/21/19. They had a hard time getting my lug nuts off due to another mechanic shop over torquing my lug nuts. They told they had to cut my lug nuts off and replaced some of the studs, which I was fine with. They replaced the new studs but failed to remove all the pieces of the old stud and it fell into the emergency brake housing and destroyed my e-brake, all while i was driving. Also the tires I had put on were directional and they put my two front and my two backs going in different directions. Never had a problem with them in the past but this is unacceptable. Luckily I wasn’t on the highway and my wife and child weren’t in the car when this happened. When the back of the old stud fell where it did the noise was so loud I thought my tire blew out or something.

Traveling through the area in October I flattened a tire in the road construction at Bentleyville. My car did not come with a spare or tools to remove the tire. I called the store, the owner sent one of his guys down to us with a jack so the tire could be removed and replaced. This is above and beyond normal customer service. My fiance took his car to get inspected & he couldn't pass due to one of his doors being unsafe from a previous accident. Totally understandable, not their problem. He took it in again to get new break pads, pretty simple? Nope, when he drove off the lot his car was making a scratching/screeching sound.. he took it back & they said it's because his wheel baring was loose, and a "special mechanic" would have to fix it. Not even 2 hours later, the sound got louder while we were driving & his tires locked up & we were stuck in the middle of an intersection. Got the car to go into the nearest parking lot & call Marsh, and they said it was my fiancés fault. I called my dad because luckily he lives close, and he said that it sounds like they put the breaks in wrong, causing them to lock. Now I'm sitting in a Boston Market parking lot waiting for a tow-truck. I can't believe they're trying to say it's our fault. His car didn't make these sounds until after they messed with it. My fiance called his sister, turns out they did the exact same thing to her car.. breaks & all. Seeing the other reviews of this place infuriates me! How do they get away with this. I'm not taking any crap when we get there. It's unbelievable. Never go here.

I always buy my tires and get my inspections from marsh tire ! One of the only places around that sells retreads, which helps keep costs down ! The owner kevin is always there at the front desk(you cant say that about the big box stores) ! You can look through the window and see the guys are always back there working hard! The owner Kevin is a nice guy and he always took care of me!
