Everyone there was great, efficient, very nice and respectful except for one rotten egg. Unfortunately, it's the first woman I spoke with that's straight ahead once you come in the door. What a bad first impression. I believe her name is Missy Lawrence and she needs an attitude adjustment.

Customer service was great. Their salemans Chris W. had a wide range of knowledge and was able to understand and apply what I was looking for into a specific tire and wheel that I love. The only reason I can't give this a 5 star is because as soon as I got home after having new wheels and tires put on, I noticed they were already scratched up, and it looks to be from the mechanic during installation. :(

Worst customer service experience ever. The wrong wheel was installed on my vehicle after I drove 1 1/2 hours to pick it up, and I was given the wrong quote. I received a "discount" AFTER I was upcharged for the difference in price of the correct wheel. I ended up paying for their mistake because the owner stated he just "cannot lose money." I put in 7 1/2 hours total dealing with this place (6 hrs driving) to receive a mere $100 off. Thanks.

Great people super helpful! Earl and Caite both helped me along in the process of moving up a size in tires and rim. They sat with me for 45mins, they went 10mins past quitting time to give me prices and sizes on stuff I knew nothing about! Super honest about prices and what I needed and didnt need, told me what they personally recommended and didnt, and went through lots of info and didnt complain once! Great people highly reccomend!!

They have always had pretty reasonable prices. I keep coming back, even after looking elsewhere. I still dont understand the use of the floor jacks instead of a lift, but I know that's not the technicians choice. Would have gotten 5 stars, but I bought 4 brand new tires and they managed to lose one of my cheap valve stem caps. It's the details.

Horrible service from owner. Promised time after time that our wheels would be here by an employee, owner took over and was not helpful nor professional. Asked for help on paying shipping, then shipped the wrong wheel to us without refunding us the shipment cost. Seems pretty greedy for money over pleasing the customer. I'll just make sure to keep my business at RIM SOURCE MOTORSPORTS. Cheaper and more professional.

Called to get a price on a used set of rims and they gave me a price for used rims with new center caps and new lug nuts. I went in and it took them over two hours to take my tires off the old rims and put on the ones I bought. Never asked if I wanted my old rims back and they just kept them. I got home and was looking at the vehicle and noticed the lugs and center caps were my old ones they never gave me new. Here they charged me the same price and kept my rims plus noted for the garage to use my old stuff instead of giving me new like I was quoted over the phone. Will be the last time I deal with them.

if you have high quality wheels/ any parts high quality ; I highly suggest not taking them to this careless shop! L&M Tire and Wheel, Inc. damaged my $3000+ wheels on Tuesday, March 18th 2014 by not putting a center cap in right (hitting the center cap with a rubber hammer & chipping paint on the wheels face) They said that it was not their fault because they put the cap in right because he said "the caps do not hand press in" when after this all happened i returned home & proceeded to put the caps in myself & had NO ISSUES HAND PRESSING THEM IN. But they claimed the damage would be taken care of. I return the next day after going to a local paint shop which said "they will not touch the wheel because the finish on them is not able to replicate" While at L&M they told me to email estimates. I was even nice & sent him a discounted estimate from a shop i have hook ups with. They call me back, not liking the estimate & say "most i can do is a $300 check & drop the mount/balance charge". ( which isnt even enough to cover half of the wheel) So, i returned march 20th & argued with him to get more money out of him & got a check for $340 + dropped charge . I STILL HAVE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR THIS BUSINESS MESS UP ! They DO NOT value their customers. I contacted many other local shops & all of them agree that L&M TIRE AND WHEEL should be paying for a new wheel but they refuse. Its not fair in any shape or form. He even shook my fathers hand & said he would take care of the situation at hand which was a lie. Now i am out hundreds of dollars over a business who does not own up to damaging my personal property. Nothing good can come from this business.

Called in asking for a price needed to get my truck wheels rebalance the lady gave me the price which to me seems a little high i asked the service writer why the price was so high, she must not of liked my tune of voice because she got very nasty with me and told me that she doesn’t need to be talk to you in that manner she proceeded to start yelling at me I responded to her woah calm down I’m just confused that’s about three times more than what anyone else is charges I’m not yelling at you so please do not yell at me I Have been going to this place since I was 16 for all of my tire needs even when I worked in the tire industry and it was a little bit cheaper for me to do it myself I still went to them they have completely lost my loyalty and lost my business anytime anyone comes in to the shop asking where they should go to get tires we no longer recommend them Go to Sams Club and Walmart people they may be just as bad but they at least will try and make things right unlike Jake. Pops needs to come back and show sonny how to treat people

Previously purchased wheels and tires from this location and received good service, that was several years ago however. Today I went in because my tire was leaking. I went in around 11am and was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half since there was 6 people ahead of me. I had a doctor's appointment at 1:20pm. So I waited until 1:15 and they hadn't started working on my car yet(after 2 hours and 15 minutes.) It seems service has gone downhill at this location.
