great honest service. Bought a set of used Yokohama tires at a great price. (Price on used tires vary depending on tread life and brand of tire, no more than $60/piece). They offer high speed balancing at an additional cost, well worth the $6/tire. Just wish the sales men/women would've informed me that I was buying a high performance SUMMER tire, especially since it was the last week of November and winter was just setting in. I knew i wasnt buying a winter tire but assumed they were an all season tire, especially since the staff didnt warn me otherwise. Was very happy with all other aspects of the process though. First come first serve basis. if its going to be a long wait which mines was 5+ hours they put me on the list and was back in 5 hours like they had said and they were pretty much on schedule, waited 15 minutes before they pulled my car in. Highly Recommended, just double check that the tire is rated for your everyday driving conditions!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!! Took two wheels in to get tires mounted. Powder coated Motegi Rims. Instead of cleaning the brake dust off to mount the sticker weights the kid ground the paint off to the aluminum. Took it back to have the issue resolved. After the owner admitted to never cleaning any wheels to adhere weights continued to insult the quality of my rims. Suggested that I "just spray paint them". After paying 30 dollars to have my rims destroyed, I was given 65 dollars as a "settlement ". So in the end, I was given 35 dollars towards the $150.00 dollar cost of refinishing my wheels. Stay away from these people. They have no idea what they are doing. The owner is quite arrogant for being so ignorant.

They used to be a good place to go, but they seem to have lost their quality, and passion for safety. One time I went to have two tires put on the tech didn't fill the passenger side tire up past 20 psi, and since this was before tpms sensors were required I didn't know until a week later when I had to fill up the tank and saw extreme bowing in the sidewall. I gave them a chance again later last fall when I bought recapped studded snow tires to be ready for winter. They were atrocious, even with the studs. I had thought at the time that maybe that was normal fro cheap snow tires, until I saw an episode of CHiPs from the 1970s and saw the same exact tire tread on one of the mud rally cars, then it hit me. I was driving on all-terrains the whole time. Tires which don't have the tread design for decent snow traction and also don't have the right tread compound that allows them to not harden and lose grip in cold temperatures. For a heavy vehicle this wouldn't be a problem though, but since my vehicle is light it needs proper snow tires, especially with all the hills around here. For that reason, getting tires I didn't order that had an outdated tread design, I won't go here again for anything. I can't trust them anymore.

I recently took my Harley to Kings to have both tires replaced. As any Harley owner will tell you, it is very difficult to let just anyone work on your bike. Not only am I very pleased with the prices, and the service over all, my wife and I were very pleased with the condition in which the mechanic left our bike. Not only did the tires look great, he also went out of his way and cleaned the wheels, which is a task that I don't enjoy. We are very pleased and will be returning for tires for all of our vehicles.

Same experience I've always had over the years. They answer any questions you have on the tires, employees have never tried to push a product on me, service is quick and easy. It does get busy at times and the line can get long. Each car only takes about 20 or 30 minutes in and out and theres 4 bays they can service at. The longest wait I have ever had was an hour before I got serviced. Good selection of tires too, my car takes an uncommon size and they had 7 different products to pick from which was better than some of the other retailers.

My significant other and I went into this store on a Saturday morning and wanted to buy four new tires for her Jeep. We had been given an estimate from a competitor that we felt was unreasonable. In addition to the price, we had to make an appointment during the week. Both of us work during the week, so it was super inconvenient. After about five minutes of consultation with an employee at Kings, we had four tires that cost about $40 less than the competition. That was including all installation fees. They were then able to install our tires while we waited. I'm new to this area, and I don't know if everyone in Mount Pleasant knows about Kings, but I don't see how anybody can buy tires from anyone else in town. 5 stars, I am a customer for life.

They like to cheat you on warranty . They charge you double on the labor. I was not happy at all. The women at the counter was very unprofessional and rude. They charged me $139 a tire when on kings tire website they are only $107.99 for Cooper zeon rs3-1 tires. My total bill was $279.60. If the tires were $107.99 × four tires at 35% would be $151.18 + $40 Mount + $24 spin balance +tax would be 228.09 + $4 dot tax for a grand total of $232.09. They charged me $279.60 which would be $47.50 over what i paid. Next time I will check it out be for I pay anything. I was trusting in them. And somebody that tells you that they are doing you a favor in warranty tires is not a good company especially when you just put the tires on 6 month ago and only got less than 12000 miles out of 40,000 mile warranty tires.
