I’ll never go there again. Brand new wheels they took out of the boxes and installed new tires. Scratched the wheels around lugs when installing on a new truck. Used impact to tighten new wheels. Torque spec is 85ft lbs. I had to use a breaker bar with my jack handle to loosen the lugs when I got home to install my new lift on truck. When doing this I marked the factory location of all 4 cam bolts on lower control arms. Then like a stupid idiot I kept my alignment appt because it was half price for buying 4 tires. Picked truck up after alignment went home put the skid plate back on and looked at cam bolts. They were never adjusted!! Guess this a toe and go shop. So here I am with. 2019 Tacoma with brand new scratched aftermarket wheels, properly installed lift( only because I did it ) and still need a proper alignment so my new tires last. Seen some work of there’s in the past. My buddy had suspension work done. After it was fixed there he came to me and said he heard loud banging. I looked at it and the strut mount bolts were barely on and one was missing. Guess I’m the stupid a@# who thought things might of changed. Hey.... at least they are consistent.

Good tire prices but bad service. They need better people working on your car. I only get tires here, I won't let them work on my cars. If you get tires here have a mechanic check it after. Every time I get tires here the tire pressure on the tires are all different. So until they get better people working in the garage I'm only giving 2 stars. I'm a mechanic by the way, so I know what I'm talking about.

On Thursday the 28th of Feb 2019 I was en route to deliver a brand new Pursuit boat to a client in Rhode Island.. While on the 78 I blew out a trailer tire. Luckily had a temp spare but needed a new tire in order to continue on and make delivery on time. We found Ken's Via a quick search and with a call were told to come on in and they can handle it right away. Upon arriving they were right on point! They helped direct me and guide both the truck and trailer to were they needed it in order to execute the repair etc. The technician that went to work right away was super friendly, curtious and professional as one would expect a former Marine and fellow Veteran to be. Well to stop short of writing a novel here as a review let me just say... From start to finish you would be hard pressed to find a better place to help you with your automotive needs especially from a small tucked away town such as this. I cannot speak highly enough in regards to Ken's Tire I highly recommend them. It's okay once you visit them yourself you can thank me later..lol Thank you everyone at Ken's Tire!

I've been a customer of Ken's for years. There really is no reason to go anyplace else for tires. They are fast, have fair prices and do a great job. I've never had repair work done there though as it seems like the mechanics are always super busy.

I have used these guys previously in the past but have recently had an experience that turned me away from them completely. I'm a fleet vehicle driver and my company provided me with an 18' F150 for work. I took it to this shop for its first ever oil change at 6000 miles. Some time after, I noticed small amounts of oil leaking from the vehicle and decided to bring it in. The day I brought it in, my truck threw a check engine light and the car behaved differently. A couple of miles from my work the oil gauge went to empty and when I looked out my rearview mirror, I noticed a rainbow trail of oil painting the road around me. I got it towed to the local Jack Williams to see if they could get me in, but had no openings and so my company contacted Ken's Tire to have it towed back to them for service. After the truck had finally made it to Ken's, the issue became apparent. Someone incompetently overtightened and crimped the oil filter with a pair of channelock pliers!!! The stress caused the filter to weaken over time and fracture. Its a shame really, they might do good work for their other customers but I can't justify ever going back there.

I was going there for a couple months for my work and personal vehicles. They seem like they never have time for my work vehicle using a fleet card. The guy behind the counter is rude and told me i should have came in the day before because my fleet card did not approve right away (like its my fault). They replaced my fuel pump because my vehicle was not starting and it was perfectly fine because next day it would not start again because it was the fuse box that needed to be replaced. They still charged me. My personal vehicle when I got a alignment I told them to replace ball joint because the boot was ripped and they did not do it. Those are just 2 examples. Bad customer service. Lost me as a customer for my work, personal and my wife's vehicles. I wouldn't trust them working on my car.

If you value your money and want your car better that it was before you go here, go somewhere else! Every time I have gone for service there, I end up taking it back the next day. These people cannot do anything right! Not even a simple front end alignment. I now go to Walmart for tires. The funny thing is, a lot of people end up there because Kens cant do it right. True story. Just ask them at WM.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I paid for rotors and new pads and was giving used rotors that were all rusted and had started to warp from the pads. Never again if I pay for something new I don't expect it used !!

I have never used Ken’s tire u til today because honestly I worked at a competitor in the business but I gave them a try today and I will be back. I ordered four tires and alignment, received emails and phone calls when they were in the location and set my appointment up. I came in for service and there was an issue with my Goodyear credit card and Doug went above and beyond to help me correct it so my payment could be processed. I felt like such a dope but Doug, despite having a bunch of other customers was awesome and gave me the attention I never expected. Between the two of us we spent almost an hour collectively on the phone but he helped correct my issue, got my truck aligned and got me on the road in a faster time than my former employer could have. A+++ customer service and Doug and his team do a great job taking care of the customer. Highly recommended!!!!!
