I would recommend this business. My experience so far has been pleasant. They actually tried to downsell me a little so I wouldn't over pay for something I might not have wanted. Sometimes the staff can be a bit stand-offish to some customers but generally those customers are rude, of poor manners or difficult without reason. Customers with manners are given good hospitality and great, quick service.

By far the worst care service and rude customer service I have had to date. I was from out of town and visited this garage due to a flat tire and had it repaired. The shop guys were nice and helpful. The problem came about when I spoke with the owner about the vehicle. He proceeded to give me a rude attitude and threw my vehicle keys at me for an unknown reason. Then he decided that foul language would make the situation better. His behavior was unprovoked and unnecessary. Don’t take your bad days out on your customers! I’ll never return.

This is a great shop. The guys are extremely helpful and friendly. They have an enormous selection of tires and they really try to give you a product that is functional and fits within your budget; they'll also use manufacturer incentives to get you the best deal. If this isn't the place you go to get tires, it absolutely should be.

This was my first time taking my car for its annual inspection. I was a bit nervous about the whole experience dealing with basically an all male staff. To my surprise The Kelleher staff were courteous, professional with me. After the inspection they explained what was done, and what needed to be done in the near future. Was going here for about a year but their tires do not last long and no customer service skills at all. Either at the front desk or by their mechanics. Had a problem with the tires went down there and got attitude and same thing when I call on the phone. They pick up the phone and it’s like you’re bothering them . God forbid .

Recently divorced, just bought house a few blocks away from Kelleher and needed new tires on my front-wheel drive. A believer in buying local, even though I didn't have much cash, I went to my adopted neighborhood's tire shop -- unconcerned about the price, just wanting to support a mom and pop in the neighborhood. After a few minutes, the tire guy called me back. The front tires were already replaced, I noticed. He told me, you need back tires too. .I told him I can only afford two right now and I know the front ones were much worse, so I was okay with the front, thank you very much. He insisted I needed four. I insisted I had no way to pay for four until the next pay day. But I would come back. Recognizing he could not upsell someone with no money, he yelled, angrily, "take them off" and the tire guys REMOVED the two new tires, put my old ones back on, and basically, (without saying it), told me to F-off, refusing the take my money. I asked Leo what was going on. He shrugged as though the guy in the back was a comedian or something, and waited for me and my money to leave. Dysfunctional business practices. Now, I have two cars, and 16 tires between them, ASR and M+S. I'm happy going to Kost, whose team bends over backwards to get me what I need.

This was, far and away, the best service I've ever received. I drove an hour to this shop because I'm living in NY with my vehicle registered in PA. After arriving at the shop, I realized that I had FORGOTTEN MY WALLET. I was panicking, the gentlemen taking my keys and information put me immediately at ease. We walked through ways I could get my payment information - I ended up calling my wife, and she gave me her CC info over the phone. They were able to process the payment with just that information, and while my vehicle was being serviced (PA inspection and emissions) we chatted. My car will (hopefully) be registered in NY soon, but I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs work - not just tires. They were fantastic!
