We were traveling cross country when we got a flat tire. We called around trying to something and after calling a couple places, we reached these guys! They were a short detour away and said they could get us right in and help us out. We felt so blessed. The guy at the front desk was so kind and we were back on the road in the hour. They were priced well and we felt taken care of. We were traveling with our baby and they were very sensitive to our needs. The man at the front desk was so kind and when we called ahead it was wonderful to be assured that they could help us out. Great customer service!

We have a small trailer for our scooters and had tire problems. We needed 2 tires and had to make adjustments to the trailer so the new tires would wear correctly. We were doing this in their parking lot as we waited for the tires. Joe brought out the tires, helped us mount them and stayed to help my husband make the trailer adjustments. He went over and above what a normal person would do.

Waited nearly 2 hours for 2 tires! Over heard one of the staff ask if they should charge someone more because they didnt know it was cheaper... One lady walked out after her paper work was lost! It was a last resort... And hopefully it wont be again

Over the top rofessionalism! While on a 7 hour road trip, a vibration in the front end grew worse and worse. I was turned away at 3 other shops, but the guys at Highlands helped right away...and discovered loose lug nuts! They were genuinely relieved that I didn't have an accident and I felt so grateful! This team is second to none!

These gentlemen cannot be compared. The price, service, and atmosphere cannot be replaced. Their services are limited to a certain selection, but if they can't do the job then they'll get you taken care of. Nobody can beat the quality of service you'll receive here.
