I have been to other tire shops in the past and they don't treat you with nearly as much kindness as they do at highland tire. They treat you with respect and give you great prices. It smells like a tire shop which is to be expected. They have an amazing staff. The staff asks if you would want a drink. They work very fast and well. On your way out you get a flower which seals the deal for the great amount ya paid. It's to be actually treated like a human. Every time I have been there they were outstanding. I 10/10 recommend Highland Tire!

Went here to get a patch on a tire. When putting my tire back on they screwed the lug nuts on with their fingers and for got to tighten them. Now my car is messed up.Had to send my car to the shop to get fixed. Wouldn't recommend going here unless you want more issues then just a tire fixed. Thank god my son wasn't in the car and my tire didn't fall off. Won't be coming back here again.

I bought 4 after market wheels and tires for my track car. Called and asked for a price on mount and balancing and I was only bringing the wheels and tires. The salesman said “you wouldn’t go to the grocery store and buy ground meat and ask McDonald’s to make you a burger would you”. I hung up the phone never to call again.

Been a customer for roughly ten years and never once had a bad experience here until today. I purchased four new tires for my wife's vehicle at the Natrona location. I paid over the phone because I was unable to get there before close. I asked that my keys and the receipt were to be put in the cup holder and doors locked. I went to pick up the vehicle 9 hours later... doors are unlocked, interior lights on, no receipt and no key in sight. They were able to locate the key, but at the time I had no idea if it was lost or anyone was in my vehicle. As you can imagine I'm not happy. This isn't the type of interaction I expected with these guys.
