Fast tire install. Price was not the best possible, but fair. my only gripe is they took the wheels off and didn't put them back on in the same order. My TPMS sensors are mislocated now. Car thinks my right front is actually on the left rear so the location of the tires on the display come up wrong now. I can fix this myself but Id have to pull tires off and rearrange them...

This is our local shop we depend on for service; took my wife's Kia in for oil change and they rotated the tires and inspected them for free. Fast service always, and they don't try to sell you something you don't need which is refreshing. Will be scheduling inspection for my vehicle soon and depend on their recommendations 100%

Only took about 20 to 30 minutes to change all of my tires and they were about the only place around that had the tires I needed. Recently found out the Tires I had put on 3 years ago are not the correct ones for my wheel/rim size. I would think if I went to a dentist I wouldn't have to instruct them on how to pull teeth. Now unfortunately since I continue to lose tire pressure I need to get new rims to fit my tires. Will not deal with again, thanks Bob and CJ staff. Smh

It's not normal for me to write up reviews. Ever since my last service done there, I'm mysteriously missing my wheel lock key. I haven't thought about checking for it right after service thinking it will be where it was before. I called and I was quickly dismissed with a response of it should be in the glove compartment, middle console, or where the spare tire is. I searched throughout my car again and it is no where to be found. I called back and was dismissed again with the tech said he doesn't have it and that I need to contact a Hyundai dealership for a new wheel lock key. The point is...I shouldn't have to if they put it back where it belonged. When I was there I had a good customer experience. They were helpful and I thought they were friendly at the time. My experience was enough for me to recommend them to a co-worker who needed new tires. Never again.

I'll continue to go for the good pricing, just not impressed at all with the service. Giving it a "Liked It" instead of a "Its Okay" because pep boys in reading is so bad I want my 1 review star of them to mean more ;) lol..

So so. Wouldn't recommend for any mechanic work but in a pinch they can get you tires but high priced. For tires I recommend Creamery Tires. Wouldn't recommend unless in a emergency and then only for tires. Expect a long wait even if it appears that they aren't to busy.

Have a lifted jeep. Took to them for an alignment. Said all they could do is fix the toe. Had no idea on specs on camber. Week later took jeep to Ray's tire in douglassville. Ray said everything was in the red. Toe and camber dialed in to spec. No problems. Experience over tire pushers all day

I have been dealing with CJ's for almost 40 years, and have purchased all of my replacement tires there, and had all my non-warranty auto repair work done there. Over that time I have been exceedingly pleased with the pricing and quality of the service work and tires provided. I have also sent many customers their way via referrals, and was very happy to do so. Skip and I share roots going back to the Firestone tire plant in Pottstown, and at one time he personally helped me with tires for my daughter's car. I thank him for that, as well as for a trusted source of tires and auto repair work for all these many years.

Had tires rotated, they pulled vehicle in, they walked around looking at the tires. Then notified me my car was completed. I watched them the whole time. They had to then pull the vehicle in again and do the service. After that the front tires where low on air because they were the ones on the rear. They had to pull the car in the third time. What a waste of our time. Went to Mavis and that was a great experience

I wanted new rims and tires, knew exactly what I wanted. They couldn't get the exact rims but found a really good alternative. I came back to them with a problem with mounting (was my fault completely, left a rotor bolt where it shouldn't have been) and they took the time to look at it for free. They didnt tell me what the problem was because of wheel spacers but they arent allowed to.

I have bought tires here for over 30 years. After 6,000 miles my current set of tires started to dry-rot. My tires are rated at 90,000 miles. I went to the store to have them do something about this and they told me they had no record of me purchasing the tires, but somehow they had all 30 previous years. I will never go back here. My 30+ years of business with them is over. I recommend to stay far away from this place.

Had my vehicle there for State inspection last year (2018). All was good but they showed me a front strut was leaking and must be replaced. They gave me a part (FCS1345563) price of $270.99 and a labor price of $97.50. I authorized the work. Returning home I put the part number in and Amazon had the part (FCS1345563) for $91.80 delivered to my home. Remember Amazon is making money at $91.80 plus they pay for free delivery. While the labor charge was fair, the part price was a complete ripoff at $"179.19" dollars "above AMAZON". Fool me once--shame on you--fool me twice--shame on me. I went someplace else this year 2019--No problems at all.

Cjs never called to tell me the tires were in. Once I called them I took the truck over to have them installed. They told me it would be about 45 minutes to install them. 90 minutes later they came out to tell me that the valve stems I wanted were never ordered so they would just install what they had. After an argument they said once the right ones come in they won't even charge me to install them. Gee thanks...... Not the way CJ's used to be. It's a shame.

I got my car fixed here and it seem like they are all about the money. After my car got so called fixed my car got worse and worse. I took it back to them after i payed alot of money for them to fix it and i had to pay for them to re-look at my car and now i have to find a shop to fix what they messed up on my car. And they said it was nothing wrong with my car. The prices are crazy and the problem gets bigger. I would not require anyone to go here.

I was very unhappy with the service I got at this establishment. I brought my 99 corvette in to be checked for a slow leak in the right front tire. Upon entering the waiting room and seeing the height of their lifts through the window to the shop, I made sure I told the service consultant that the car was lowered and had an spoiler that would not clear. I was assured it would not go on a lift. I then watched as two technicians ran up to the front of my approaching car to stop the technician driving before he hit the front end. Nervously I watched them jack the car by hand and then lower the car midway through removing the wheel. At that point a technician grabbed the fender and attempted to lift the front of the car in an attempt take pressure off the jack so they could realign it. I was tapping on the glass at that point! After watching them remove and then replace the tire I paid my bill of $26.00 (reasonable) and went out to inspect the car just to make sure they didn't crack a fiberglass floor pan or anything. I was dismayed to see the wheel they replaced was slathered with wheel lube. not even an attempt to wipe of the gobs hanging there! I ended up cleaning the wheel myself in their parking lot with a dirty shop rag they gave me. Don't patronize this establishment. Just about anywhere else has a better chance of giving you better service. I will not be back...

I have been a customer at the Birdsboro store for more than 25 years. I have purchased numerous tires and the Protection Plans and when there was a flat or damaged tire, they were great with replacing the tire(s). I purchased four tires for my wifes' car a few years ago, and I now drive that car. Recently the drivers side tire started to make a lot of noise. I know that that was the tire, because before it was rotated, that tire was mounted on the rear (where it started to make noise). I was going to take the car to the Birdsboro store on 6/26/19. When I got into the car, the TPMS light was on. I explained to the customer service person that the TPMS light had come on that morning, and about the noisy tire. The solution to the TPMS light was a leaky TPMS valve, which they replaced for $5.99 (plus tax). They rebalanced the drivers side tire and rotated the tires. The customer service person said that that usually solved the problem. The tire is still making noise, and I will bring the car back for a further look. I asked them to take the car out for a ride to hear how loud the tire was, but they didn't. I hope that they do that on my next trip there.
