I have been going to this shop for many years. I drive past A LOT of tire shops to get to this one. When I call them for a price on tires, I get the price (including tax) in about 2 minutes. Several of the newer local shops talk my ear off on the phone only to give me a price that doesn't include mounting, balancing, disposal or tax. Breighner's tire is pretty busy for a small business, but it hasn't been a problem. I don't usually make appointments for tires; out of all the times I have purchased tires, I have had to wait over an hour only one time.

Excellent service! New tires, used tires, tire repairs , state inspections, etc. wish they had more seating in the waiting area but the wait is never long. Honest place I trust to service my vehicles. This place was the only business that said my tire with a nail in it was able to be repaired- and they did repair it. I literally had at least 5 other businesses tell me no that’s not fixable and quote me on a new tire! Breighners fixed my tire for $18 and saved me $100 by repairing a practically new tire! The tire lasted just as long as the others without the repair!

Update from my last review... It you are looking for honest company with good product and services look no farther. We had an issue with a set of tires (no fault of breighners) and they took great care of us. Could not have asked for any more. We are not usually a problem client but will say we were a bit due to circumstances that was in no ones control or fault. Regardless, they took great care of us. Hats off to them for being such great people and company and honest which is rare these days. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This is a company that stands behind their product and takes care of their clients. They always have the best prices, its why we go there in the first place. And on top of that, their service is great. They are a honest and friendly company. We recently had a problem with tires we bought from them several yrs ago and they took care of us! I could not have asked for anything more. GREAT COMPANY AND EMPLOYEES!

I am so disappointed with the work that was done to my truck. I spend an enormous amount of money and got sub standard results , a new exhaust with old pieces still on the truck. New radiator with now no heat. Extra money charged today to flush the system ! Why was that not done to begin with. I am told today from the mechanic and the front desk " THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES" Really!!!! When I went to pick up my truck all the old parts were left for me to dispose of. What am I paying them all this money for. NEVER AGAIN !!!!

This is the only place I will ever go to for my tire needs. The employees are courteous, quick, and highly knowledgeable of what needs to be done within a respectable time frame. I dropped off a tire to be replaced due to a slow leak/nail in the tire. Expecting to just pay for a new tire they offered to patch it first and if that didn't work had some slightly used, but in great condition, tires to choose from. It saved me some coin and it's nice to see that they value their customers in a way that you don't see too often. Every time I have had my vehicles worked on here I receive excellent service from the time I call to the time I pick up. Keep up the great work.

Excellent place to purchase tires! Smalltown independantly owned business, with that small town customer service. They treat all of their customers like family. Typically the smaller independant dealer can't give the lowest prices, but Breighners is the exception. Every set of tires i have purchased in last 7 years,they manage to beat the competition price wise, and they always best them service wise. They also sell Ethanol Free gasoline, for small motor implements and tools.

Great and friendly service! I've been going to Breighner's for a few years now, after a friend's recommendation. They have always had good prices and great service. They patiently work with me as I sometimes price out a couple kinds of tires. I've gotten a set of 4 new tires, sometimes just 2 new tires, sometimes a used tire to hold me over a little longer, and I've had a few holes fixed. I've never been disappointed. We went to a national/chain tire center last fall because they were $100 cheaper (special deal on their brand of tires for a limited time, typically Breighner's is prices as good as anyone's); however, it took 3 times as long as we're used to at Breighner's (and longer than they told us) and I realized months later that they put an incorrect lug nut on after the change that is smaller than the rest. Now I have to deal with replacing it. Not too expensive, but a hassle and extra cost nonetheless. Save yourself the trouble and just go to Breighner's!

Was looking for a local place for State inspections, tires etc. I stopped in one day with a flat tire that just needed a plug. My Toyota dealer was trying to sell me a whole set of new tires. "Oh, we can't fix that, blah, blah, blah..." Took it to Breighner's and the flat was fixed safely for just a few bucks (and quickly I would add.) Since then they have been our regular tire and maintenance center. Good prices, fast friendly service, and honest appraisals.

I had my vehicle inspected less than 3 months ago and Breightner's passed it with no issues. Now 3 days ago, I took it for an oil change and was shocked to hear that my rear rotors and break pads are completely shot and the threads are hanging out of my rear tires. When I contacted Breightner's to tell them, the response I got was "do you drive a lot?" Accompanied by a rude tone and facial expression. In my opinion, the mechanics at Breightner's Tire don't know what they're doing. Spend a little extra money and find a place that will actually inspect your car and not endanger yours and your families lives.

I recently had my wheels on my GMC 3500 rotated and 4 hours afterwards I about lost both of my left rear wheels because there wasn't a single lug nut left on the studs. After incurring about $1,200 in cost as far as Parts labor and Towing the owners told me they don't feel it's their responsibility because they looked at the film and the guy did use a torque wrench. However I don't see how eight lug nuts jump off the wheels magically by themselves. I'm the second person I know that this is happened to after having their vehicle in there. Choose your tire shop wisely folks it's your life and others at risk if it's not done properly

I used to buy used tires here in the past for a decent price $30 which included the tire, mounting and balancing and never had any issues with the tires in spite of being used. That was until now. I just got a minivan from a local dealership that I am paying on who purchased used tires for it from Breighner Tires who they claim to always buy from,. One of the tires is vibrating excessively and causes the van plop along like a flat tire when driving at any speed, the steering wheel jerks side to side and it pulls to the left when driving to the right when braking. I don't have the money to pay for another tire and can't take the vehicle off the road with having doctors appointments but it's a danger to drive. I have second thoughts on buying tires from Breighner Tires again with this bum tire slipping past their technicians. I'm thinking about going back to L&M Tires in Abbottstown for used tires again in the future although they cost more.

Small family owned tire shop. They do some repairs but mostly a tire shop. Have been byung here close to 10yrs, and they consistently beat everyone else's prices. The staff is very knowledgeable when it comes to tires and vehicles, and that is all of the staff. Staff is focused on customer service too, I often show up with loose wheels in the bed of my pickup, and every time I pull in the lot , as soon as I open the tailgate, at least one staff member comes.out to assist me in unloading the tires. And they load them for me as well. This is the kind of place u.hust don't find anymore, focused on Old Fashioned customer service. A cool note, they sell Ethanol Free gasoline at the pump!!!! All 3 grades, 87,89, 93 octane. While it is more $ then regular gasoline anywhere else (@$1gallon ) it is essential for small motors like lawn equipment etc.
