I have bought 3 tires before and have been very happy with them, this 4th tire has a slight amount of uneven wear from outside tread to inside tread, but is very usable and well worth the money. The higher the tread the more likely the better the wear pattern would be near perfect. The first 3 were as stated, and very good. The 4th tire tire will be used on the rear til the wear is more even....NICE company to do business with...

I was able to purchase tires with a lot of treadlife for a lot less money than new. The difference between new tread and what I purchased is about 3 months of wear. The date codes were approx. 3 years old tires, but I will wear them out before the tires would exceed tire manufacturer life recommendations. The tires are as advertised, with good photos of the actual product.

Can't Be Fooled

I purchased a used tire from BestUsedTires and the tire couldn't hold air because of a hole on the side. Now I'm stuck with a bad tire I can't return for a refund because of their return policy. You cover the return shipping and they charge you a restocking fee. Use them at your own risk.

Excellent experience and will use again. Both tires were as advertised and no surprises. Tread measurements spot on from what was listed in tire description. Tires have been on for 4 days and have maintained air pressure. The only problem I ran into was that the big name tire shops would not mount the tires because they were used. I went to a local Mom/Pop tire service station and had no issues having the tires mounted.

I have ordered from them a couple times. The first time it was great the tires were in great condition and never had a problem. The second time I ordered after 6 months the tires started shaking my car. It is very annoying. I know they aren't new but the ones I bought were in very good condition. I don't think it should be shaking after 6 months.

Everything was as stated online. Only major screw up was FedEx driver delivered to wrong house. Even numbered house number vs odd number and a block away. FedEx records showed delivery at 12:33, I reported no delivery at approximately 17:00.......good neighbor a block away brought delivery at 20:00. FedEx had no idea what had happened. Delivery was no fault of seller, I would order used product again in a second from this seller. As mentioned, only issue was with FedEx with whom I've never ever had a problem before. I still would rate this seller as FIVE STAR.

I purchased 4 tires 1/2019 and did not install them until 8/2019. When I did one had pinhole leaks in sidewall. This was a purchase to replace that tire. The value is not there when you have to replace one. I did not even ask for consideration after the last tire issue I had here. I am happy that I can save money (most of the time) but I should have put them on sooner.

purchased 4 tires with 10-11/32 thread depth - i.e. with low mileage, to find out 2 had puncture repairs; and while BestUsedTires disclaimer stated tires might have puncture repairs, I had not expected to get more than 1 puncture-repaired tire at the most, given tires low mileage, and rarity of punctures/flat-tires nowdays. And while I do not regret my purchase, I have been left with a bad taste when it comes to BestUsedTires in particular, and feel they should provide more details about each used tire, e.g. number of (repaired) punctures in the tires one is looking at/about to purchase.

This is my second purchase from Best Used Tires, and while these two Perilli tires looked new, the DOT code told me they were manufactured in the 40th week of 2013 making them over 5 years old. While it's stated that age is not a factor in their evaluation of tires, I was surprised mine were so old. My previous purchase were almost new tires.

But all I needed to pass inspection was to replace one tire, as the other 3 were 4/5 32 tread. But the bad tire had only 2/32 tread. I'm a return buyer (3rd time) I received both my tires today quickly, in the past with a problem tire it was resolved quickly and replaced. The 2 I received today may not be mounted for a while my current still have a little life but I grabbed these because of a good price, so I hope they will still honor the replacement policy when they finally get mounted if there is a problem. I guess I'll see. I have no complaints at all and give them 5 stars.

BE VERY CAREFUL when you decide to buy a used tire from them. I received my tire with a surprise as there is a significant hole patch on it, which was not described on their website, despite they claimed that all their used tires may have been patched. When I contacted them for a return, including talking to their manager, they offered me either $20-25 refund for me to keep the tire for my own mistake, or a return with $40 loss. I took the $25 refund offer and decided to keep the patched used useless tire to avoid further hassle. I asked them to delete my account permanently from their site as I will never come back to buy anything from them, nor do I recommend anyone to buy tires from them.
