I have huge concerns with this business. I put my trust in them when I purchased a truck, just over a month ago. They told me that they checked all the brakes, and replaced the rotors. They said the truck was in excellent condition, and that the body was in immaculate condition. I got the truck home and had my mechanic look it over, and I come to find out that one of the rotors is completely cracked, all of the brakes are worn out and rusted, and the whole underneath of my truck had been spray painted black to cover up the extensive amount of rust underneath. It is so rusted out that it really isn’t safe to drive. My mechanic said it was one of the worst rust cases he had ever seen. I paid top dollar for this vehicle, and am extremely upset with the Suburban Ford dealership. I’ve tried contacting them and they were unhelpful and would not remedy the situation.

My husband and I bought a F-150 from Sandy Ford and unfortunately had a couple of issues with it, after such a big purchase the last thing you want is to have problems and spend more money. Sam in Michael in the service department did an outstanding job of taking care of us, they were timely, kind and they even got me a rental car while mine was being fixed. We did have to pay a little bit to get everything 100% but it’s not nearly what we were expecting. These guys really bent over backwards for us and in my opinion did the right thing. We will definitely stay loyal to Sandy Ford in the years to come because of these two employees.

Best car buying experience ever. It has been over 8 years since I've purchased a car and was not looking forward to the process. I had generally done my homework and had narrowed down the field of which car might be a good fit for myself and our family ... but still had a few questions. The second I walked on to Suburban Ford's lot, Josh was helpful, pleasant and knew their product! He patiently allowed me to drive a number of vehicles and answered all my questions without a hint of pressuring me one way or the other. After I narrowed down the trim lines I liked in the Explorer, I told Josh I'd discuss with my husband and get back to him. Again, Josh was great and in fact I did return the next day with my hubby ... and Josh answered all his questions with expertise and patients. Once we determined the exact vehicle we'd purchase ... Josh presented all the incentives, quickly worked with our preferred lender and we had an agreement within a few minutes. Needless to say, we'd heard the great reviews about Suburban Ford and our experience absolutely lived up to and exceeded our expectations. We will certainly recommend Josh and the Suburban Group to others and will purchase again from them. I should add that the service department was excellent too ... we had a few things added after the purchase and they got us scheduled in and out right away.

Absolutely terrible experience with a Suburban Ford out in Sandy Oregon. My father tried to purchase a used F150 and the dealer said the usual we will get you in this truck today. Then we got to negotiate a deal part at which point he added 4k to asking price which was listed on the window because there was a "mistake" and pretended to discount it but ended up still being more than their asking price. The refused to even come back down to the advertised asking price and insisted on additional extras we did not want. Needless to say we walked away. I dont recommend anyone trying to buy anything new or used here. FTC and BBB will be notifed of this business practicing bait and switch tactics.

Went into the dealership today to get a quote on my cars trade-in value and possibly trade it in. As I entered I was greeted with unwelcoming eyes assuming it was due to me looking like a younger man as compared to the stereotypical ‘adult’ looking person in search of a car. I asked about trading in my car and getting a price on it to be turned to Kelly Blue Books. I am not sure if it was a misunderstanding but it definitely did not seem that neither myself nor my offer were welcomed at this location. That is why I rate it 1 star out of 5, 0.5 if I could.

The only good thing about this dealership was convenient location since I live in Sandy area. When I purchased my new suv in April they had an ok selection, and the staff was friendly since we were highly interested in getting a vehicle. We were promised an oil change book complimentary with our new vehicle purchase of$66000.00 that’s the least they could do. Which was never received, nor was anything sent to us through mail. They kept calling over and over while we were on vacation asking if we wanted to buy more add on features. I finally called after almost 7000 miles about my first oil change.... the service department couldn’t even wash the vehicle. But they offer 2 complimentary chocolates. We have had issues in the past, yet again they have failed to please with simple business services. We recommend not going to this dealership. We should of gone to Gresham Ford, and we plan on doing all of our personal, and work business through them from now on.

This review is for the service and parts department. I called several ford dealerships around to get an extra key for my ford F150. Some quotes were as high as $250 and this place charged 110 dollars for the key and $52 to program it which was by far the cheapest. It's actually cheaper than most locksmiths and you know you're getting original ford parts. Got in and out in less than an hour. I will definitely consider these guys for any other work on my pick up and of course any future purchases for a new car.

There was no responsibility taken by the dealership and they were completely rude on the phone. WOULD NOT do business again. This company does not have your back.

I hope the owner reads this! I Went in to have my rear wiper system replaced. They fixed it perfectly then when I went to pick up my car after hours. my driver door wouldn't open from the inside and the window was all messed up. Then I had to take the day off of work to go in there to have them explain what happened to my door and to have them fix it. Then I dealt with the service advisor Aryn Fix (very rude). And he said that his people wouldn't damage anything intentionally. And I don't care intentionally or not fix my car. 3 hours later aryn called me saying it would be $650 to fix everything, then I said I'm not paying for damage that you caused. So I went in there to speak to a manager and he refused to do so at first until I said sternly "I want to speak to Your manager" in front of other employees then one came out and talked to me and said its$650. And a weeks wait. I said give me my damn car and left. Never take your vehicle to suburban Ford to get service done on it unless you want to get damage done to your vehicle and hundreds of dollars stolen from you.

This dealership lied about the condition of a truck that a family member bought. We were told that it was in great condition, no problems. Come to find out there are multiple issues with the truck, which were not disclosed before, including a severely rusted frame, cracked rotor, and the transfer case is bad. When we inquired about these issues with the dealership they were very rude and unprofessional and refused to follow through with the warranty (I’ve had the truck for a month). Not what they claim their customer service to be and I’m going to have to pay +7,000, most likely more, to keep it running and the rust is so bad that it won’t even be drivable in a couple years. My advice, take your business elsewhere, they are not worth the money or hassle.

After 40,000 miles on my 2016 f 350 truck and having suburban ford do all my service,I was unable to get back there so I went to jiffy lube to get a oil changed they pulled my air filter and it was black as night, a flashlight could not be seen anywhere threw it.i had jiffy lube change the air filter. I went back to the service manager at suburban ford told him the story he says no we never pull the filter it takes to long and that's why there's the indacator for the filter change. I was mad and said see how good it works,he says don't worry it's only going to lose power I'm like it's a $ 20,000.00 motor to replace he's no no it's ok, You make up your mind for yourself if this is how to service a $ 55,000.00 truck. I really had a great experience working with Chris and Beth at Suburban Ford. I'm roughly in Everett, WA and told them I was looking to add one of their vans to my fleet. They looked in to and found several rebates that aren't advertised and were able to get the van into my budget range. The dealership even picked me up at the airport. Paperwork took about half an hour. With a test drive and showing me around the vehicle I was on the road back to WA in about an hour. I don’t usually write reviews but the service department at Suburban Ford really deserves a positive mention. I recently purchased an F150 from another dealer that traded it from another dealer. I looked it over before signing the papers but failed to notice some aftermarket splash guard mounting brackets the first dealer had installed but failed to remove. They also pulled out some nylon fasteners from the rear wheel well and didn’t bother to put them back. On top of that, I noticed that a few LED’s in the headlight surround were out too. Not the best new car purchase experience. I took it to Suburban, they gave me a few nylon fasteners and set up a time to replace the headlight. Traffic was heavy and I was about 10 minutes late for my scheduled service but not a word about that from the service team. They greeted me by name and with a smile, took the keys, and were done in less time than they had originally promised. Definitely the best service experience by a dealer for me in a very long time. I may not have purchased this F150 from them but I upgrade every few years and when that time comes around again Suburban’s where I’ll go.

Just leased an F150. Customer service was great and simple! However, am disappointed that I didn't read the fine print well enough. $600 was factored into the rate for two things I didn't want or even know where there. Wasn't listed or brought to my attention before signing. Make sure you check for the brake light flasher and lojack system they factor in. I would have preferred my $600 over these two items.

After driving a 1999 Ford Ranger for 20 yrs (purchased new in 1998) it was time to replace the ol' girl. I wasn't able to get another Ranger but I did end up with a 2013 Escape. I took my wife's 2009 Ford Flex into them after having it at a different mechanic in Estacada. The car was shutting it's self off when in Idle. When the engine was on it ran fine with no issues, The mechanic said the issue was something better to be repaired by a Ford Dealership. I had to towed to Suburban. They said the codes told them we needed a PCI that costs $2000, we took their word for it and paid them only to get it home and have the same problem. They asked that we drive it back and offered a loaner car until they figure it out. They then said we needed a throttle module for an additional $300. Then they called and said that didn't fix the issue. They had the car for an additional week and then called to say the engine has a hard knock and would need to be replaced for $8500 which is more than we owe on the car and more than the car's blue book value. The engine didn't have a knock when I gave it to them but they claim to not have done anything to cause the damage. I now have to find a way to replace the engine or continue to make payments on a car that doesn't run. This whole ordeal has made a significant amount of stress and financial distress all because we made the mistake to ever take our car here and would recommend anyone stay away from this business for repairs.

The sales department always treated me well, but the service department here has really gone down hill. My wife and I have had several services here where work was not done or performed incorrectly. Health check sheet is never accurately filled out by technicians. I have had 3 conversations with their manager Tim regarding these issues. However, nothing seems to improve or change. At this point it seems to be a management issue here... Do yourself a favor and go to Landmark Ford. Not only did we get better service, they even go those extra steps such as washing your car when you pick it up. The service level difference is night and day between these places.

We first met Beth on a very cold winter night as we drove through their lot looking for a used truck. She walked out and greeted us with a smile and spent about 30 minutes chatting while we sat in our Jeep toasty warm. We sent her a message about a truck they had listed online and it was parked up front and all warmed up when we arrived. The truck met all of our needs and then some but had a few minor concerns that we had discussed. We explained that we were in the middle of escrow on a house here in Sandy and would contact her when it closed if they still had the truck. We ended up going back a few more times to look at the truck and make sure it was the vehicle we wanted. Everyone at the dealership was always welcoming when we arrived and encouraged our 2 daughters ages 2 and 4 to play, color, and just be kids. Never once did we feel unwelcome or that our kids were bothering them. Beth and the sales team never once asked us any financial questions, to fill out an application, or to see our credit, they actually refused to even discuss the vehicle price or potential sale until we showed them the keys to our new house... What dealership refuses to talk numbers out of respect for the customers well being?? Suburban does that's who. When we finally returned to purchase the truck they already fixed the minor imperfections and offered us a great deal on a wheel and tire package. (We researched the cost of the wheels and tires before hand and they beat the best price we found anywhere) We had such a great experience at Suburban they will be our first stop when we are in the market for another vehicle in the future.
