I have to give only 2 stars,they are cheaper and friendly and fast but the guy in the pit will lie and tell you your rear end is low on oil and charge you for half gallon of Lucas when it doesn't need it.thief.

I got oil change yesterday, very very bad service, I have been a speedco customer since last 8 years, but since loves bought it,there services went upside down, this is my last and final visit in speedco, will never do business, no more guys,,,there employee cracks my water sperator filter (bowl)I got check Engine light, after I changed oil,,,I talk to management, but they say we didn't crack it,,,also they didn't grees bottom of truck,00 stars

We have taken our RV here for years and been happy with the service. NOT THIS TIME! First the mechanic argued about which filter we needed until he grabs the wrong on and tries to put it on, "Oh, this doesn't fit.". When he changed the oil he checked an said, "It's a little low." My husband said to top it off, after an oil change the oil shouldn't be a little low. Next they tested our antifreeze, but instead of testing it directly from the radiator they took from overflow which hasn't been in the radiator for some time. I guess we'll retest it ourselves. However, the final travesty came when they didn't have the correct socket to drain the oil from the generator. The mechanic tried different tools on the plug, we're afraid he may have rounded it off with everything he tried, we offered to get the correct socket and he said no. Then they tried to say it was broken so they couldn't change the oil and recommended some place else to repair it. It's not broken, it's a lack of knowledge, a lack of equipment and a lack of professionalism. We probably won't go there again.

Brought my motor home here and was quoted $250 for an oil change. When done they charged me $300. Woman behind counter was rude and snarky. The floor in the shop was covered in oil. Would not recommend this place, not a pleasant expeeience.

Had one of our trucks serviced at Aurora, OR. location a couple weeks ago which we use that location freqently, they called later saying they had left a wrench on the truck, the big expensive kind they use to pull the pan plug on a DD15 and would we mind looking for it, so I went out of my way to go to our yard and retrieve it, then went out of my way to return it but they were closed at the time so waited till I was passing by a week later and took the time to stop and drop it off, told the shift manager I'd trade him for a ball cap for the favor and he just looked at me like I was stupid, sorry. I said your welcome. So jokes on him, when the 19 trucks I manage need serviced or DOT or tires I'll send them to the TA across the road or on down the road elsewhere. Service guys were great. Office lady was snippy and seemed to do everything but take care of me. Floors were oily. I'm in an RV. Carpets don't like oil. Price was quoted on phone and on the price sheet. At end it was $10 more. Was told price sheet wa outdated. . D B

If it I could than I would do NO STAR, my driver did on oil change and during that they where training a new employee who didn't know that there was a sensor in there and he threw it away and my driver had to call his attention to that. Later when they need to show you the oil to verify that it is clean the oil was looking dark as if it was not drain right. It did not looked like an oil change was done. We have a video to proof that but I can't load it here. You can see a picture at least. I called corporate and spoke with Tanner Glass he said that they did everything right. At the store I spoke with Jeremy and he expected us to pay for the oil . KEEP ON EYE when they are doing the job or you will have issues with your truck later on and I'm sure that they won't take care of it. It took longer than usual to get it done also, they don't care that drivers are on a tight schedule. Well I won't be doing another oil change here.

Horrible service! Very slow! It took them 1 1/2 hours to replace one tire! I even had the old tire off! Only hector hard working guy was working while 5 guys stood not doing anything! Over priced! I’d pick les Schwab any day over these guys!

Horrible experience the filters on my truck are not unique, thousands of Frieghtliners have them but because they are short handed they all of a sudden don't even carry my fuel/water filter. If your open till 2200 stop whining and do your job! Would have left no stars but system requires at least one.
