Locally owned, non-chain store, with great service. I've visited often. My wife's tire developed a very slow leak, and warned us on the dashboard. I took it in when they were busy, and still they quickly found a manufacturer's sticker on the sidewall allowed the leak, an unfortunately common problem. They fixed it and refused to charge me for the fix!

My trucks air conditioner compressor froze up broke my serpentine belt I was stuck in 5 miles south of Yachats had to be towed there, was after hours so I went back to Springfield didn't get my car done until Monday late afternoon was Wednesday when I left it there. They put a new battery in said mine was bad. Mine was not bad that was $140. They told me it would be a couple hundred. They wound bypass the compressor. Without my approval they put a used compressor in instead. Turned out to be $399. Would have been $549 whith new battery. I had them put my old one back in. Has been working just fine. Not really happy with them. I feel they were taking advantage of a single woman in her 60's.

We were on a Cruise Oregon event with 110 other classic cars and our 1947 Ford Tudor Sedan would not start in Florence, Oregon! We thought the rest of our vacation would be over. Shervin's traced down the problem, replaced the starter, and did it the next day at a very fair price. We highly recommend them to everyone! Not only did they did the repair work quickly but kept us informed as to what they were finding. Excellent service and we highly recommend them.

What an amazing reapair shop! Our Audi Q7 broke down in Florence....the closest dealership was in Portland. Someone recommended Shervins and wow...we hit the jackpot! He diagnosed the problem; had the parts overnighted and had it fixed in a day. Not many people can work on an Audi but he did a perfect job and the price was way less than we guessed it would be. Highly recommend!!!
