Worst place in myrtle creek for buying tires, brakes and alignment. Anyway they can take advantage of you they will. Valley crooked tire is what they need to change to name to. One of me wheels was out of alignment and I was charged $112 for one wheel. The other 3 were all aligned perfect, checked by Big O tires in roseburg. If you want to be taken advantage of them go to valley tire in mc.

Years ago on a trip to Eugene to visit our mother in hospice we had a blow-out on the 5 and made it off at the Main Street ramp . No less than 7 people stopped to render aid. One man brought us back an air tank to pump up our spare and a dear lady, went so far as to call Valley Tire and have them open up their shop after hours in order to help us. The owner, Merle Schuyler did that and upon hearing our story waived the emergency fee for opening late. Sold us a tire and rim at a very reasonable price and sent us on our way. His kindness will not be forgotten as that was the last visit with mom.

Horrible place to deal with made arrangements four tires for a disabled veterans fifth wheel trailer they sold the tires out from underneath him and try to put passenger car tires on a trailer do not deal I cannot believe they would try to do that to a veteran

Not happy. Tires not available and had to be ordered. Misdiagnosed very serious front end problems. Tires had to be rebalanced elsewhere. Refused any offer to help fix problems that were ultimately determined as life threatening. Too busy with oil changes. Just spent $1200 for front end repairs they dismissed as not serious. Insisted on calling me "Buddy."

Had lift, wheels and tires put on. Problem was chrome nuts put on and suppose to be black. Was told they ordered right ones and they were waiting on them. Next time I went in I was told they hadn't ordered them. I went to Les Schwab and they had them in stock and put them on. Regret doing in business with Valley Tire. Today (Saturday) needed a front bearing pressed out and new one pressed in. Told it would be ready by 3pm. Now Monday they will do it.

I usually can't be bothered with giving reviews (unless it's a rage review ;) I always work on my own cars, so I was tentative about taking my truck in, but I had to because my other car broke down. Went in on a reccomendation. My cat. conv. was completely clogged and muffler was falling off (this was a Magnaflow system, still can't believe it). They fixed me up in a day even though they were slammed. I asked for a good performance/budget job, and they kept the price to exactly what they quoted me. Got me a new high flow cat and a glass pack (my choice). The Cat price was cheaper than online. The mechanic even walked out with me and insisted I start the truck up to see if I liked the new sound. He did great work. I could see he was happy and proud of his work. That's exactly what you want. I am very happy with Valley Tire. I highly reccomend them. Friendly, great service, pride in their work, honest, and fair prices.
