This place is simply amazing. I was quoted over 800 for vehicle work and these guys proved it wasn't necessary leaving me paying only 100! I had the same amazing experience with my camper van also so it's not an isolated experience. I don't live in Creswell, but you can bet I will be getting all my maint done there from now on.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation and 2 nails out of 2 tires. I get called thats its done and pay. I was charged for everything yet they didnt rotate my tires and i still have a nail in my tire. STILL CHARGED FOR EVERYTHING. So i go in and ask what is going on and they say 1 tire was too bad and they didnt rotate because of that. When asked why they charged me he says "i dont know do you want your money back or what" umm absolutely i do. Why charge me for a service you OPENLY didnt do? Now im second guessing if the oil change was done. Completly tried to scam me out of money.

I've have been going here for years and have been extremely satisfied. I've had spark plug wires replaced many times on many different vehicles. I get my oil changed only at point s tire in creswell. My gfs truck broke down only a few hours after she had an oil change from point s. She has been using point s tire for over 10 years without any issues. However, after her truck broke down and needed a spark plug wire swap out. They charged her almost 300 dollar's. I've had tune ups there that where less. I called the point s tire in Eugene and asked the price and it was 150 max. I asked if they charged for diagnosis and they said no. She was charged 94 dollars for a diagnosis, first time she has ever been charged that in over 10 years of service and the first time I have ever seen it. We had our other truck in there a week earlier for a diagnosis and was charged nothing. Extremely disappointing. She was never told she would be charged until she received the bill.

This has not always been my luck at locations such as this. Popcorn, coffee, and water in the waiting room made it that much better. To top it all off, the bathrooms were well taken care of. Strongly recommend.

I suspected my F150 truck had a wheel misalignment problem. The Point S tech hooked it up to their test station and personally showed me the test results : the alignment was just fine. I was mistaken. And for checking my vehicle Point S charged me $0.00! Not one penny! The inspection and consultation service was FREE! These people are terrific.

Very customer friendly and do a good job in a short time. Highly recommend. Tire shop: more expensive than Discount tire or some other larger chains, but great service. Might want to price shop on the actual tires.
