I had the misfortune of running off the road on the way south from Washington, just outside of Pendleton. I did a quick search for alignment shops, and came across Pendleton Tire Factory on the top results of Google. As unfortunate as it was to be stranded undergoing repairs for a week, the staff and owner at PTF were very gracious and helpful. They put in the extra hours and work to get my truck roadworthy after extensive repairs. They got it fixed up right, and treated me with impressive hospitality and above-the-top customer service. Cheryl, Scott, Kyle, and Joe were amazing people to work through everything with.

We had vehicle trouble in the night and were towed to this location. Someone came at 7 when it opens at 730 and was more than happy to help us right away. We were on a long road trip and they gave us great service and even turned cartoons on for my kids while we waited! We got back on the road sooner than we thought we would! Shout out to Deputy Miller of the Umatilla County Sheriff's office for getting us safely off the road last night when we blew a tire, and Scott Sullivan and his crew, Chris and Alex, of the Pendleton Tire Factory, for finding us tires this morning and making the service call out to us this morning to change all four rear tires and getting us back on the road. I highly recommend them if you ever have vehicle trouble in Pendleton, OR area. They do more than just tires.

Had a blowout on the way into Pendleton. Called first thing the next morning had to get four new tires. Dave treated us real good he even ordered me a four way so it would be easier to change next time (I have after market wheels). Great service good price excellent help.

Had them install a fifth wheel hitch. They told me to bring it in at 2:30pm and they would get it done. I called 20min before closing and they said it would be ready in 10min. On arrival I noticed they put the spacers in the wrong spot even though I had all ready done one for them to use as an example. Long story short they had to redo it and then tried to charge me overtime. I talked them down a little but the manager was extremely disrespectful.

Phoned Scott at quarter to 5 on a Friday and told him my problem. He said bring it in so I got there about 5 minutes before closing time and he put it up on the hoist to check it over. I needed new brakes and rotors and he said he would stay and do the repair. We talked and he said as I was only towing the car behind the motorhome, that if I was careful I could make it home. Made him a half hour late in closing and he wouldn't even charge me for the diagnosis. Very friendly and helpful staff and manager. Would recommend them anytime.

I called the after hours number at 7pm and talked to, Tony, I believe, to get help with one of our trucks on to of the hill on I-84. I gave Tony the information for the tire size and the driver information and location, he took care of the rest. A little over two and a half hours later bill paid and driver back on the road. My experience with the very tall and perhaps hilarious owner of Pendleton Tire Factory was a nightmare that just keeps giving. After paying $3,000.00 for repairs and parts to my car in June, I found myself paying another $2,300 six months later to repair and replace the shoddy (also potentially lethal) workmanship on my car. At the beginning, I was charmed by Scott's apparent warmth and concern for the seriousness of my situation. But this veneer wore thin during the course of the full week it took to take care of my car. Failing to put the car on the hoist when it first came in so it could be properly diagnosed was only the beginning of what turned out to be an incredibly expensive and very unpleasant experience. As the time kept extending, Mr. Sullivan told me he would put his regular customers ahead of my repairs and I would just have to wait till it was convenient for my car to be fixed. In addition, Scott said he didn't have time to check the work of the men who work for him. Too busy being hilarious I guess. When it was all over, I had extra costs associated with paying for our motel room another night, a rental car to take us to our home, and then the drive back to Oregon to pick up my car and then to Seattle again. The final insult added to the injury was the failure of the work and the parts I drove home with, except for the new tires. i suggest you avoid working with Pendleton Tire Factory.

The front staff is very knowledgeable. The mechanics are old school, I like that. Their prices are much better than led Schwab, the wait is less, and they are warm and friendly. Be sure to put them in the loop when shopping for estimates!!
