I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Aside from their handling all of the work for my employer, I also drive the 50 miles back to Sweet Home with my own vehicles to have them serviced there as well. I have gone other places and regretted it every time. They are incredibly concientious about every single detail and they go the extra mile to make sure they offer the best deal possible. So I called to get an appointment for alignment I took it in today Tuesday and they were able to set the alignment I did not realize until after they did the alignment that they raise the price of the alignment when I want to pay my bill I thought it was still $65 but could not be $80 but what can I do I asked him when they raised it and they said 2 weeks ago well how come somebody didn't tell me when I booked the appointment or about the vehicle off I don't understand that.

Chris at O&M has always been very helpful and never charged me for something I didn't need done. I brought a vehicle in for new tires and an alignment once and after a inspection I was told the alignment was fine and only had to pay for the new tires. It's nice to have an honest shop in town that doesn't take advantage of its customers. O&M is the only shop I go to when I need to fix a tire or get new tires on my vehicles.

Five star service by far! Had some work done by a shop in Salem and was left with an issue that they did not fix. Went by Point S in Sweet Home where I live for an opinion and not only did they find the issue, they fixed it within 10 minutes, and didn’t charge me a dime. So many shops take advantage of situations like mine, and these guys were honest from start to finish. This will be my go-to tire/brake/suspension shop from now on.
