0 stars (1 is just the lowest I can select) Olson Bros impounded my car after my friend was beet with a wrench in the back of his head and carjacked. The police arrested the thief and Olson Bros towed the car. I was told by police that the fees would go through the court and the thief would be held responsible for the cost yet the Olson bros demands Payment or they're keeping the car. No business ethics No morality

Nice little private shop. Kept it clean, the only place I know of locally where you can get non-ethenated premium gasolin which fo rme is important. Also, they cleaned both my windshield and rear window and offered me into a free raffle which I thought was rather reasonable. Overall good experience. I'll consider them for further service. Update to my previous post. I stopped into their shop for gas. I had a low coolant light on. I asked if they had any coolant for sale in the shop and he said they didn't but he'd be happy to just top it off for free. I'm not saying that's a Olson Bro's policy, but service like that keeps me coming back. - Thanks

I came to Olson Brothers on a recommendation from another towing company who were not able to help me tow my tiny house. While the technician who came out, Kevin, looked slightly concerned about the height/unwieldiness of the tow (it is kind of a nightmare to tow and I don't blame him at all) he was VERY professional throughout the process. Plus, he got it to the destination safely, backed it into a small space on the first try like a total boss, and was friendly and patient throughout the process. Having only towed the tiny house once before, I was prepared for this to be a total nightmare day, but Olson Brothers made it much simpler & closer to pain-free than I would have expected. Thank you so much!

They towed my motorhome for the cheapest quote in the area, and my driver Michael was unbelievably quick, polite, and skilled. I asked him to back my 26 foot motorhome through a gate that is only about 3 ft wider then the motorhome itself, and Michael backed it in one shot. I was beyond impressed! I will definitely call them if I ever need a tow again! Thank you, Michael! (This personal experience aside, I used to work at the AutoZone down the street and we sometimes supplied Olsen Brothers with parts. While many other shops in the area would purchase the absolute cheapest part that AutoZone carries, Olsen Brothers almost always chose the highest quality product or the OEM part if we carried it!)

Their towing service and customer service for that part is horrible. My daughter was stranded on the side of the road on McLoughlin near their facility and my daughter kept calling asking how long and they would say 15 min more each time. Finally when she called, they said they didn't have any trucks available and that she'd have to call her insurance company back and start over again - this was after 2 hours of sitting on the side of the road in the dark and rainy.......the operator didn't even bother calling the my daughter to tell her, my daughter had to find out by continually calling. The operator gave no excuse either, just that no trucks would be available for the night.......ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. They also knew she was on a dangerous corner near Railroad Ave and only 18 yrs old and stranded - lived in Salem and needed a tow all the way back to Salem.....I was furious!!! I would never recommend this company to anyone. I will also be complaining to State Farm which is who has them on their list of approved towing companies.

Came in today while they were busy and asked if they could loosen 4 bolts on my rear bumper so I could take it off, as I planned on putting a new bumper on. They said sure back up to a door. Steve came out and took the bumper off in 3-4 min with an air gun. Saved my knuckles from sure harm had I tried with my own socket set. I asked how much do I owe, and he said don't worry about it. I've been to this shop several times, and had work done. They are timely and courteous. I appreciate it! I will be back....

Where can I start a review on this business? I can't tell you how long I have been taking my cars to Olson Brothers because I don't remember a time I took them anywhere else. Brad the owner and Vince, who has been there as long as I can remember are honest hardworking and are just the kind of people you want to do business with. You sure don't get half this good of service from the Les shops and the price is better at Olson brothers. Olson brothers never tries to up sell things you don't need. They always give me options and make suggestions that fit my wants, needs and budget. This company goes out of its way to make car repairs as painless as they can be and to me that deserves 10 stars! When a different gas station put gas, instead of diesel, in our only delivery truck we called Olson Brothers. They were able to tow the box van, remove the gas, fill it with diesel and have us running by the next morning. They definitely went above and beyond. I stopped in today around noon to get gas and check tires. I waited and waited and even saw someone behind a desk look at me an d sort of yawn. After too long a time I closed up my car and left. I know they could have been really busy with something but someone should have told me to wait. Not good Brad.

Our truck was hit while in a parking lot, front wheel badly damaged. Olson brothers was called to tow us to nearest facility about a two mile tow. Our insurance called them about 4:30pm they gave us a estimated time of arrival of 7:15 pm . At 7pm they canceled our tow. Leaving the insurance to locate another tow company. The insurance company explained we are both in our seventies, the outside temperature was 90 degrees we were upset after being in an accident. When we got a tow from another company ( KING Towing ) it took about twenty minutes to get the truck towed. What an uncaring company, leaving people stranded then canceling after two and a half hour wait. Their tire service may be fine but not the towing

The Oak Grove store is trying to bill me for a Kia I sold 4 years ago at a dealership in Troutdale. For a tow bill. I called them and told them as far as I'm concerned they can keep it, it's not mine. I notified the sheriffs office. This outfit is trying to scam me. I don't own the rig anymore. Do not do business here.

O.K. There is nothing bad to say about this place. I have been there a half a dozen times over the last year and Brad Olsen and the entire team are extremely knowledgible and helpful. On one occasion I had a problem that wasn't in the scope of their shop capabilities, ( I needed a transmission ). Brad referred me to an excellent shop that save me over $1000.00 compared to the dealership. I have referred others to Olsen Brothers Tire Factory and they all have had great results. I have had tires repaired there. I have purchase some high quality used tires there. Most recently I decided to invest in four new tires; Tire Factory had the most competitive pricing and the service was prompt and everyone was very personable. I would recommend them to you and I will be going back again.

My car was towed to olson brothers and then they fixed a part on my brake and when I got my car back the next day I was driving it around and a week later my brother when to change my brake pads and a bolt was missing from my brake. So when I went back to next day I waited about a half hour for them to even find the bolt and then they wanted to change my Brake pads that were on backwards and charge me for it! Sevrice sucks, customer service sucks. Would not recommend at all

This morning I had my Mercedes Benz SL65 AMG towed to the dealer for repairs. The car's adjustable suspension had dropped on the left front corner making the car undriveable and largely unsteerable. The already limited ground clearance was substantially compromised. Mike showed up with a flatbed, assessed the situation, and took meticulous care in loading and unloading the car to prevent damage. He was courteous, friendly, and efficient. Even the servicer advisor at Mercedes Benz of Portland was impressed and commented: "I see why you use Olson Bros. Towing." I have used Olson Bros Towing on a number of occasions and the service is always excellent.

I recently bought a set of Nokyen "N" tires based upon a recommendation from Brad Olson. He had them filled with nitrogen, which provides for less changes in tire temperature and pressure through out the season's. After driving for over 50 years, all I can say is this is without a single doubt the best riding tire I have ever experienced! I suggest you stop and shop with them since "customer service" is really their creed. They have been taking care of our cars for thirty years now. and I have found that Brad, Dan, and their crew are always friendly professionals who really care about their neighbors. We live in Lake Oswego and cross the river because of the great people and service!

The sales person completely misinformed me about the use of the tires that they suggested. I was sold a set of winter only tires as an all around better tire. They are made of a soft rubber specifically for driving on ice and snow. Of course the tires wore very quickly. I bought the new tires because the previous set were wearing unevenly. The suspension was supposed to be inspected by Olson Brothers and repaired or aligned as necessary. I had the same type of wear on the new tires so that they need to be replaced after only 6000 miles.

These guys are the best. I had by tires road force balanced by Les Schwab and still had a wobble on the highway. Dont drive much on the highway anyway but the wobble was still there after a few months. Took my rig in and these guys said my tires needed 3-4 oz per tire! They run great on the highway now. Les Schwab sucks. Use this place!

I needed to have my car towed home from a local dealership. The car was on my driveway within 45 minutes of my initial call. The driver was able to place it exactly where I needed it in a tight spot on the driveway. And the price was very reasonable, almost half what other companies quoted.

Get your gas for your mowers and power equipment here, they offer non-alcohol gasoline (non-oxygenated fuel) that lasts a year or more with stabilizer and won't gum up your infrequently used gas-powered tools, especially 2-cycle engines like chainsaws and leaf blowers. (Normal ethanol gas at every other station degrades significantly after a month, especially in hot weather.) Staff is friendly, seldom busy, and easy to get to on highway 99E. I wish their hours were a bit longer, but they are a small business. They also have have tires and repair services, and have been in business for a long time with a good local reputation.

Worst experience with a mechanic in my life. 2 simple repairs, and not finished 4 days later. Ignition coil- have waited an hour or so for same repair at other shops. Replaced tie-rod, needed Alignment- couldn't fix camber because part was broken but couldn't show me part and could't confirm that he had even seen it. Perfomed $45 oil change after telling them it had an oil change 3 days ago.
