Arrived in Bend from Maine a year ago. I've dealt with Onsite Tire Shop twice now, and refuse to go anywhere else. They're honest, extremely helpful, and courteous. Last year we couldn't get off of Aubrey, so they came to our place to install winter tires. This year I got a great deal on Viking Contact 7s, they were speedy on install, and very helpful. You can't beat 'em.

I have used this tire service for 3 years and they were great. I used them last month to repair a tire and I've used them every season to change my tires over. This year the price went from $75 to $115 for their mobile service. It is still $75 if you bring it in, but they don't seem to prefer the "on site" model by which they are named.

The BEST tire and wheel business in Bend! Exceptional and friendly customer service. Extremely good product and application knowledge as well as honest advice. I've bought at least 8 sets of tires from them for a variety of vehicles and I have had 2 sets of high performance alloy wheels repaired and refinished by them and their work is first class. In fact, they refinished a set of ultra rare Style 20 M-System Technic "turbine" wheels for my e28 BMW M5 and I thought the results where amazing but the owner, Dave Kelley, wasn't satisfied and completely redid them at no cost. They literally burned the midnight oil to get them done for me as I was going to be driving down to Monterey within a day for the 100 year anniversary of BMW where I displayed the car in the Legends of the Autobahn and was chosen by BMW for parade laps at Laguna Seca during the Historics (1 of 100 cars to represent 100 years of BMW, mine was on only e28 M5 chosen). I suppose Dave realized the importance and flawless wasn't good enough for him I guess. 5 star shop without question

Dave and his crew are the BEST! First met Dave and company when I needed to have my original stock Toyota Tacoma wheels repaired due to corrosion and pitting. The wheels were expertly prepped and finished with a beautiful and durable powder coat finish. As a semi-retired mechanical engineer I have a fairly good knowledge of the powder coating process and performance. Dave and company know their business! Excellent work and customer service. Since having the Tacoma's wheels coated, we have also taken our two Mercedes in with most excellent results!! Also purchased two full (4 wheels each) sets of winter tires from Dave based on his recommendations and have been very happy with them. As a skier I spend a lot of time driving on the snow and ice. Can't say enough about how good they are.

Why 5 stars? Not just great prices, on 3 sets of tires now. Not just prompt, efficient mounting and changing of tires - wherever is convenient to me. Onsite followed up with a rebate claim that a manufacturer was denying for no valid reason. Dave used his account contacts, got it straightened out through his network, and rebate is on the way. These guys are great. First experience was positive and they helped myself and another vendor in a wheel exchange transaction. Powder coating is top notch and really gave my Land Rover a unique look. Second experience was a repair from damages from a different tire shop. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally and the rims are as good as new. Best prices, very friendly and by far the quickest service I've ever had! When I pulled in 4 employees went to work like it was a pit stop, they mounted and balanced snow tires on my loose rims then switched out with my summer tires and rims in about 20 minutes. This was Thanksgiving week when everyone was in a huge rush because the first snows were coming, I was very impressed.

I'm pretty particular about things, ok, majorly particular about how things work, their function and aesthetics and they more than deliver. Dave at NW Wheel Repair found and repaired some minor dents/warps in my Audi's wheels and road-force balance the tires. No more vibration!
