My front driver side tire was leaking air.. (someone ran over a screw... It was me .... I did it☹️) and I went in to have some air out into the tire. I didn't have any money for a patch for a few more days. Well this fine gentleman Carlos took care of my patch for me and aired up all my tires. Took my truck in for an oil change 2 days ago, knowing my breaks were getting ready for some work. They were much worse than I realized, and I am back in at Nolan's again today for that. So I had the best experience ever with this place I called all over to get my front brakes done everywhere I called said either 150 an hour for just the labor or 160 per side. When i called nolans they asked if i would bring the car in so they could look at it them selves. Not only was I wrong about which set of brakes but they also pointed out my front tires where very bald. As I am not mechanically inclined as alot of people are not they took the time to make a professional diagnosis that I was not charged for. They fixed my brakes and replaced my front tires for 395. In my opinion this is the best place in town tiffany at the front desk was super polite and Juan was more than helpful. I would recommend this car shop to anyone.

I went in for an oil change a few days ago. The oil teck checked my rear brakes and said they were at 5%. Which I found hard to believe when they were at 25% only one oil change ago. After a discussion with the front office I was told to bring my car back in. The manager himself checked the brakes said they were at 20% and showed the oil teck his error. No charge to me. I was delighted. And will return again knowing I was right and my car is safe.

Went 2 days back to back. First day I brought my rogue no issues. Second day I brought my Altima, we said full synthetic in the appointment. They took it upon themselves to put conventional oil, nor did they confirm this. My wife called, i sat there for an extra 40mins for them to drain the oil & add what we asked for. It wouldn’t have been a big deal but we were traveling 3,300 miles! We take pride in our cars. The best part at 3,000 miles the car said new filter & oil. Took it a place they said oil was low. We shouldn’t have needed a new oil change until 5,000. So because they had to fix there mistake they shorted us oil! Never will be back! Beware!

The price was several hundred dollars less than Walmarts and it included the tires being mounted and balanced. Juan provide top notch service and recommended the perfect tire for my vehicle for this upcoming storm(HAKKAPELIITTA 9). You have to wonder how crazy the people must be that left a 1 star review!!

LOVE this place! I started out turning to them for oil changes over the years -- but they have become SO much more! They have become my go-to place for all the automotive irritations that inevitably pop up. Windshield wipers wearing out? (This is Oregon, after all) Go to Nolan's Point S. Have a headlight go out on you? They'll take care of it! These folks are GOOD. Tiffany at the front desk is a delight. Wonderful service! I initially came here because they open early (0700) and one of my employees said they were the best. I left a dedicated customer. While I was waiting, I was able to see how everyone was treated. This is almost like a family atmosphere. I recently bought a Charger with "special" 22in wheels. Dan took me to the balancing machine and showed me some of the problems with these wheels (very helpful) I brought her in to get balanced and an alignment. When pulling the tires, they quickly realized that the inside of both back tires were shot. They changed course quickly, gave me a ride home, completed the work, got me squared away and back on the road. I think they gave a me fair pricing for the two rear tires. I priced them later and only found one place where I could get them cheaper (by a little) I am more than willing to pay a little extra for great customer service and the opportunity to learn a little at the same time. All the guys have been working here for a long time. That tells me that they take care of their workers. Happy workers = Dedicated work = Job done right the 1st time. Nolan's has amazing, fast and affordable service. We have never trusted anyone but the dealer with out Toyota, when i complained to a friend about the prices the dealer charged, he recommended Nolans. We needed brakes, i thought I'd try them. Amazing high quality work at 1/2 the price the dealer would charge. Customer for life!!!

Yesterday I took my car in for an oil change (they are much more than just a tire store!) When I called to make an appointment the woman answering the phone, Tiffany, was friendly and helpful.
