Never will I come back. They are supposed to check all of your oil in your car for an oil change and they were constantly filling my power steering and and not cleaning it out or emptying it and my fluid was filled so high for too long it ruined my power steering when I called to tell them considering they're the only people I was paying to touch my car. Mark claimed zero responsibility and their mistake cost me over $100. So thanks a lot Mark.

I can not even begin to say how incredible this places is. I pulled up with a split tire it had to be replaced. It was really windy and the wind grab the only money I had and blew it all over the parking lot down Division St. Literally every where. A nice young man Damian, ran all over gathering the money. We recently had Mark replace a serpentine belt on our Dodge Caravan, and it was done quickly and completely at a very good price....I recommend going there for any car issue! I struggled for years with mechanics for brakes, alignment, and other wheel related issues before finding the shop formerly named Tire Factory and now known as Mark's Point S. I just wish he did engine and oil work so I never needed to go anywhere else!

My wife and I stopped in initially to have a flat fixed, Mark came out as soon as we pulled in and greeted us I told him I needed a flat fixed ,he quoted a price and I told him they quoted a bit cheaper a few blocks down he was very polite and said he understood and if he could help us in the future to please come back. We went to the other tire store and were treated rudely after waiting 15 minuets. Got back in the truck went back to see Mark and told him that I would be happy to pay his price because of his great service and attitude. Three days later we traded our truck in and the new (to us) vehicle had studded tires so we went back and mark helped us pick the best tires and price for our needs. The service was fast and professional. I would recommend this store to anyone for any service they offer.

Mark truly cares about his customers and it shows, from patching a flat, to going out of his way to fit me in when I needed help.

They attempted a bait and switch on me. Started at $40 to mount and balance two new tires I brought in and then mid way through they asked me if i wanted my tires balanced, so I asked if they were going to charge me more, and said it was going to be another $15 per tire, which they fortunately forgot to charge because I paid with someone else.... Absolutely do not go here, if you are unfamiliar with cars they will attempt to sell you everything you don't need so they can charge you more.

We took our car here for years. No issues. always would give us (Discount) on work. our car was burning oil bad(1qt week) we had 2 oil changes in 1month. an a oil top off 1 wk after 2nd oil change in 1month. Didn't say anything about the metal shards in my oil that would have told me my engine block was eating away at its self. So I took my car to a different shop. who only did a oil change an explained My engine was burning oil an need be replaced. Mark's need an be reported to bad business bureau. As this is the worst place you can take your car. Most people expect honest/Knowledgeable mechanics. at Mark's you get everything but.

Gotta give a shout out for this place.....Excellent service, highly knowledgeable staff and owner (who is there and hands-on!) who did a bearing replacement, 2 new tires, alignment and oil change for a VERY reasonable cost. Additionally, as a woman I've had lots of mechanics treat me poorly, assuming I know nothing about vehicles and have been taken advantage by some too. Not at Mark's!! Straight talk and nuthin' but NICE. THX MARK, U GUYS ROCK!

We were heading up to Mt Hood for a ski day and needed snow chains. We made some calls. The Tire Factory had good prices, so we stopped in for the chains. The guy who helped us was great. He explained our options and then let us decide. Once we decided, he made sure we knew how to put the chains on. He even brought a youtube video on his computer for us to watch on how to put on the particular chains we bought. We had a great ski day on the mountain.

This place is either dishonest or lazy to do their job. Very unwelcoming service. My left front tire had a nail in it and I specifically showed the person, after 45 minutes of time wasted waiting in there they said my car was finished. I asked if they can check all my tires pressures and they agreed. As I was leaving my tire pressure light was still on and they told me to drive for it to go away. Next day it still wont go away and I go back to the shop and the man tells me he did my right front side and that there was a nail in it too. Okay, lets say as if you “did do” the right front one, shouldn’t he have still checked all my tires like I asked? On top he wanted to charge again for something he misunderstood. Screw this business. All of them are unwelcoming by the way and all speak in spanish expecting others to not understand.
