I bought 2 24inch tires for my avaclahe and everything went well until I was driving over 50 MPH and it started shaking. I figured I went in at the end of the day so they just wanted to go home so they never balanced my tires. I finally got the time to go in. They didnt realize I just bought the tires there so they told me that my tire was bad. They where trying to sale me a tire. I then told them I just bought the tire here about a month ago. There story changed then... oh maybe it's the rim. They checked one tire and balanced it and then didnt balance the other one. Now I can drive 65 but I can feel the tire that they didnt balance shaking. Now I have to take more time out of my busy schedule to have them balance the last tire.

I cant praise this shop enough! John goes above and beyond the obligations to his customers. My first time dealing with his shop and they had my problems diagnosed in minutes. Had me fixed up and on the road with a whole new front end that was a warranty repair for another shops mistakes in half a day. HE Even loaned me a company vehicle and no doubt took a personal loss on the cost of parts and labor to make sure my family travels safe. I will gladly drive the forty miles out of my way to give them my business anytime and I would recommend anyone else to do the same. Bought a car off craigslist and the tires were bald so had to replace them. They didn't have used tires in my size. (Called every tire place I could google in the Portland metro area, turns out no one does.) But they did manage to find me the cheapest brand of new ones, so it wasn't too bad. Paid around $50 a tire and that included mounting them. They even checked my alignment problem and gave me a quote for it free of charge. If I find myself with extra money I might get it fixed. The owner war super busy, while ringing me up he had a phone to each ear (one conversation even in Spanish) and 2 customers at the counter. Despite all the distractions he still remembered me from when I called the previous day and got my tires fixed with good timing. As a young female who doesn't know much about cars I usually go in to service centers expecting to be cheated or manipulated into buying more expensive services that I don't really need. That was not the case here, I felt like they were honest/trustworthy and genuinely care about the customers, giving us the best value for our money. Which is good for people like me who don't have lots to spend. Would highly recommend them for all your tire problems.

Friendly, but when they get in a rush they do poor work. I didnt see a torque wrench in use anywhere. And some kid with a rattlegun did my lugnuts so tight that (a) I had to use my breaker bar to budge them, (b) I ended up with a warped rotor.

Great service! Have been in a few times for flat service with minimal to no charge. Came in looking for a full set of tires. They confirmed current tires were nearing EOL and starting to crack on the sidewall. Gave me a really good deal on tires and installation. In and out in about 45min to an hour. Highly recommend.

Blew my tire catastrophically the day before and had to get a new pair of tires right away (15 mi. commute through aggressive traffic). They took me right away without an appointment. Friendly and reassuring from the getgo. Discovered that my battery was fixing to go (kind of knew it was), added a new battery installation and it took less than 1/2 hour extra. The price was fantastic. To boot, they provided me with the business card of a trusted full service mechanic and confirmed that my Mazda had a timing chain, as opposed to a belt, which was a huge relief. Will totally do a lot of business w/ these folks.

Called to get a quote on run flats and availability, was told a price and they would be their the next day but I had to put down a large deposit. Called the next morning to find out they wouldn't have them until Wednesday the following week.... then after a series of phone calls I learned they quoted me the wrong price and the run flats would be an extra $400. The whole reason I went with American tire pros is for the price I was quoted and the speed at which it would be done, just to learn that neither of what I was told could be honored. After going with the radials because I needed tires asap they failed to do the TPMS rebuild so now my low tire pressure light is on. This place is an absolute joke and I will never be returning or recommending.

I have gone to this place twice for car services and so far both have been entirely frustrating... The first time, I was getting new wheels. I ordered the wheels, made an appointment and came back that day on time. I was then informed that they had not come in. Why they did not call to tell me this I do not know but I wasn't upset. I made another appointment, came in that day and when they went to put the wheels on the car, found they were the wrong ones. Again I had to make another appointment. I came in the third time and John gave me a discount for all the trouble and I got the new wheels and left. My second time I was told I could come in at 3pm for a tire rotation and alignment. I spent an hour and forty five minutes waiting for my car to get done. I did see it go in the garage but then half an hour later they took it out and no one updated me to tell me what was going on. I have spent my last time trying to reconcile my first bad experience with this tire company. Their customer service great but their time management is terrible.

We got helped right away and instead of just trying to sell us a new tire they checked to see if they could patch it and, lucky for us, they were able to! I came here because they had replaced a flat tire everything was fine. I can back because dashboard was telling me o had to check the tire pressure. They told me they had to reset the sensor. A week later the same thing was going on. I came in again and they told me they had found a nail. A few hours later, the "check tire pressure " was still on. I went to my local Nissan dealership. They had told me they found a nail and fixed the problem. No more issues. I will not be returning to this shop.

Absolutely fantastic customer service, excellent value. John was extremely friendly and remembered me every time I called or came in. He even ordered some tires for me, trusting that I knew exactly what I wanted at risk of having to return them to the distributor if they wouldn't work for my application. I knew they would work but he did not and I appreciate that he trusted me enough to place the order. The special order tires came in right on schedule and were a perfect fit. They are large tires and balancing them was probably a nightmare but his crew nailed it, after a 1000 miles not even a hint of vibration. When I came in to pick up my old wheels I wanted to pay to put it on the alignment rack to get some baseline readings and not only was he able to put it on the rack that second but he would not even let me pay for it since I bought those custom order tires. Five stars is not even enough. Thank you guys!
