Gills Point S Tire in LaPine, Oregon offered just what I was looking for at a price point competitive with another vendor in Bend, Oregon. The driving distance round trip to the other vendor in Bend was more than 70 miles. The convenience of Gills Point S Tire's in La Pine was only the start of a fine experience. I called them on Monday to check availability of the tires I wanted. They told me they could have them available by Friday. Wednesday, I was called by a technician at Gills Point S in La Pine who said they had my tires on-hand and quoted me a good price with mount, balance, etc. Setup an appointment for Thursday morning. I was on the road Thursday with my new set of tires and almost $20.00 less than the original quoted price. Kudo's to the two technicians and office manager for a very rewarding experience. Gills Point S Tire in La Pine, will get more of my business and my recommendation to others.

We went in needing our tires rebalanced (which were purchased and under warranty from Point S). We understand that it's a busy time of year and would have been fine with being told so. However, the man working was downright rude, and asked, "how tough are you?" ... Not sure what that was supposed to mean, but it was definitely uncomfortable and disrespectful. We've been using Point S (in Bend) for years, but this guy was a jerk.

The staff was very knowledgeable and very helpful, when I got my first flat tire after buying a brand new set of tires from them (mind you I drove on them all year without a problem) they replaced my tire for free!!! Definitely would recommend to anyone who needs tire or any car help. Very awesome place!

went to lapine store about a year ago for broken exhaust hangers. they used existing broken parts did a poor weld job. and charged 90+ $ ' left a email at corporate and never heard back! SHYSTERS!!!!!

I like these guys. They are straightforward and do a variety of work, I appreciate getting oil chant and tires rotated all in one. They keep track of your appointments and offer coupons. They also have a chain of locations throughout the northwest, so if I'm out of town with a flat I can still get reliable service. My only complaint is the waiting area could have a better tv selection/ wifi.

I found Brad at the Lapine store to be very helpful and even educated me on things about tires that I was not aware of ,he went out of his way to take care of my needs and I will be going back because they are trying to do what some of the other established tire shops used to do, they have won my business!

Our family was on vacation when our camper broke down. It was towed to a nearby shop called At the Shop. They told us they were too busy to look at it and they were closing at 5:00. Luckily, we were able to drive to North LA Pine Auto a half mile down the street. Not only did they look at it, their mechanic stayed almost 3 hours after closing to change out two fuel pumps with a full tank of fuel and a fuel filter! He was very focused and knowledgeable and did a great job! Our family was grateful to continue on our trip and not have to wait two days as the other shop predicted. Price was not over the top either. Great place!

Took 2 different vehicles in to get tires changed over. Had to take them back. The Manager(?) Pat insulted me, them my wife. They refused to fix the problems - they were too busy. Had to take both vehicles to Bend to get them fixed. On the one vehicle they did not put ANY weights on one of the tires we just had balanced with them. On my wife's brand new car, all it needed was a sensor reset. We would never go back here as long at Pat is there.

Had a place in bend tell me I needed brakes after a tire rotation. Took it into gills point s tire, they inspected brakes and told me they were fine. Wouldn't need any for awhile. Honestly, integrity = trust.

Terrible service lied from start after truck was dropped off they installed parts with out my permission changed invoices several times along with over charged and don't honor their warranty this place in lapine is a joke stay away they are crooks with shabby work I had to take my vehicle to another shop to finnish their work ...... Everything they did came apart and almost got in accident !!!

Pat was amazing and gave me a Great a fair deal. We priced the exact same tires and all services in Bend. La Pine crushed them. Bend wanted $400 more for the same thing. Pay and his team went out of their way to make me feel like our business mattered. Forget Bend, drive the extra miles to La Pine. You will be beyond glad you did.
