I go here to get my car fixed every time! They have great customer service, they allow you to watch them fix your car or sit in the waiting room and watch tv. They also give you free water. I highly recommend this place for car maintenance!

I've brought my car here three times for small things (oil changes) to larger problems (brakes and routers). Steve and his crew consistently do excellent work. They allow customers to go out into the shop and take a look at the problem, and point out any other issues that might be a problem. These guys are awesome :)

Steve is always real straight with me and what is needed on my cars. Always goes above and beyond the level of service I expect from an auto shop. I have a few cars and insist on bringing them here before I see any other specialist. I know they mostly do tires, but they've often helped me out with many other items. Happy to have these guys located right down the street from me. I'll be using them for a long, long time!

I went in to Tire Factory because I thought I had a problem with a slow leaking inside rear dually tire on my motorhome. Steve checked all the tires and then asked to see what I was using to check tire pressure. Fortunately I had the gauge with me and after some troubleshooting Steve determined the problem was my tire gauge and that all my tires were find. He recommended what type of gauge to get and where to get it. And he declined any kind of payment for the work that he did. At all times I felt his primary concern was to make sure I wouldn't have any kind of problem and there was not a hint of trying to "upsell" me on something else I might not need (a major problem when I read reviews on other local name-brand tire companies). Tire Factory is the kind of business I look for - local, run by honest people, focused on the customer and not the bottom line. Thank you Tire Factory!

Been going there for years, great place to do business with. Steve is always helpful, courteous, and works fast to get you on your way again. Note: when you call you will initially get a call center which unfortunately is not as good as the people in the store. I ordered the tires and set an appointment to have them installed, showed up at the appointed time and day and the shop didn't have that info or the tires. I had to reorder there and set another appointment. I give 5 stars to Steve and the shop, maybe 2 stars to the call center.

After a week waiting to my tire to arrived to the service site, I went there to have one of my tires replaced and did not have any good experience duh this place at all. 1. I made my appointment for 12:00pm. I arrived and no one really greet me or offer help. Even though there are peole walking in and out of the reception desk/area. It took them ~ 10 mins before someone finally came over and offer help. 2. They didn’t work on my car until 12:35pm I thought this would be the last of it. No it didn’t end there. Shortly after one of the techs came over and told me they couldn’t move my tire out to do a repair, so he recommended to bring my car to the dealer. And they didn’t have the proper tool to remove the tire like BMW dealer would have. I told him I have already paid for a new tire and the service to be done here. So, please get someone to reverse the transaction so I can bring my car to the dealer. The service person then told me it would cost another $900 to replaced the hub. I said NO to the hub and asked if they could get me the reimbursement so I can have it done at the dealer. I stood there for another 15-20 minutes, No help again, and he took on 2 walked in customer and completely ignored me until I literally had to rudely cut off one of the new walked in customers and told him that I been waiting and this guy have not provide any help at all. After a bit of a complaining; 15 minutes later, my tired was replaced, they didn’t have problem with removing the old tire, no Hub need to be replaced. I don’t quite understand, what is it about trying to rip off customer in things that isn’t nessaary. To be the honest I wouldn’t say the service guy has bad customer service, he was great when helping other Caucasian customer as they walked in. Why On earth of this would happen to me if he isn’t racist. If he tech didn’t come in to talk to me, I guess I would ened up paying $300 for. Tire repair instead of repacking a new tire.

Although Steve didn't have my size in the store, he was able to order them and get them same day ... In 45 minutes, the tires were installed and I was on the road again.

Went above and beyond. Pulled in 15 min before closing with a blown tire. I was from out of town and they promised to get me fixed up. Turns out they didnt have the right tires for my rig in stock. They called around and found what I needed but the closest tires were an hour away. They drove to Mcminnville and back, and installed the tires that night. I was on the road by 6:30...two and a half hours past closing. They could have cut corners, or sold me an inferior product, but they didn't. Unbelievable service. Very friendly. Thank you so much!
