After a week waiting to my tire to arrived to the service site, I went there to have one of my tires replaced and did not have any good experience duh this place at all.
1. I made my appointment for 12:00pm. I arrived and no one really greet me or offer help. Even though there are peole walking in and out of the reception desk/area. It took them ~ 10 mins before someone finally came over and offer help.
2. They didn’t work on my car until 12:35pm I thought this would be the last of it. No it didn’t end there. Shortly after one of the techs came over and told me they couldn’t move my tire out to do a repair, so he recommended to bring my car to the dealer. And they didn’t have the proper tool to remove the tire like BMW dealer would have. I told him I have already paid for a new tire and the service to be done here. So, please get someone to reverse the transaction so I can bring my car to the dealer.
The service person then told me it would cost another $900 to replaced the hub. I said NO to the hub and asked if they could get me the reimbursement so I can have it done at the dealer.
I stood there for another 15-20 minutes, No help again, and he took on 2 walked in customer and completely ignored me until I literally had to rudely cut off one of the new walked in customers and told him that I been waiting and this guy have not provide any help at all. After a bit of a complaining; 15 minutes later, my tired was replaced, they didn’t have problem with removing the old tire, no Hub need to be replaced. I don’t quite understand, what is it about trying to rip off customer in things that isn’t nessaary.
To be the honest I wouldn’t say the service guy has bad customer service, he was great when helping other Caucasian customer as they walked in. Why On earth of this would happen to me if he isn’t racist.
If he tech didn’t come in to talk to me, I guess I would ened up paying $300 for. Tire repair instead of repacking a new tire.
