Bill’s towing came to the rescue after an already set apt at 7am to tow our broken BMW got cancelled somehow. Delyon was quick to arrive at the Les Schwab where our car was stranded, hooked up our car up quickly and patiently waited while I called pretty much all BMW service center in Oregon before I could find one dealership that had our spare run flat tire in stock. His tow truck was clean and spacious to fit a family of 4. Very courteous and friendly person the whole way to the dealership in Medford. Gave great instruction/complete picture of what he was going to do beforehand prior to loading and unloading the car from the tow truck. Thank you!

Service is amazing and so are the prices. Dropped my car off and got it back two hours later. Any shop I've gone to before kept my car for at least a couple days and charged so much. Love this place and would recommend to anyone!!

On a road trip through the area last week my niece and I broke down on the side of freeway in the pouring rain, in the dark, with no cell service. Long story short we got a ride from a family to the casino nearby and my insurance reached out to Bill's Tire Towing & Auto and by the next evening my car was fixed and we were back on the road to home. Thank you Bill's for helping us when we were broke down, and thanks for letting us hang around the shop all day when we had no where else to go.

I called for a tow and they did help me but the tow driver broke off the driveline bolts in the yoke. The office called for payment without mentioning any of that info. BAD BUSINESS

DO NOT take you car here to get fixed. They will rip you off, tear apart your car, break stuff in the process then charge you an arm and a leg. We dropped our car there to get fixed, they tore apart the motor and called and said it couldn't be fixed to come get it. When we dropped the car off it was running, now its torn apart in pieces, with no oil and we're expected to just deal with it. I hope these jackasses can sleep at night knowing they're ripping families off!!

What a great bunch of people. Our 5th wheel suspension broke. Bill's Towing came out right away. How they were able to move it with broken axels and not kill anybody says it all about their towing expertise. They stored our rig while we dealt with insurance. They couldn't have been easier to deal with and have bent over backwards in helping us. Can't recommend them enough.

Great Roadside Service got us up and running after blow out on RV... Tech took the time to make sure all the wiring that was mangled from blow out was secure and ends were taped to avoid any possible arching. Even pointed out that brakes needed service. (ended up being a stuck caliper) Thank you for going above and beyond just swapping a tire out. Much appreciated.

They were quick to the rescue, although when told the type of truck they'd be towing. They came, picked it up, took it to their yard. THEN proceed to argue with me over how much my truck weighed, a truck I take over scales weekly... it's been 17 hours, I haven't heard from them for payment and I dont even know where my truck is.

This place is amazing! We had the classic scenario of our trailer tire blowing out on I-5. We thought we were going to pay an arm and a leg to replace these tires and we hoped to find something timely to get us back on our journey. Bill's Tire and Towing gave us a great rate for replacement tires and had us in and out of his shop in less than an hour. It was a great exaperience all around and they didn't even mind that our 7 month old puppy came in and sat in the lobby saying hi to everyone as they came through. This place is fast, affordable, dog friendly and the place to get your tires replaced. They are also willing to call a shuttle for you if you would like to go to the Casino while you wait

My mechanic retired and as I was looking for a new one my car broke down. I called AAA and they sent a tow truck from Bills. Since Bills was on the way home I left the car to be repaired. What a happy accident.They worked it into their schedule and even replaced some filters I asked for. They are so nice, they do great work, they explained everything and they're affordable and fair. Notice they only have one review that's not outstanding. There's always going to be that one!! I would and will recommend them to friends, family and even a stranger or two. Thanks Bills!
