They were great they gave good customer service all of the employees were really nice they actually replaced three of my four tires all within 30 minutes and the prices were wonderful I would recommend this place for anyone looking to get new tires or used tires if you need a tire rotation tire balancing anything that you need done with your car as far as the tires go I would definitely recommend this these people are so wonderful with what they do and it's crazy how nice everyone is never had this type of experience before

This is the only tire shop I call. I have bought two sets of tires from this family business (for a great price) so far and every time there has been any issues they are courteous and respectful and honor their word and warranty. I decided to leave a review today because I had a flat tire on my Excursion and brought it in for repair. At first it seemed that I would have to buy a replacement tire, since I had driven on the flat and it may be warped. But instead of trying to sell me a new tire, they thoroughly inspected the flat from the inside and determined that they could repair it from the inside under warranty! I was back in the road in about 20 minutes on a busy Saturday. Very pleased!

We got a flat tire and found this place on google maps and it was actually open on July 4th! They were super fast and efficient in replacing the tire for a super cheap cost. It took them only 15 minutes and cost only $40 for a used tire. Awesome service and awesome people! Definitely recommend.

ZERO STARS. First they put the wrong tires on, had to take the wrong tires off and put the correct ones on. Then they chipped every one of my rims and wouldn’t do anything about it after admitting that they did it. They told me I could touch them up myself. The tires were cheap but the damaged they caused to my rims was more than the tires were worth. If you care about your rims, don’t go here.

Outstanding service. Bought some 35X12.5X17 Iron Man M/Ts from these guys. I had never heard of the tire, but they highly recommended it. I work on a farm and thanks to these guys I never put my truck in 4wd anymore. These Iron Man tires have phenomenal off road traction and the price was unbelievably affordable for that size of tire. After buying the first set I had to go back and buy another set for one of our other trucks. This is coming from someone that has used Toyo M/Ts, BFG KM 1s, and TSL Super Swampers. 10/10 on product. 10/10 on service. I will definitely be coming back.

They are Horrible. Gave me 2 bad tires and in the same day just a few hours after getting them put on it blew on the highway on my new rims I just bought. Had to pay a tow service to go back to their shop. They put a different tire on. And two days later it's flat. I called to let them know, and now they won't return my calls or answer the calls. Do no come here. They are worst tire place ever.

Slow leak in my tire on a Sunday and I couldn't find the nail. They are the only place open and they fixed me up! Set me up with the same model used tire. Professional and courteous. I would have bought a set of new ones from them if they would have had them in stock. But I was in a bind with another 200 miles to go to get home. If they were closer, i'd go back.

These guys helped me out in a tough situation above and beyond expectations. Called to see if they had the tires I needed since I had two flats, and when the owner told me he'd have to order them, told me to come down and he'd loan me a tire that would work for the time being. While I used their tire for free, they ordered me new tires that arrived ASAP and were better quality for less cost than elsewhere. I can’t say better things about this place, and no we have no relationship even though our last names are the same lol. My husband and I have used them for the last 5 years and every time they beat out prices on their new and used tires than anyone around that I have called. Not only are their prices amazing, so is their service. Every time I have called with a tire emergency they have gotten me in same day regardless of how busy they were. They are very friendly and what I love MOST is they do not try and upsell just to make more money, but actually want to find whatever we need in the price we are comfortable with. This place saved my hide. Towing a trailer from Washington to California I had a blowout on my RV at 4:45 pm on a Saturday. On the phone they were professional and helpful. They were my only option. I arrived there and they had me in and out quick. I cannot say more about the helpfulness and professionalism I experienced at Benavidez tire and Wheel. If it wasn't for them I'd been stuck all weekend and basically screwed. They could have charged me whatever they wanted and I would have paid it. But it was really reasonable.

Bought 4 wheels on Craigslist and used them to put them on. They did balancing too. Dropped the car and tires and 1 hr later they were done. Took 1 star because the old tires were not wrapped in sturdy and new bags. Bring your own if you don't want to mess up your car.

Would add 0 stars if possible. Called on a Thursday (8/15) and asked for a quote for two brand new tires. Zeke quoted me $131, told me that he’d have to order the tires in and if possible, to bring the vehicle in the next day (Friday 8/16) and that since he wants to make sure I actually come in to get the tires, that I had to put down $66 over the phone for a deposit and then to pay the remaining $65 when the tires got put on. Anyways, I pay the deposit over the phone and let him know I’ll be in on Saturday instead because that worked better for my schedule. Zeke tells me that Saturday works and although he won’t be at the tire shop on Saturday, he’ll put my information down in “the books” to show other employees that half of the transaction had been paid and to come in between 9am-12pm. I was told the appointment would be 30 minutes. After the phone call, Zeke called me back to confirm the size that I needed so he could “write it down”. Fast forward to Saturday (8/17): I show up to Benavidez @ around 10am and no one had any idea what was going on. I explained to an employee exactly why I was there, what had happened over the phone with Zeke and that I had already paid half for the tires. The employee I dealt with seemed confused and told me to let them look at their “books” first, which was actually a beat up composition notebook, and all that was written down about my phone call was the size of tires I needed. No details about when I was expected to come in, and absolutely nothing about how I had put down a deposit. Not even my name, or my vehicle information. Anyways, I was then told that the tires hadn’t come in yet, and that their was a delivery coming in, in the next 10 minutes, that might have the tires that were ordered and I was welcome to wait, so I did and the tires weren’t with the delivery that came in. At this point the employee looks overwhelmed and starts offering me tire sizes I didn’t ask for or want. They said “well I mean these would fit”. I decline and say that I want the tires I asked for and I wanted to know when they’d be in. The employee is still unsure but says there’s going to be another delivery coming in at 2pm and that they’d call me when the tires came in. Later on, I get a call @3pm and it’s Zeke saying “Hey bro, so the tires you ordered didn’t come today, but if you come in on Monday, they should be here and we could put them on for you.”. At this point I explain how frustrating it is that I keep being pushed off to be dealt with at a later time because no one knows what they’re doing. I work during the week and explained how Saturday was best day for me to come in. Zeke then reassures me that the tires will be in on Monday morning and that he’d even discount the remaining amount for the tires. Monday(8/19): I call in to work so I can get my tires and I call Zeke in the morning to verify what the current situation is and he says “Ohh. Wassup Bro. So the tires aren’t coming in today, but I have another (different) size that I could put on today.” I then ask “what happened to the size I specifically asked for and ordered?” And he says “I never ordered them because they’re actually $40 more than the price I quoted you.” We had agreed on $131 for the size I asked for. The size he had to clarify by calling me back. He knew the size I asked for were more expensive but still quoted me for the tires he was actually intending on trying to sell me, which wasn’t what I wanted and waited 5 days to tell me? Even took my money before telling me the true price. When I pressed him about how this was a total lie and a waste of my time, there was no explanation or apologies and there was no discount (even though he offered one). It was only “Well, if you want the size you were asking for, I can get them for you. It’s no problem, but you’re gonna have to pay extra..”. Such. A. Waste. Of. Time. This place is unprofessional and absolutely terrible. Do not come here.

Update: Had to lower to 2 stars, It was fast because they didn't plug the tires correctly. I took my car to Les Schwab a few weeks later when my tires were low again, they didn't bill me, and they replaced the plugs correctly. Haven't had a problem with my tires since. Previous Benavides Tire Review: I rolled up to the bay door with two slow leaking tires. I was greeted happily and professionally. They took my one tire, jacked my truck and took off the other tire before I could finish telling them what I thought were wrong with the tires, 10 minutes later I had 2 fixed tires for $20 dollars. I was so happy with the service, speed, and professionalism. Thanks guys.

Benavidez Tire & Wheel is an exceptional establishment! Our first outing with our RV while traveling from SoCal to WA state and we blew a tire. On a Sunday afternoon, with not much open for service, we called Benavidez and they immediately took us in. Within an hour we were safely back on the road thanks to the courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient staff employed during our visit. Thanks again guys!
