The entire crew, management and service personnel, are knowledgable and devoted to quality care. When I ask for something that might not square with what they assess, I am provided information and options to understand their perspective. I am treated well. Don't know what better a person could ask for.

Talked us out of what we wanted. Sold us tires that pick up rocks daily. Extremely hard and time consuming to get them out. No accountability. No concern for customer satisfaction. Has refused any kind of solution. Has refused to even help to get the rocks out - not even once. Says he does not have the staff to help remove the rocks. Says the tires are rated well. Says it will stop picking up rocks when the tread wears down - which is when we will need new tires. Makes our nice car very unpleasant to drive in. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DO BUSINESS OF ANY KIND WITH THIS SHOP.

I took my Volvo in for servicing when I thought there was a problem with my power steering unit. I was told that there was nothing wrong with the unit as the noise I was hearing was not a problem. I appreciated the fact that they did not "make up" an issue, and were honest with me. There was no charge for that service. I will continue to have my car serviced at Bellinger Tires.

I had a great experience at Bellingers today. I was referred by family and was told to come in -without an appointment- on a Friday afternoon. They assessed the problem and went right to work. They were fast, fair and friendly. It took less than 2 hours to replace my rear brakes and they also replaced my windshield wiper blades...of which they had delivered!! I am pretty impressed indeed. I will definitely refer them to everyone I know and return for all my automotive needs. Great job Mike and crew!!

Went in yesterday to have srs airbag light reset, they informed me what was wrong- the clock spring and explained why- I replaced it and came back today and they reset the light for free. Diagnosis and reset fee: free. 'Merica!!

When I first moved to Salem, driving my Volvo, needing tires, I felt I'd lucked out by seeing a sign for Bellinger Tire, specializing in servicing Volvos (and now other makes). After my first experience, I knew that "lucked out" was an understatement. The mechanics are knowledgeable, experienced and go out of their way to satisfy. The owners and team are there for both excellent service and customer satisfaction. Each time I have service, the mechanics go over the car and provide a list of parts, service that are in good, fair or poor condition; yet with no hard sell or pressure. Just a friendly and safety-minded notice of things to consider in future service. As important as good service and outcome, the company and mechanics respond appropriately and responsibly if there are issues. Many a service company can get good reviews when all goes well; but the truly deserving ones are those that handle themselves well, and as best they can to satisfy, when things do not go as smoothly, even when they had no control over the issues. That, amongst all else, is what makes Bellinger Tire heads above others and worthy of them being your service company.

First is reliability: they get the job done right, in a timely manner, at a reasonable price. Very professional and honest. I had taken my car to power kia and they broke a part while replacing the transmission and then denied breaking it. I can't say enough about the quality of service.....I feel like my vehicle is well looked after and they are honest and trustworthy....however...the price is not unbelievable.......not to mention I asked for an estimate on a complete chainging of fuilda in my vehicle before I dropped it off.....was $350...final bill was $500... estimate was just labor And did not include parts (fluids)... seriously.... you know the make model and year ahead of time...let a person budget it without suprises......things like this make.me consider going to the dealership..... seriously....I might actually save a buck

Bellinger tires may be great mechanics but in my opinion they are extremely over priced. I came in for a check engine light on my Volvo S40. Turned out to be a spark plug misfiring along with a coil. When I spoke to them on the phone they never told me about the $198 diagnostic fee and so when I come to pick up my girl the next day the guy says it'll be +700 to fix! For a coil and spark plug replacement?? Really?? I went to a local mechanic in south Salem. I believe it was prancing moose motors. The gentleman's name is John and he gave me an honest review and he's patching up Lourdes (my volvo) for a quarter of the price. I suggest you don't make them your only stop. Look around.

I am extremely happy with my experience at Bellinger Tire in Salem Oregon today. I brought my truck in to have the oil changed and to check the engine lights and to determine why it was missing when going up hills. The guys were great, changed the oil, cleaned an air flow sensor and determined that my brakes needed to be replaced. The price I was quoted was reasonable and the final bill was less than anticipated. I had a great experience here today with my 99 Tacoma and would highly recommend them to you.

Dropped our 2004 4Runner off for an oil change last week. Went to put on the new windshield wipers we had in the back seat this weekend and couldn't find them anywhere. We figured the kids did something with them. Nope - Bellinger saw them in the car and put them on without us even asking. This is one small example of the service you get here. That's why we have been customers for over 15 years. If you work near the Capital Mall, take your car to Bellinger Tire. They are dependable, honest, and reasonable.

I discovered my rear turn signals were not working yesterday, I changed the bulbs but that did not appear to fix the issue so I was going to take it to the shop for a diagnostic, someone mentioned it could be the fuse which I thought i had checked but I forgot about the fuse by the battery, I was sitting in the parking garage and opened the hood and sure enough the fuse was blown, while standing there contemplating where to get a new one a gentleman walked by and asked if i was alright then suggested your establishment and you were right around the corner, I walked in and asked if you had the 20 amp fuse one of your people walked back and found one and as I was getting ready to pay he said don't worry about it. Thank you for taking the stress out of my morning and helping me fix the issue, I will be sure and recommend you.

I've used lots of car repair places over the years in different places I've lived and Bellinger is my favorite. Bellinger is very reasonable in their prices and is never pushy about repairs. They will let you know everything that needs to be done but you're not going to get pressured into doing something. They are also have great communication. This is not always the case with repair shops. They call you and let you know what the issue is what the options are when it does to dealing with the problem. They also are great with their scheduling to make sure you bring your car at a time when they can get the job done instead of having to leave it there for days. (I've made early morning trips to other repair shops to only have to call them at the end of the day and they haven't even looked at it) I'd recommend Bellinger to any of my friends.

Not just a tire shop. They cleared service codes for me (no charge!), installed struts, flushed the power steering & brake fluid, and soon will change out the timing belt and water pump on my '04 Volvo V70. They even fixed some shoddy work done by a shop up in Portland. I feel lucky to have someone I can trust here in Salem. I won't take my car anywhere else. They let me bring in my own parts if I can get them for less elsewhere. They don't treat me like an idiot.

I've been going to Bellinger Tire for so long I can't remember exactly when I had my first appointment. A good friend from the office suggested I try them out and see what I thought. They fixed the car on time, within estimate, and gave excellent customer service, I was hooked for a life time of hassle free auto service. When I go for an appointment they go over the list of needed and right away I know what the work is, estimate of repair's, and schedule. Everyone is friendly and they go out of their way to help. We count on our Van being there when we need it. I'm disabled and use the van to transport my power wheelchair. The wheelchair is mandatory for me to get around to everything from the numerous doctor's appointment and physical therapy to shopping for groceries. If the van were not available to us I would pretty much be confined at home and unable to get to the different events in life. This may seem to be a trivial thing until it happens to you than it becomes major issue. We drive the van in excess of 35,000 miles a year to meet our needs. If the van is not operational and dependable it becomes a significant problem fast. Bellinger's has always been there to provide us quality service in a timely fashion. Head to Bellinger's for great and timely service at a competitive price. They've always treated us great.
