We got a flat tire on our rental car while on vacation and a local woman recommended beggs tire. So nice and helpful! Switched out the donut spare we put on with a used tire that they had around... and didn't charge us! Seriously. Place was clean and everyone was so friendly. Made a bummer situation so much better. Had some initial issues in regards to the tires being balanced. They thought it might be bad tires, so they ordered two new ones but that did not solve the issue. I went to their Albany shop which has a road force balancing machine. That solved the problem and the tires are now balanced and there is no wheel shake. They were very courteous in helping me solve the issue and did not give me a hard time or charge extra. Excellent service and price. Would highly recommend for the future. This is the best experience i have ever had when dealing with a tire shop. A++ Thank you!

Was stuck in King’s valley with a flat, limped my car all the way down the mountain which was a 1 hour drive going 10 miles per hour due to the fact that I had a huge gash down my center tread which I knew was dangerous but found no other way, as soon as I got there they came to greet and ask how we were, asked how they can assist after a few moments they began to swap my tire with practically a brand new one for basically no cost. I was in and out in less than 20 mins which was amazing. My three year old was just as happy as us that our car was fixed after that scare of being stranded but these lovely people got me in and out with no problem, my blessings to this amazing location
