These guys are great! Had truck problems on vacation while pulling a trailer with the family on a Sunday and most mechanics were closed or couldn't help. Not even tire related, but the staff helped without question and had us on our way quickly with a solid temporary fix that got us to our destination and home over 1600 miles.

I've recently bought two sets of tires from other stores, as I was unable to get a phone quote . More recently traded in a ProComp 35 12.50/15, for a Goodyear wrangler of the same size . Had to be ordered, cool. Didn't call when it came in. I went in two days after ETA , it was there , but hadn't been mounted and balanced . I return a couple of days later to pick it up, tire is mounted backward . I bring it back for correction. I get home and discover that my wheel is damaged . Done with them .

Basin tire is a fantastic place to purchase tires from. They're extremely helpful and genuinely care about their customers. Whenever I've had a problem with my tires they're incredible about fixing it. Even ten minutes before closing they still accepted my car and did what they could to fix it and get me back on the road. I really appreciate having a place like this in town! If I had one item of criticism it would be that they sometimes over torque the lug nuts and not even my impact driver can get it loose. All in all this place and its employees are incredible and highly recommended!

Basin tire always provides top notch service for me. Today it was a flat tire and missing lugnuts for my spare (my aftermarket wheels have lugs that won't work on my spare). They fixed the flat, balanced and rotated my tires, and gave me lugnuts for my spare at no cost. Thanks guys! Best tire shop in Klamath!

Good price, great service. When all was said and done they beat the major online tire seller. Price was a bit more but after factoring in mounting and balancing the price was significantly better. Plus the service was great. One of the wheels needed work to hold air, I brought it back in and they took care of it. I highly recommend them.

It was recommended to me to go here and I knew then as being a big contributor to the Klamath 4H auction in August, so I figured I'd go check them out. I was able to get a quick quote on excellent tires. They got me in immediately and I was on my way in under an hour. They are also running a promo with the manufacturer where I'll get a free alignment on my vehicle. We scheduled that for a couple days from now and I expect I'll be as happy with that service as I am with today's experience.

Just recently my daughters car was in great need of getting fixed and after they got done fixing it they went and dropped her car off for her, she was way to sick to go get it.
