5 out of 5 stars this is the best tire shop in the valley they beat every tire shop I called for 4 195/50r15s by not 100 but 200 dollars was my first time going threw them for tires. After I got the new tires on the next day one was low so I had them change the balancing weight to the ones that go on inside of rim was expecting to pay for them to do it but they did it for free was awesome was still having my tires leak air after they did that for me so I asked how much they would charge to have the new tires put on a different set of rims I have and they insisted that I pay no money to have them switched around I even offered to pay and they wouldn't let me so what else can I say fantastic company who cares about there customers my tires leaking were my fault and yet they still did all that work for me for free no complaints here and have been recommending them since I first went there thanks guys u rock

Wonderful service, excellent telephone communication and Dean and Jason were wonderful with explaining an issue with a previously installed tire from another facility. I will definitely have them attend to all of our tire needs!

I am very disappointed with the service from beginning to end. I was lied to about a tire being here. Took 3 times as long as promised. Received an estimate for a repair but when I took the truck in I was then informed that what they said was the problem was in fact not the problem but that it was something completly different. What? The guy seemed quite pleased that it was going to be a cheaper fix. Nothing said about that they were wrong when they told me what was wrong. I have zero confidence in them . The store is too small, people sitting right on top of you as you wait. And every single time I called and I mean every single time I called I am put on hold. AND when they brought our truck out of the bay their employee parked it in a handicap spot for which I was then yelled at for doing when I didn't even know they were done. I had to yell over the girl behind the counter that I was not the one who parked it there, that in fact one of her employee's did..I was furious by the time I left. I will not use them in the future.

Dave and his crew are great. I was sad to hear that once again the government has passed a stupid law. If your tires are 8 years old they can nolonger be serviced. I don't put a lot of miles on my truck and it is under cover always. My tires are still better than 50% tread and show no sign of weathering but I am expected to throw them away because of age. Not right !

Bought some tires for our truck with camper six years ago. Now the camper is only on the truck for 3 months and the truck is garaged for six months. Took our truck over to the coast and noticed something was wrong. Pulled into Les Schwab and found a bubble on one of the tires. These tires were 40000 mile tires and only had 11000 miles on them. After taking the tire off the person working said to take the air out because it could explode under the truck. Needless to say we were wery of the other tire all the way home. When we arrived home we went to Advantage thinking they would prorate a set of new tires for us, since asking other tire dealers what they would do in this case, but Advantage said they would do nothing. Whose to know what would of happened if this tire would of blew on the narrow coastal road. These tires had plenty of tread and we were told they were fine for our truck with camper. My guess is the tire was defective. Needless to say we will not be going to Advantage any more and certainly wouldn't recommend them.

I’ve had lots of work done by advantage tire, 2 lift kits and several sets of tires. I like that the owners are down there working right along side there employees. Jason is always prompt to let me know when my truck is ready to be picked up. Thanks for all you great service! I always recommend your shop if I hear someone needs something. I’m writing this while I’m waiting for a new battery for my truck!

I have been conning here for years. Recently I had to buy tires for my car. They helped me find the right set, not just what they would make the most money on. Maybe 1500 miles later one of them went flat. I showed up without an appointment expecting a long wait and to buy a new tire due to damage or at the least, pay for a flat repair. Nope, they found that I had run over a bolt and fixed it on the spot at no charge. NO CHARGE! Hard to beat that kind of service. Highly recommended.

Came in there today because of a hole in my sidewall. I had already taken my tire off and they offered to bolt the new one back on and they even put my spare back under my truck. They hooked me up with good used tire for cheap, great tread left. Came right in and got me out of there in about 30 mins or so. Excellent service. On vacation and this was much appreciated!

They are Amazing!! My good friend got a flat when moving back down here and I am a single parent so we didn't have a tone of money to put towards a new or even used tire. I called and explained the situation and they gave me a used one to help get my friend home. Because of their help I urged my friend to go back to them a few weeks later for a whole new set of tires. Not only did he find the exact tires he wanted for less than he was expecting but their service was GREAT! Much better than Les Shawb( and he had been in there twice with in the week). I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you guys so much Advantage Tire, you really were life savers

Took my car back to get an alighmemt after I found out the wheel bearing was bad and was still pulling to the right. Had to pay another $70 because no one told me during the alignment that it was bad. Now after getting my car back it's smoking black and blue once the engine cools down. Car didn't smoke when I dropped it off. There was grease on my headliner that was apparently never noticed and cleaned. Extremely unsatisfied with the customer service. Beware of possible joy riding with your car.

What a great experience at Advantage tire! We were traveling in our RV and had a tire go bad. I made the mistake of ordering the tire at another tire shop in town. When I got there they informed me they could not install it as they didn’t have the equipment. But yet they were happy to make me pay for it. I took the big tire with us to Advantage and Tina helped us out so well. They got us in quick and did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend Advantage Tire. Thanks for a job well done!

Truly exceptional service! My every interaction with their staff has been very positive - except the part where I have to pay them for all of their wonderful work. I could do without that part. I, unfortunately, got one lemon tire with a set of now discontinued tires. After a year and a half of tire shake (was living out of town) they replaced all four tires with brand new tires under warranty (for free) the moment I brought the problem to their attention! No fuss. No telling me that it was some other part of my car that caused the problem. They just fixed it. Not only are they one of the least expensive places in town, but they are also an honorable and honest crew who are devoted to Top Notch service! I knew there was a reason I've used them for more than a decade! Here's to many more years!

Literally came in 2 days after a garbage les swab experience. Felt like my volvo was driving on bricks. They found 1 of my tires was over inflated an fixed that now back to normal. Wouldn't u think les Schwab would have checked that 1st. But no same story as always "u need new tires". Mine r literally new so no. Thank u advantage for bien str8 up an fixing my issue they caused. Great service done quickly. They noticed a missing center cap on one of my wheels that has been driving me nuts and happened to have a spare laying around that they offered me for free. Other shops said they would charge me 60$ for the same piece. Customer for life.
