Been at Robertson tire for over a hour and a half just for a oil change and tire rotation. I think that is a bit much, if they had told me it would be that long I might have came back. There were only two other customers here when I arrived and they have long since left. What is the problem? Just lost my business, and apparently they are not worried about it. Tires and oil changes for 4 vehicles will not hurt them l am sure but no small deal in my world. Two hours and done I am really happy now.

Been here a few times now for an oil change, no real issues. They don't do appointments, but I'm typically done within an hour or so. They've got a small waiting room with water, coffee, and wifi. Nice workers, and if you don't want recommendations they won't push you for more work to do on your vehicle.

I have always had great experiences with Robertson tire, mainly the Owasso store,they are awesome. I however took my truck to the Coweta store today for a oil change, & tire rotation. I ask them to grease the u- joints also. After about 30 minutes they told me that there was no way to grease the u- joints, I googled it and showed them a video on how to do it. They told me they didn't have the correct tool to do it. They finished up what they could do,& I checked out. Drove about 5 miles, and got a tire pressure alarm that said the front tires had 80 pounds pressure, & the rear tires were 60lbs. I went back and ask if they were a tire store,& they confirmed they were. I told them about the alarm, & they ask if I reset the computer, no I said the computer generated the alarm based on the tire pressure. They checked it out and the computer was correct. They adjusted the pressure & I left, no apologies, thank you, or good day. Never again!!!

Unprofessional service. Dropped off my tires so they'd be ready the next day. Not only were they not ready, but they had put someone else's tires on my rims. In all, I had to wait nearly 2 hours for something that was supposed to be ready when I got there. This place just isn't managed well...

Sometime after leaving Robertson Tire in Coweta, I realized I was missing a hub cap. I am unsure if it was there fault or that the hubcap deteriorated because they definitely were not high end. Because I figured it was just a mistake on their part I explained the situation. I was really just hoping that they had it and forgot to put it back on from rotating my tires but they didn't. An employee by the name of Tyler was assisting me and proactively offered to replace all 4 hubcaps. 2 weeks later I came by and they gave them to me. Too many people can be critical of a business think that customer service is all about not making a mistake. People make mistakes all the time but someone who has good customer service will know how to treat people, properly handle the situation and still go above and beyond. Robertson Tire did this. I'll definitely keep going there.

I wont be back. I might buy tires from them if in a pinch, but their prices aren't as low as I can get them for online, and their mounting and balancing is more than other local places. The place seemed to move in slow motion....and, the guy at the counter (Aaron) was friendly at first, yet when I gave specific instructions, he looked at me like I was stupid and became annoyed. I think they were either annoyed by me, or my car, or thought they knew more about my car than I did. Either way, I will not return. I feel that I get better service and pricing elsewhere.

We went in this afternoon, they had great customer service and they were very friendly, i asked them if they could fill my wiper fluid because it was empty, the gentleman told me that they would top off my fluids and they definitely didn't put wiper fluids in and it makes me think they didn't top off any of my fluids. Makes me wonder if i actually got what i paid for.

After being through the ringer with cadillac (and my car is under warranty), I called Robertson tire. Two rings later and someone was helping me out and got me in immediately. The work took roughly 20 minutes and my car is running great. And I'm still waiting on my return call from cadillac from 2 days ago and many voicemails. All staff was very helpful, nice and respectful. Even got me a cheaper rate on new tires
