THIS PLACE SUCKS. READ THE REVIEWS BELOW AND STAY CLEAR OF THEM. They rip people off and the lady at the front desk is rude as hell. It's not a wonder they only have 3.1 stars. Don't listen to the facebook reviews. It looks like they delete all the negative ones and only leave up the 5 stars, but if you look close enough, there are still some negative ones on facebook too.

This place can do it all! Best selection of wheels in town and the customer service is excellent. They really care about you and your vehicle. I needed some other things fixed on my car and the offered me solutions as to what needed to be repaired top priority versus a few things I could fix a later date. You will always have my business!

Took my truck in to get drive shaft replaced, something that should have taken no more than half a day to complete. I just didn't have the time to do it myself. It ended up taking them eight working days. Every time I called they would give me the run around. I might be one of those persons that had a bad experience with them but figured I would let people know just to help future customers decide wether or not to take their vehicle in.

Listen there is a reason why this place has a 3 star rating. Because they will lie to you and do what ever they can to get as much money out of you as possible and then respond with generic responses like “ Thanks for your review, we strive daily to perfect our customer service and will use your review to try even harder in the future.” Or “Thanks for your review and we understand frustration, however we have a policy of not performing any work until the customer approves quote etc..... We would welcome any opportunity in the future to make you a satisfied customer.” people don’t make this many bad reviews if these stories weren’t true. Oh and the owner is a d*** h***

As soon as i walked in, the lady up front was rude. I asked to speak to the mechanic to explain my issue. I was very thorough with what the issue was and it seemed like he wasn't paying attention, especially since his co-worker interrupted me to talk to him (not to mention they starting arguing and cursing in front of a potential customer) . After they checked it out, the guy did NOT even take a look at what my main issue was with the truck, instead he wrote me an estimate for other things i didn't even inquire about. Ended up paying $30 for nothing. Do not recommend.

The woman that works in the office makes this shop feel like a cozy and friendly environment. I wish i knew your name, you're the best! As a woman I often feel like I am being taken advantage of at body shops, but not here! I have been here 3 times and I absolutely love it!

Terrible. Went in for an alignment and they said it couldn’t happen until I spent 1800$ on an entirely new front end. Problem is, is that I already replaced my front end. Ended up playing 50$ for nothing. Definitely will not be coming back

Was calling around getting quotes on replacing my front end wheel bearings. Who ever I talked to sounded like he didn't give two frigs about trying to get my business, and in hardly any time at all just said, "That's gonna be like 600 dollars. Ok." Then hung up the phone. Well I got it done somewhere else for less than that and with much better service. I've had two friends who have also dealt with bad customer service there and their incompetence. One phone call is all it took for me to realize what I would've gotten myself into had I actually took my jeep there. Merle's could learn like a lot of other places that it's an honor to have a customer's trust to work on our vehicles we love. You GET to work on our vehicles and should want to, instead you think we're dying to have you work on it regardless of how you treat us.

Walked in to replace a light bulb on my 2000 Malibu. They said they would have it delivered in 15 minutes. Had to wait over 1 hour for it. Yes they did the job properly in the end. And charged me 21 dollars for it - 6 dollars for two bulbs (one spare left for me) and 15 dollars for labor. For replacing a single light bulb.

I took my Acura in for an alignment and after hrs of waiting my car was finished but discovered one of the techs at Merles destroyed my ignition switch cylinder, of which i just recently had a professional locksmith replace, by forcibly using the wrong car key that was also on my key ring. Of course the owner/Mgr there tried to make it appear they didn't do it. I then showed him my receipt of recent replacement of that switch but he still insisted they were not at fault thus assumed no reliability. I even made a complaint of this incident to the BBB which Merle's management/owner never responded to once they processed my complaint. SO TO FUTURE POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS BEWARE AND PLEASE HEED REVIEWS BCSE I WAISTED A LOT OF MONEY AND UNDER WENT ALOT TURMOIL PATRONIZING BUSINESSES WHO ADVERTISE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE & LABOR BUT ACTUAL EXPERIENCES SHOW DIFFERENTLY! SO NOW I'M LOOKING AT REVIEWS TO ALLOW THAT TO WEIGH IN MY DECISION. And I'm also stating in reviews my experiences whether bad or good bcse it is important for others to know the truth of business were they can make the best decision posible...

Merle's has been doing my front end work for years and now I have to thank them for saving me a lot of money. I went to have some A/C work at a dealership and at the last minute I asked if they could do a oil change and when doing so they said I needed upper ball joints immediately, so I took my truck to Merle's to get an alignment and check out the ball joints. I told them what the dealership had said before work began so they could of told me that I needed the work done and make some money off me. They told me to ball joints was still good and aligned my truck. I thank you Merle's for being honest with me and you will always get my front end work.

LISTEN TO THE REST OF THE REVIEWS AND STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. They will quote you one thing and then when you go to pick up your car, they have done other work WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU FIRST, and you're stuck having to pay it. Then when you try to say that you did not ask for that, they don't care/. The lady that works up front is rude, short, and racist and did not listen to what we said we wanted. AGAIN, READ THE REVIEWS AND MAKE THE CORRECT CHOICE TO GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

I've been to Merle's almost a half-dozen times with different problems. I've come out of their shop each time with nothing but good things to say! Their work is top notch, and customer service is even better! After my wreck in the winter of 2015, I had to take my truck to an "approved" body shop. My truck never drove right until I took it to Merle's where they found EVERYTHING the original shop missed. There's no other shop I will allow to touch my truck, other than Merle's!

Took my truck in for a front end alignment, which was overpriced on it's own. They called me shortly after I dropped it off and told me the lower ball joint needed to be replaced and it would be over $600. I told them I'd come get the truck, I knew there was no way that was right. I had to pay them $26 to get the truck back. Took it to another shop and told them I needed a front end alignment and the ball joints checked. They told me my truck is in great condition and the ball joints are fine. Paid WAY less to have the alignment done and had the truck back in about an hour and a half. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!

This company used to be the best alignment place in the state. They are horrible now. Everything is overpriced, they misdiagnose problems, and the skinny guy they have working at the front desk has no knowledge of cars or how they work. The worst thing is that he is arrogant and doesn't care a thing about customers. They worked on my truck and told me they had fixed the front end. The wheels were out of toe after i got it back from them. They argued with me about the toe problem and told me it would cost $1,900 to fix it. I left, took it to the alignment shop around the corner and the fixed the toe problem for $45. I used to take all of my vehicles to these guys and I would recommend them to people. I'll never do either one again. They are crooks. Don't take your car there, you'll be sorry if you do.

Completed alignment on my very high mileage F250 4X4 superduty, only replaced worn parts, showed me exactly what the issue was, did a very detailed job, not a fast throw on the rack, set the toe and kick it out the door, seem to care, taking my 2nd truck into the shop tomorrow. expect the same good results

My car has been up there two days waiting for an alignment. Picking it up tonight and taking it to Mustang Alignment in Mustang, OK. Big disappointment. This place used to be good and professional. Not anymore.

Merle's has replaced the shocks on my Hyundai/Accent and has also done some work on my Ford F-150 so they can work on about anything. They are always courteous and very professional. Their work is priced right and they don't try to rip you off. I highly recommend them.

Came in for alignment, next I know need a whole new front end... Which us funny since mine is only a year old. Took it by 2 other shops and they said bushings, ball joints, tie rods look fine. Which was completely opposite their diagnosis. I also came to my appointment early and spoke with a customer that was having their front end rebuilt same case, came in for simple alignment and they refused to do the work without rebuilding the front end. Lucky enough that my diagnosis was word for word with his so I immediate left and knew what was happening.

Spent around $1,300 on front end work they claimed was needed VERY bad. Turns out I get there to pick up my vehicle and as I pulled up the technician that apparently had been working on it was pulling out of the parking lot to test drive it to make sure that everything was working properly. He gets back and they hand me the keys and tell me it's ready to go. I pay them for much work that they apparently did and leave. Get on the road and let go of the wheel and it is still pulling VERY hard to the right. WHAT!? Why would you tell someone it is fixed when it is so blatantly obvious that something is still wrong? I call and talk to the owner and he pretty much gives me the run around and says it may be a tire causing the problem. WHY DIDN'T THE TECHNICIAN(S) WORKING ON MY VEHICLE RECOGNIZE AND CHECK IT THEN? $1300 is not just pocket change. Especially when the problem is still not fixed. Sorry to rant about them but like I said $1300 doesn't come easy and even if I was rich I wouldn't want to carelessly toss it away. Maybe they did everything they could have but it sure doesn't look that way to me. I sure hope this isn't a common mistake that they have with very many other customers. I have a fleet of vehicles, literally, and I could have been a very good customer for them but that WILL NOT be happening after this experience.

We had a car break down and this place was recommended to us by some friends. They were honest and fair and treated us very well. I would emphatically endorse this service. Their rates are reasonable and they have integrity, and to me that is huge.We were in a tough spot and a lesser mechanic would have taken advantage of that, but they were focused on getting us back on the road and saving us money. Refreshing.

got a price of over $800 for a leveling kit, told me it needed control arms for a leveling kit that's why it was so high. Having done a leveling kit on this same truck year and style truck in the past I knew better. I called 3 other shops got a quote for less then half price ( no control arms needed).

DO NOT bring your vehicle here. I was a diesel mechanic for several years and worked on pretty much everything under the sun. I put new tires on my truck and wanted to get it aligned. I knew for certain that everything but my track bar was good on the front end. They came up to me with an $1800 quote saying pretty much everything was bad. I said ok and left, went down the road checked everything to make sure I was right and even brought it to another place to check it. $196 later my truck is fixed and aligned. I was smart enough to know they were lying but who else has gone there and gotten ripped off for this much or more. I ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM HERE

BEWARE! Bought $1416 with of nitto tires 6 mo ago. Went to do first rotate and balance and the center caps had been locktite on. Destroyed 2 screws to get caps off. Guy at front counter took offense when i just let him know. Then set appt for 12:30 as thats when "guys get back from lunch". Rotate and balance took over 2 hours. When picking up the truck they saw as how it costs $62 for rotate and balance. I let them know i purchased from them, they said if i can find my receipts then it would cost less. Who does not keep track of work performed except someone hiding cash from feds? Then upon leaving tires are STILL not balanced and i got screwed for $62 for absolutely nothing. Never EVER do business with these folks. Also while in the office there were roided out men discussing steroids with guy at front counter.

They were quick and efficient. Not super helpful, lady at the front could be a little more I give a dang, rather than I wrote it on my notes.... I don't know if it got done or not! Me well is there someone I could ask? Her..... Idk but the shop is behind our building go over there. I did and found know one there. By that time I was just thinking....kiss my butt, I got better things too do. I'll think about where I spend my money next time. The work was great, the parts were ordered fast and efficient. My complain is customer service! If a customer has a question about work that was done, who ever it is in your business, it's thier job to take care of it, even if it's the janitor. Without the customer know one has a job.

WOW! These guys are GREAT!! Talking to other shops about my new diesel build, then talking to these guys, hands down Merle's is THE BEST! There knowledge is OUTSTANDING and dealing with me isn't always easy because I am a very demanding person, but these guys are great! The shop is clean and professional and I highly recommend anyone needing any aftermarket done to there vehicle to take it to Merle's, you wont be disappointed! Thanks to ALL the guys there! After 9 days awaiting parts to repair my car, (I was told 2-3 days) I'm still waiting. Their only answer is "I don't know".The parts are 3 hours from here (OKC-Dallas). I hope their work is better than their service or I'm screwed. Yikes. I did offer to go get them, no response. Asked to speak to the owner. Didn't get to but did get an answer finally. The parts arrived later the same day and they will get it done tomorrow. The work ended up good. They don't know anything about the electronics. When they told me I could pick it up the electronics had to be reset with all panel lights staying on. I had to come back the next day while they got Toyota's help. After I got home, I found the spare tire components apart and just thrown in the back. I don't know why they used the spare but I had to clean up and reassemble their mess. Paper mats and plastic were also left in the front seat. I cleaned that up as well. Right now I have a slow leaking tire where they worked that wasn't there before. I think I'll go elsewhere to get that checked out. At least the front end drives well so far. I have a long road trip coming up. A little worried. Wish me luck on that.

Just had to say thanks for a job well done. 6 weeks ago Merles rebalanced some tires I bought somewhere else and did a great job. Should have come here in the 1st place. 3 weeks ago I bought some US Mags with 3 bar spinners and some new tires for my C1 vette. Great price from Merle's. Spinner adapters didn't fit quite flush to the hub face and even the US Mag Dist was surprised. Merles had the adapters machined down a few thousands and now they fit flush. Must have been a manufacturing glitch. Customer service and communication was excellent throughout and they have me for life. Thanks Trey! BH

I took my car to Merles to get a alignment, dropped the car off Thursday before closing and got a call Friday evening say I needed new lower control arms and ball joints. Recieved a quote of $650 dollars to get the work completed. I let them know that I would be picking up the car. Once I got back I received a $53 bill because the techs spent a whole good 30 seconds looking under the car and noticed it needed some repairs before the alignment could be done. I wouldn't have minded paying the $53 if that money would be going towards my alignment once I fixed my car and would have brought it back. Instead the owner tells me his guys have to get paid and he spent over $400,000 on his alignment machine and it needs to get paid, as he is texting on his phone when he is telling me all this. Nice job D**** Head I've never been so upset with a business that I created a Google account just to leave this review. Take your car to Mustang Alignment before this crappy place. I should have taken the advice people told me when they said to never go here.
