Excellent service,excellent employees. I hit debris this morning after the storms and got a flat tire. They didn't charge a flat tire fee and the new tire was only $56. We were very pleasantly surprised with that amount. They are awesome! And there is a 4 yr warranty on the tire. We will definitely stick with Hibdon's for tires.

Came in after 5pm today with a flat and a slow leak 2 tires. Not a good afternoon. Hibdons fixed the leak got me a new tire for the vw beetle I drive got everything fixed in less than 1 hour! They were even nice and the price was reasonable. Thanks hibdon!!!

They couldn't remember who got there first, I guess, so I just had to wait in the waiting room for about 4 hours. Even people without an appointment would finish before they started on mine. Been to two or three other Hibdon locations without these issues.

They had my car for 4 hours to install sensors and mount and balance new rims. Paid $95 bucks as I drove home which is about 10 miles from this particular location my tire sensors lights comes on. I take it back the following morning and they say "oh you have to bring it to the dealer to get it programed" First they should have told me before taking my money, and second I call B.S. because I get them programmed all the time when I used a different location. Anyone considering using this location beware.

Save your time don't go here Went in at 10 said will be ready about noon. Noon came said o it coming along said ok fine. Then at 2 said look this place sucks didn't even have it about ready WILL NEVER GO BACK!! Went to Goodyear and they had it done in 2 hr.

I needed my Tag Lights replaced, & waited 1 1/2 hours to get Two tiny lights that should take less than 10 min to do. Next time I'll buy them myself & do it even tho I'm old & disabled. I watched how its done on YouTube while I was waiting. Sadly Hibdon is Not like it use to be.

This use to be my go to place for oil changes and tires and some repairs. But one time they told me I needed new rotors but my brake pads were fine. Didn't make sense to me that the pads were fine. Took my Tahoe to a mechanic who showed me my rotors and they were fine. Since I have the free balance and rotate, as well as the lifetime alignment I'll still get my oil changed here, but no repairs anymore. There prices are about the same as the dealership regarding repairs.

have spent thousands with Hibdons this year and I've had nothing but trouble nearly every time I've come in. Just finished a 3 day ordeal for what should have been an hour long job. Made an appointment, which was pointless. Ended up having to leave because they hadn't even pulled my car into the bay after 40 minutes and I couldn't risk being late to work. My husband brought it back by another appointment two days later to get the oil changed, brake light replaced,tires rotated and the brakes looked at. (I had my brakes redone 6 months ago and they are already back to being loud) and he was there for hours, only to leave and discover that the car is now pulling a hard right. I paid $200 for an alignment 6 months ago and it was still under warranty. So he got to return again the next day and spend another 3 hours there while everyone sat around and argued with him instead of working. They tried to get tire rod money out of us, which is something that had also been replaced 6 months ago and was still under warranty. Might as well go to Wal-Mart, same service. Black woman at the counter was the only competent person in the whole place, I feel sorry for her. Sick of both expressway locations. Done.

What's the purpose of scheduling an appointment online. I arrive approximately 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. Took an hour after my scheduled appointment time for a technician to even touch my vehicle.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They broke my gear shift and didn't tell me. Then when it came time to fix it they broke to other parts of my car. Then to top it off they put the wrong part on my car and tried to act like they did me a favor.. Ha ha that's a laugh. Buyer beware.

I was not satisfied at all with the service that I received at Hibdon Tires Plus. They told me that I needed more work done than was actually required or recommended for my vehicle. The parts that they were going to charge me for I found at AutoZone for a fraction of the price, the part numbers were the exact same! I feel like they are crooks that are trying to get an extra dollar out of you. I wouldn't recommend to anyone!!!!

Absolutely amazing service today! Wayne greeted me as soon as I came in, I explained my problem, he assured me they would do their best to fix it within the hour. It took only 30 minutes, even though he said it may take longer and the problem was fixed significantly. He explained everything to me and it was free of charge. Fast, professional, and polite! I had an appointment for 2 PM for wheel alignment. I got there at 1 50 PM. it wasn't till an hour after I had arrived ther did they took my car. The sad thing both bays had been open for alignment.

SLOW!!! I appreciate mechanics doing due diligence and doing the job right, but not the lack of mechanics on duty is just inconvenient. This is a fast food tire shop that offers free flat fixes. Once they know you are there for the free service, you go to the back of the bus.

Had all 4 tires brand new , the very next morning had a flat. Brought the car in the next evening took more than an hour to replace tire even though I was the only person here for more than 20 minutes . A lady came in 20 minutes after me and she was done in less than 30 minutes . So I guess they do forgot who comes in first . Next time I'll go to my dealership instead

I've lived in Oklahoma long enough the almost subconscious compulsion is to go to Hibdon's for your tires. And over the years I did. With this particular store I find it best to set an appt and then have a ride. Wait times are pretty intense as they do more than just tires and that can take time. The lifetime warranty is something that they do stand by. Having said that, I've had to take a vehicle back on two occasion because the alignment wasn't correct. The last time I was in, the report was that I had a great deal of work that needed to be done on my brakes, (not why it was there) As it was nearly 400 dollars I took it to my regular mechanic as I'd been having no brake issues. He found nothing like what was reported. I can only assume the wrong information was put down on my paperwork at Hibdon. To assume anything else is accusing them of fraud and I'm not willing to do that. The communication has been poor when I have vehicles in for service, I shouldn't have to call after two days to check on a vehicle.

I had a special order for my new truck. This was at 8:20am, I kid you not Greg had taken my order, and had my tires within 2hrs if not less. I showed up, my 4 tires were put on in less than an hour. Overall Great customer service, best tire shop. Specially when these tires are really hard to get.

Lied to my mom a women in her late 60's about cracked rotor break bleed. Wanted over 400 it was false. I changed it No crack and any good mech. Knows u dont have to bleed breaks if you take break res. Cap off.
