Its every bit of what these people has said about the place, friendly, timely, and professional in every aspect of this repair shop. I had both sides of my front inner and outer tie rods replaced and even done my breaks and an alignment in approximately 3 hours flat. I will be using them more often in the future. They saved me around three hundred dollars today. Freddie's Discount Tire has proven themselves to me. So let me add to the positive feedbacks for them because they really have showed me that it can be done faster and cheaper then the rest.

Firestone Tires have always been one of the Premier brands of tires in the USA, until they had that little setback some 20 years ago or so. But they are still around, and they still make good quality tires, and if you are in the need for some new tires for your car, Firestone is a pretty good place.

I ahd once given this place a five star rating but I'm editing my review because their posted hours are del. 730am to 6 pm and I came back to get my car at 556pm and they are already closed for the night and I am MAD ABOUT IT. I called and spoke with David. He went back to look for a tire for me. Was on hold for 15 minutes. Someone picked up and asked who I was holding for and let me know it was David who was looking for a tire and wheel for me and would be right back with me. I was on hold for another 5 minutes then hung up on. I called back and before I could say anything I was put on hold for another 10 minutes and then hung up on. When I tried calling back 2 more times I was hung up on when the phone was answered. A simple, “no sir we do not have a tire and rim for you at this time”, would work just fine. I am not making a stink, it is just a tire and rim, but how much more business can be lost by bad phone etiquette. May not be a concern but I thought I would point it out

Great customer service and way quicker than the "other guys". It only took 20 minutes to get a flat fix when the name brand shop down the road told me it'd be a couple of hours. On top of all of this the office manager came out and offered customers whatever they wanted out of the vending machine, who does that? Very polite, I'll definitely be a return customer.

We were passing through Oklahoma City and our tire pressure alarm warned us that we had a flat. I got off the highway and searched for the nearest place to get it fixed. I'm so glad that it turned out to be Freddie's! They were super friendly and took care of us immediately. Our flat got fixed for a good price and we were on our way in less than half an hour. As a bonus the store was clean and tidy and the waiting room was comfortable. If I have to have another flat tire I hope I'm near Freddie's!

The appearance of this place does not do it justice in comparison to their work. They are professional, and have an open maintenance bay with cameras to watch work being done wile you wait inside or chairs to watch from outside. I had gone to firestone and told them my car was shaking and they fixed my tire. Well I live pretty close so I didn't feel it shake until I was driving 35 plus to get to work. I went to Freddies on my mom suggestion and I will be going back to them. They not only balanced my tire but told me my tire had fallen out and that was the cause of the shaking. He said he didn't see how firestone didn't see it he found when he looked at my tires and it was bad and noticeable.

I am writing this from Freddies parking lot. I just couldn't wait. I spent a lot of years working in the tire industry so im pretty knowledgeable in this field. The prices at Freddies are hard to beat, that i will admit. But tbeir service after the sale is very disappointing. I brought my car im for a rotation, BALANCE. and tire repair. I sat outside and watched the work being done. Not one single tire was balanced. They took the leaking tire, dunked it in water and threw it back on. I asked the guy that brought me my keys if they balanced and what was in the tire. I was told they DID balance and they found a nail. I was deliberately lied to. I understand the need to move cars out quickly. But to completely ignore what your customers bring their cars in for is not only disappointing but very unprofessional. I mean what if whatever is actually in my tire causes a blowout with my grandkids in the car? Freddies seems to have lowered their standards since the Agnew days and that disappoints me very much.. Freddie would not approve. I suppose now i am headed to a competitor to get the job done that allegedly comes with a Freddies tire purchase.. Great job guys... After arriving home i had to add this because i realized just how LITTLE was done that i asked. 3 tires show 37 and 1 shows 32. So not only did they NOT repair a tire, check the air in all of them, but 2 are STILL missing valve caps. Unbelievable. Btw, im sitting at I240 and Shields watching my tire being repaired. Thanks for wasting my time guys..

So we are from Montana, and are in OKC for a horse show. My truck starts making a loud popping noise under the front passenger side. Only occasionally, then more often. Then by that evening, it's bad. So I got online and looked up places with good reviews, and Freddies is the best and super close to the fairgrounds. The next morning it is grinding loudly and seems unsafe over 30 mph. We fed the horses and were waiting there when they opened. They said no problem, the front end guy would be in at 8am, would check it out and call us before doing anything. They gave us a ride back to the fairgrounds! Got the call at 9am (bad hub bearing- $460 total) and the truck was done by 2pm. They even came and picked us up! We are not the mechanic type and they could've taken us for an arm and a leg if they wanted. GREAT PEOPLE- GREAT SERVICE - WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had scheduled for a review of my front end to determine if I needed to replace my shocks, with the expectation that a certified mechanic was going to perform a thorough analysis with a report on his findings. So after forty-five minutes after my arrival, the front desk clerk informs me that my car is ready and that I owed them $67. To my shock and surprise, I had to ask the clerk what work was performed to justify $67 and can I get an itemized report to breakdown my unscheduled and unplanned repair expense. Mind you, I had an appointment 'ONLY' for a front-end analysis and not a scheduled front end repair. The front desk clerk mention that his Mechanic determined that my vehicle was veering to the left and he decided to realign it without my permission. Now, this is where this situation becomes interesting. I asked the mechanic are you sure that my vehicle needed to be aligned? And he stated "Yes'! I expressed to him that I drove my vehicle over and it wasn't leaning to the left or right. And to drive home my point, I have just had another repair shop on Thursday to align the front end. I had expressed to the Front Desk Clerk and the Mechanic if they cannot show me what work they performed, I should not be obligated to pay for services(Front-End Check) that should have been FREE'! In conclusion, I was very dishearten and disappointed that Freddie Tires on Reno Avenue was attempting to fleece money from a honest and willing customer. I will advise other customers to make sure that they receive a print out in advance before a mechanic attempts to fleece someone that is unprepared to fork over your hard earned money without an advanced notice. I just sent my information to the email address you listed. I'm looking forward to hearing from you soon to discuss my experience at your retail establishment on June 4.

Unfriendly atmosphere. Did not honor my extended warranty on tires, when the time came for them to be replaced. Gave me the run around until warranty eventually expired. Employees oftentimes expressed unsolicited political views, when they'd here they're like-minded visitors expressing their unsolicited political views. Keeps TV in waiting area on state run news media, (Fox & Friends News) which encourages the harassment of minorities, who are quietly minding their own business. Employees oftentime forget to place caps on tires. Will never buy tires again from them, nor give a recommendation for anyone to shop there.

I have been a long time customer of Freddie's and went there today for the last time. I went in to get alignment,brakes,and some wheel bearings done and front shocks. To my surprise they tried to jack up the parts that were being delivered at no charge. I asked why the huge markup and was told by some smartass kid that the owner sets the mark up price. But I could clearly see him entering the prices in the computer it's sad that a company who does great work is willing to loose a loyal customer over a price gouge. Probably should look into firing Jordan so you dont loose more loyal customers
