If you value your time I do not recommend. To “save time” decided to stay local for oil change and warning light diagnosis on my Odyssey. Arrived at 8:30 am for an oil change and asked them to check warning light. They immediately took the van back and said I was the next one in line. After 2 hrs the van arrived back out front. I was never called back to the desk as they were busy and have continued to answer phones before helping those standing in front of them. So I waited in line again. When I got to the front of line was told he needed to go back and ask what the mechanic found out about the warning light. Took another 15 min to as they de ides to clear the code and see if it could have been the oil pressure. So it was a short 2.5 hr oil change and warning light diagnosis. I think most shops can perform better.

I called and spoke with one gentleman about an appointment at 3 p.m. oh, I showed up a little early I spoke with a different person they were very nice pretty soon my truck was in, truck aligned. I spoke with the mechanic that aligned it he was nice also. Smooth operation there at Prattville

I went to Cecil and sons in Prattville and just had them balance my tires and check my brakes because they were sqeeking. They said there was dust on the brakes so they dusted them off but they still squeak. They did balance the tires however there forgot to tighten the lug nuts on one of my front tires. I could have had a fatal accident as I take avery Dr to work every day. When I finally realized why my car was sounding like it was falling apart my brother and son in law came and jacked my car up in the middle of the street in 100 degees weather and my tire was literally about to fall off. I called the tire shop and they asked me to bring it back in to make sure there wasn't any damage so I did. I asked if they were going to do anything to compensate me and all I got was a free rotation and balance next time. Why would I want to go back? So everyone is entitled to their opinion but mine is not a very high one for this tire shop. Sorry.

I will never shop here again! Even though I was treated good, the young man who brought my truck back around front accidentally backed into another customers vehicle causing damages. The young man informed his supervisor and another employee and not one of them ever told the customer that his vehicle was damaged! They just watched as he drove away!!! Not very good business!

Cecils in Prattville, PLEASE HIRE MORE HELP! Over 3 1/2 hour wait for what should be a 30 min job is ridiculous - and the 15 minutes I was told it would take once my car was pulled in there - now over 30. Did I get bumped? Do you have only 1 mechanic today to do everything? I've been here since 9:45-10:00am. It is now 1:49 pm. NEVER AGAIN. Thanks for ruining the 1st half of my day. I should have left at the 2 hour mark! Addition-i just got my car keys. It's 2:17.

Not even one star. Told them to replace a tire because it's over a year old and done.. So they put a patch in it.... Get it back to work (not even 5 minutes away) and the tire is flat again..... Funny thing is, the guy wanted to do more work on my car lol! You can't even plug a tire! Why would I let you fix my breaks! most importantly, listen to your customer when they say they want a new tire. Basically flushed 10 bucks down the toilet. Thanks boys! Won't be back

Luke was very helpful helping me pick the correct tires for my suv. Price was very reasonable. However on the way home my low tire pressure light came on. All four tire pressures were low. Three were at 30psi, one at 28psi. Now I’m suspect of the complete installation. Suggest a complete QC re-evaluation of all completed work.
