I went to this place only because it stated "NAPA Autocare". Of course with my Infiniti being old, A to Z wanted several thousand dollars worth of work done on the car. I just paid my $100 diagnostic fee and picked up the car. I'll trade it in instead. That's fine and dandy. However the reason for the 2 stars is what happened that hasn't been rectified. Some money was left in the car, stupid me. It was gone when the car was picked up. Owner said he'll investigate but haven't heard back yet. I can edit/remove this review when problem is resolved. I trust the counter guys, I just don't trust what happens to personal items when it goes to the shop. Make sure the car is empty when you take it in.

I brought my car in to be looked at, and the guys were friendly until I decided to get my work done somewhere else. I was then told I would have to pay a $70 diagnostic fee that was NEVER MENTIONED before they would return my car to me. I was not warned of this directly (they say there is a small sign and a notice on paperwork but I was instructed not to fill out lower half and that it was for techs which is where I'm guessing my notice of diagnostic fees is written). Never before have I been charged for diagnostics. I understand needing to pay your guys, but I'd prefer it be in an honest manner. The estimate they gave me for work was almost double what I heard from other shops. BE CAREFUL with these guys and make sure you ask all your questions before dealing with them.

Took my car in for tie rod repairs. The car drives much worse than when I took it in. I took the car to Honda and they said the work was done improper. Had to pay another $400 to get it fixed. A to Z will not work with me on a refund so I have now decided to seek legal council. Do not go here

These people are crooks. I bought two brand new tires for 300 bucks on 7/2/16 and later that evening the TPMS light came on so I took it back up there on 7/1/16 and they told me oh nothings wrong with your sensors but you do have this metal thing in your tire, that'll be 15 bucks.. we get on the road that evening and the TPMS light comes back on thirty minutes into the drive. I took it up there today 7/15/16 because I can hear the sensor bouncing around in my tire.. they tell me that'll be 89 bucks!! What! They clearly did this to my car and they want me to pay for this!? Are you kidding me! My man calls up there and some dude tells him the sensor broke cuz we drove it on a flat! Are they ignorant or something!? I just bought these tires, no one drove anything on a flat. These people are straight up crooks and I'll be calling Scott hines with kfor!

I was a customer for 15+ years but this current staff just does not seem to care if they have business. I had an appointment scheduled 4 days ahead. I get all the way there and they're like oh we're not doing that kind of work today. (Apparently they werent doing any work as I was the only one in there and there were no cars in the shop) No apology just "you can come back tomorrow or nothing"... Well I'm sorry I waited 4 days to bring my business to you when it clearly doesnt matter if I take it elsewhere.

Ok here’s my review after settling down from yesterday’s HORRIBLE experience. My husband called A to Z for an alignment on his business Bucket Truck. He knows that this is a heavy truck and cannot be serviced by all shops so he explained what kind of truck it is over the phone. The man on the phone said it would be $80 for an alignment and to be there at 1:30. My husband showed up and upon arrival, he was told it would be $100 instead of $80. That was annoying, but fine. They took the truck back and then realized the “truck needed a part” to complete the alignment “properly” (which from other customer reviews and people we’ve talked to, seems to be the norm for this shop.. “sure we can fix it... oh wait.. it needs a part... so that’ll be 3x more than we originally told you it would be..”). My husband, being mechanically inclined, unlike these “ASE Techs”, looked the part up on NAPA (because they assured him it was a Napa part) and found that the actual part is only $40. On our detailed bill it says the part is $106.90, $66.90 MORE than the actual part price. So my husband declined the service because it went from $80 to $100 to $290.18. Absolutely ridiculous. After he declined service, the man said “ok that’ll be $99.50”. For what? A “vehicle maintenance inspection”. Want to see what that looks like? I’ve attached a copy of it to this review, along with a copy of one we’ve had done at Hibdon Tire shop that was a COURTESY and what a REAL inspection should look like. This “A to Z” shop doesn’t know courtesy or honesty or respect. You’ll pay $100 walking thru the damn door. On top of all of this, after my husband was forced to pay $99.50 to get his keys back (the police should have been called at this point as the shop had stolen our property), he left. He was starting to get on the high way, his hood popped up. Furious, he drove back to the shop to talk to the “owner”. He told the owner what happened and told him to go close his hood. He wanted the man behind the shop to witness and fix the problem. Instead, one of the men behind the counter bucked up to my husband and said he was going to go close the hood. My husband told him to not touch the truck, but the worker did it anyway. Another time the police should have been involved. To have your workers buck up to my husband (what were they thinking they were going to do?) and act like that in a “professional” setting is appalling. I know we won’t get our money back, you guys probably NEED the $100 to stay in business. You can’t fix a thing, something else is always involved and that’s how you tie these poor people in. Morally, your shop is pathetic. Everyone that is thinking of going here to get their vehicle “fixed” needs to think twice. Not 1 thing will be fixed and you’ll pay at least $100, no matter what. We’ve reported this whole thing to the BBB on top of the other 3 bad reports you have.

They wanted to charge me 2000.00 to fix something that cost 50.00 dollars I refused and told them to send my car back to me when I got it back my Cadillac converter was stolen off my truck while it was on their property or during the transition to their property. When I called to get the situation cleared up the manager was very rude and didn't care about the situation that happened on his property. I paid them 269.50 to tow my car back to me the same day instead they kept my car and returned it the next business day with a missing Cadillac converter. I work very hard for my money and I'm very angry and disappointed with this company and I advise you to stay clear of this place. I need to know if anyone else has had problems with theft with these people...... THIS IS NOT OVER BY A LONG SHOT...

Had a blowout throwing me up on the curb and ruining two tires! Went in to get tires replaced with road hazard warranty. Was told that there was a square hole cut in sidewall and road hazard wouldn't cover it. How do you drive on tires that have a hole in the sidewall?? Especially 30 miles. I was told that manufacture wouldn't replace tires so they wouldn't. I didn't buy the tires from the manufacture.......I bought the tires from them!! Always extra parts needed. Kept car far too long for work done. I'm Through, Just Beware.

Just got my 69 ford F100 back today. Had A to Z replace steering box and power steering pump. These guys are great. Have bought tires for all of my vehicles from here over the years. Top notch service and competitive prices. Great experience from start to finish. Their auto detailing shop does great work too. This shop has absolutely disgusting business manners . No one in the shop is ASE certified and they usually guess on most repairs . You have been warned ! To clarify ,I sprained my ankle And was refused immediate medical attention . I basically had to beg to go to the doctor after A-day and a 1/2 and Kevin refused to file Workers compensation. Now that I have more free time I will probably pursue this With the appropriate legal counsel. I have the entire incident on paper and voice recordings . A to Z automotive Discarded me after I injured myself no differently than if I were just a Broken machine . And now Kevin wants to act like nothing ever happened and he is a perfect little business person. Don't trust this business owner or his sons .I did and I got burnt .

We were staying in OKC for a short time (we're from out of state) when our tire indicator light came on. We called half a dozen service places before we finally called A to Z and they said they did nitrogen in tires and we could just drop by anytime (Our car tires originally had nitrogen in them). They were very courteous, checked and filled all of our tires as needed and we were out in less then 10 min.

This place is a joke. The "pre-approval" flyers everywhere are a con and they prey on those who are already in a vulnerable position. The pre-approvals they promote so much are actually lease agreements who charge double the cost of the work, have several fee's for even on time and early payments and tax you on every single payment. Additionally the vehicle was picked up one day and broke down with several more (and different) issues the very next day. The car was only driven 7.4 miles before other issues arose. DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY REGRET IT.

My husband and I bought new tires on 03/25/2016 and since then 3 of the 4 tire valve stems have busted on us. On 06/17/2016 we went to the shop to have them fix the tire that left me with a flat on I-44. I was late for the first day of class this week due to another bad valve stem from A to Z Tires. I definitely let my whole class know not to go to get tires at this horrible place. We paid for good tires not pieces of crap that would break in less than 5 months from getting the tires. I will gladly let people know not to go to A to Z Tires because they seem very helpful but they give you crap tires that break in less than 5 months. GCR Tires off of S Council Road have fixed the other two errors from A to Z Tires. Unfortunately A to Z Tires will not have our business anymore. Do yourself a favor and try a different tire shop. Stay clear of this one! Review left from a very irritated college student who was late for class due to a crappy valve stem from this crap shop.

I would choose ZERO stars if it were an option!! Spoke to Michael at least 3 times. We dropped off the car because it was overheating again and they had replaced the water pump less than 6 months earlier so we wanted to make sure the water pump hadn’t gone out again as it is under warranty. They came back with a $688 quote to replace the radiator talking fast about his 0% 90 Day no interest financing. We decided not to repair the car as it is 12 years old. Michael called back several hours later offering to repair it for $600 and again offering his 90 day no interest financing. (I can buy a radiator, hoses and thermostat for $100 online). I again told them no and we would pick up car the next day. Due to logistics issues we are having the car towed home with our towing service and all of a sudden they have a $69.99 Diagnostics fee before they will release the car. Never told us that when we dropped the car off, nor the other 2 times I spoke to Michael on the phone. In my 40 plus years of car ownership and numerous dealings with auto mechanics I’ve NEVER been charged a diagnostics fee when we opted to not repair a vehicle.

Every guy there was super polite and helpful. I put notes in my truck with special requests and when I called to make sure they saw them, he not only said the owner was made aware, but he made sure his whole team knew. I could go on and on but the simple fact is, I'd definately work with them again. Thanks again guys. I hate to say it, but I was shocked that I spoke with at least 3 different people and they all treated me and my issues with the same consideration and professionalism. Now a days, I dare you to find that with any business (except Ridgid Constructon of course : )). This is without a doubt the most honest and trustworthy group of people I've ever dealt with in the automotive repair / tire business. I have several stories to support this statement but rather than write a novel here, I'll keep it to just one. I recently took my F150 to the Ford Dealership (I'll refrain from naming them) and had my oil changed with what's called The Works which means they check all the fluids and rotate tires. They say they do a 26 point check with this deal. When they finished, they told me I needed brakes on the front and it would be $200 unless I needed rotors in which case it would be closer to $650. They also told me that my brakes were almost metal to metal and I needed to make a decision about it quickly. I told them I didn't want to do it that day, left and immediately called A to Z because I had taken my son's Jeep there a number of times and two of my other stories come from these Jeep repairs so I knew I could trust them. A to Z quoted $160 for the brakes and they sent me coupons that included one for a free brake inspection so about 2 weeks later I finally had the time to take it to them (worrying the entire 2 weeks that I was going to end up needing rotors if I didn't get it in). I even told them what the Ford place told me about them being metal to metal. So I dropped my truck off and they called me about an hour later and said I still had about 10,000 miles left on my pads! That's about 6 months for me! Given that I had told them about what Ford said, they could have changed my pads and charged me the $160 or even told me I needed the rotors and I wouldn't have doubted them because after all, the Ford place said the same thing. I would never have known the difference. They didn't do that. They told me the truth and saved me all that money. Ford allowed me to stress for 2 weeks thinking I was going to mess my rotors up and they tried to charge me $200 - maybe even $650 - for brake pads that still had 10,000 miles left on them. The Ford place treated me like I've been treated my entire driving life. A to Z treated me right. They are honest and they do excellent work. The repairs to the Jeep which ranged from steering parts to fuel pump to new tires were reasonably priced and the Jeep has been running great since. Highly recommend.
