My wife went to get a simple tire repaired. It was not a side wall issue, just a small hole in tread area, and a simple patch would do, but the guy there tried to convince her she needed all 4 tires replaced. She explained to him that the vehicle was a lease and would be returned soon, but to no avail, he wouldn't repair it and wanted to replace all 4 tires. It did not make economic sense. This is not how an honest outfit works, very disappointed in this kind of up-selling, there is just no need for this kind of approach. Obviously, repairing the tire doesn't make as much money as replacing 4 tires, but do the right thing.

Great spot on Cleveland's Westside to get tires! No frills no elaborate waiting room. Just guys with some jacks installing tires. Fast pit-stop service indeed. Call ahead to see if your size is in stock, if it is you' ll be back on the road in a timely manner. If you need a special size they can get it. Highly recommended!

That sickening feeling you get when you go to get your tire replaced in good faith and the guys think you did something to the new tire to warp it in order to get a new tire because of how symmetrical the hole is and looked like someone cut a hole in it!!!! And will "replace it this one time." Because "we have had people who have come in who did a small boo boo to their tire and want it fixed." I have been coming here for years without issue or accusation. I understand there are people who are not honest in their transactions. If I messed up my tire its on me. I have never had issue accepting my responsibility. I didnt even know the tire had a warranty! I was honestly hoping for grace. But I think today just may be my last.

Getting a flat tire is not a fun experience... However, the guys at Tireman made getting it fixed easy. The best part is how they take the time to explain exactly what happened and what they did to your vehicle. I saw them do this with every customer that was there at the same time as me. I really left feeling educated about my vehicle.

Incredibly fast, pit crew style service. First come first serve. Pull into one of their parking spots, they jack up your car and service you on the spot. You can have new tires, a balance and rotation done in a fraction of the time it takes NTB or any other big tire franchise. When I last had tires done, There was a line ahead of me of about 5 customers. They served everyone including myself at incredible speed for a busy Saturday morning. In and out in under 1.5 hours, even with the line ahead of me! Did I mention they have better prices than every other shop I've been to? They do. Only tire shop I use. And for any reviewers claiming they're thieves or shady, there's no reason they should ever have to be inside your vehicle for the services they provide, so that just sounds like false claims.

BAD BUSINESS!!!!!! I will NEVER go there again. Friend of mine ran over stuff on 480W coming home from work. Two flat tires, one spare. I took an air compressor down and filled the one bent rim will enough air to make it to Tire Man. We barely made it there at 4:51pm, just to get rejected. The "Owner" Bill was even there, and let his employees turn us away,and mind you not without protest! We pleaded with them that the car was driving away on a flat, they didn't care. So with a middle finger in the air, my friend drove off,and with a middle finger in the air,this is what I have to say about this business. Zero skills to a business leader in our community. Shut them down. --------Bad business-----

Great prices and they're very knowledgeable on their products. One of the only places you won't be charged a bunch of fees for disposing of the tires or having them mounted. The only down side is they move like they're underwater. You'll be waiting hours for a 10 minute job without apologies or explanations. A fair trade off for the lower prices, but still an obviously negative factor, especially for a "fast pit stop service" establishment.

I found a nail in my tire on Saturday morning so I quickly looked up a tire service shop that was close to me and I found Tireman. Seeing how they were only open until noon on Saturdays I left immediately and got there at 11:50 only to find out the shop was closed up and the doors were locked. I called and asked if they were still open and the person on the phone said they were closing down. I explained that I was right outside and I really needed some assistance because my tire was going flat. I finally convinced a mechanic to come out and look at my tire. Even though they were still technically open he said I would have to pay a little more since it would probably take him 15 minutes to patch it (oh the tragedy of not leaving work the minute it closes). I hesitantly agreed to pay him an extra $10 to do the job that he was still on the clock for. Next he asked me if I had cash to which I replied no. He followed up with the excuse that they had already shut down the credit card machine for the day so he couldn’t do it unless I paid cash (even though it still wasn’t noon). After I left I took my car up to Broadview Auto Service about five minutes away (which also closes at noon) and the mechanics were willing to patch my tire without any fuss. I also didn’t have to pay anything extra or in cash. The lesson here is that if you have to pay someone extra for doing their job while they are still on the clock, it’s pretty indicative of what kind of business they are running.

I went there the other day after running something over to get my tire plugged. First off the hours of operations was incorrect i had to wait half hour longer than expected . The staff made it clear they were aware they have the wrong times posted online and seemed to not care. After both guys inspected my tire i was informed my brand new tire was damaged beyond being just plugged a new tire cost over 100 bucks. I took it to my dealership had them fix it with no Other issues to the tire. Just a nail in it.

Went there with a bad tire. One of the workers offered me a used tire, I said if that will work. I feel as I've been taken advantage of. After 2 weeks I thought I was needing a hub bearing. My mechanic informed me that used tire the man offered me could eventually mess up my hub bearing. Now they will not give me credit for the used to Even buy 2 brand new ones. Said I asked for the used tire when I simply was coached into buying it. LOST MY BUSINESS AND ANY OF MY FRIENDS OVER A $30 USED TIRE THAT THEY GOT FOR FREE !
