It is over. Finally I have two matching tires installed. Leaving car and waiting 4 days and seeing the cheapest possible non matching (they did not ask) tires installed was frustrating. No refund but having the update was only option offered so I can have matching set (apparently it is too much to ask). Another week of waiting no call no information no response to calls finally stopped by at store to see a human face .On top of it they failed to save the information on system (milage, car, phone number, etc.,, and finally store did not recognized appointment I had to swap the tires. It was bad but it seems they are busy and I don't think they are going to miss by business. Bad management and customer service but very hard working employees at shop.I wish them good luck.

Very positive experience. They were friendly and quick to assist me. However, I went to this same location last year for an oil change and had to get my rotators fixed because they were rusty. This year, same thing. I went in for an oil change and had to get my rotators fixed. The dilemma is that the repair for rotators is hundreds of dollars. I don't mind getting my rotators replaced if they need it. However, i find it odd that a year later, they need to be replaced again.

Mike at this location was a life savor. Our flight was cancelled last minute to NY and we had no choice but to drive to a funeral in a car that had a nail in the tire (under tire discounters warranty). We drove to this location a few minutes before closing and one man refused to look at it because they were closing, which is understandable but he almost refused to even look at it. Mike came out, took a look at it, and set us up to get it fixed quickly. Best guy there and would recommend this location to people for Mike. Thanks a bunch!!

Never again. Had a nail in my tire about 6 months ago and was told that they would not plug and seal nails and no place else would. I went to NTB, but they had a 2 hour wait at that time. I needed the tire fixed that day, so I went back and bought a new tire here for about $300. Had a screw in my tire today, took it to NTB and it was plugged and sealed within 20 minutes for $33.

Staff is nice, however do not go here unless you want to wait all day. It is currently 5:51 pm. I arrived at 3:30 pm with an appointment for new tires. They just now informed me, they are placing my last tire and have to check my alignment still. They quote it will be another 20-30 minutes before my car is ready. It should not take approximately 3 hours to replace tires and check alignment. They apologized for overbooking which is not my fault. If you want to overbook, you need to inform your customers prior to starting working on their vehicle.

Worst service I've ever received. Unprofessional management, ridiculous pricing, and incompetent technicians. I was told they could handle something more complicated than changing tires, but a simple brake job proved to be too difficult a task to get "done" in less than four days. Brakes went out the day after having all new lines, master cylinder, brake pads and well over $1k. This place is a joke.

I bought new tires in Kentucky before I moved to Tennessse. While it was a little more than I wanted to spend I got all the warranties and everything. Just a few days ago I ran over something and got a huge knot on my tire, I went in and the manger told me they were all booked that day but I could drop it off as early as I wanted the next morning and they would have it done by the end of the day. I dropped my keys and paperwork in the night box and by lunch I got a call that it was done. No questions asked or money out of pocket the warranty really paid off and it was so easy.

Great service at a good price with ever friendly staff. Have been there 3 times since they opened; the first two times, they didn't charge me for the work they performed (repairing a flat tire)--unheard of but within their company policy. Then, I walked in without an appointment on a busy Saturday morning and hoped they might be able to work me in sometime that day (I requested a tire rotation and repair of a brake problem). I realistically expected to have to wait hours to days for the diagnosis and repair. Not so. They rotated my tires and completed the brake job within 3 hours and 10 min of my arrival (that included the time it took to have my vehicle's parts brought to the store). Crazy awesome. Thank you again!

My wife came in for a tire rotation and came home with 6 lugnuts missing. I was told by manager to come in today and they would take care of it. Now I was just told that when my wife brought it in, the lug nuts were already missing. BS!!!! Maybe they lost them on the last rotation.

I made an appointment for 10:00 for a tire rotation. As of 10:40 my car has not been moved at all. When I asked about this, I was told that the appointment time means nothing. It just means that they will work you in when there is an available bay. I don’t appreciate the careless disregard for customers in this case. My time is valuable too. I don’t understand why they take appointments if they are not going to honor that time.

We had a great experience here! We went to Firestone on Highway 70 first and they were extremely rude and said they couldn't fix the tire. They said we'd have to buy a new one for them to help us. We went here and they were extremely friendly! They repaired our tire for no charge. I enjoyed a cup of coffee and their wifi while we waited. HIGHLY recommend!

I have used Tire Discounters since they opened in Bellevue and referred many friends to them. The location is convenient to work and home and I have always found them to be professional, honest in their assessment and competitively priced. And I love their signs! I went in yesterday to have one of my tires checked as the low pressure warning had come on (and it was visibly low) - for the second time this week. The tire pressure sensor valve warning has also been coming on. They called me within the hour and said my car was ready - they had checked all 4 tires, all were overinflated and they could find no leaks. I had no problem believing I had overinflated my tires but I found it hard to believe there was no leak. I said I might be back in the next day or so (if the tire leaked as I expected it to). Today the low tire pressure warning is back on and the tire is visibly low (20psi when checked). I took the car back to have them check it again. When I walked in there were 2 people in line in front of me and one person came in behind me. The 2 people working the desk attended to their customers and then went back to their paperwork.. no acknowledgment or eye contact. When one salesman became free he asked the man behind me what he could help him with. I walked out.

Great Juggling Act! - Scheduled a rotation & balance with Kyle at TD Eastgate. He was very professional and accommodating on the phone. Then, later that day when I came to store for the appointment - Kyle was slammed with many other customer demands, mostly walk-ins. Not only did he handle my scheduled work, but he also managed the walk-in business in a just and favorable way. And in between all of this he managed to take incoming calls from people looking for tire recommendations and handled in a patient, friendly, and professionally consultative manner. Hats off to this guy - TD is very fortunate to have him on their team. And no, I am not related to Kyle - this was the first time I ever met him!

Brought my truck in for an oil change and emission fogger leak test. I paid $133, for them to quote me $570 for an EVAP hose. They still never explained which part was leaking for me to fix, just that it would cost 570 for the hose. Not sure if they just do not care or it was a scam attempt.

These guys are great........good work.......good price.......and a nice pleasant (clean) place to hangout while getting work done. They have TV, Internet access, magazines, and even cold bottled water (included - AKA: FREE). Seriously, this is a nice place and with food nearby (walking distance) it's a great place to get work done for a very reasonable price. They are willing to get you in on short notice, and are far and away the best place to get an alignment on an aftermarket or lifted suspension. If they can align those well, they can align anything. I don't go anywhere else, even other Tire Discounter stores (I'm talking about you, Cherry Grove...).

I am currently still in a state of shock since I left Tire Discounters. For a little backstory, my tire pressure light came on in my car when I left work Wednesday, 08/02/17. I have one of those air pump things that hook up to your car's "cigarette lighter". I made it home and the next morning, aired it up. Light went off. Cool. I drove quite a bit on Thursday and everything was fine but then this morning, Friday, August 4th while I was on my way to work, my light came back on. I had left early because I planned to stop at the grocery store but instead I called Tire Discounters to see if they could either replace the tire, patch it, or something. The guy who answered the phone was Anthony. I explained my situation and Anthony agreed it was very likely a leak. I asked if there was anyway I could stop in but seeing as I had to be at work, I didn't have much time. Anthony told me that there were three appointments in front of me but if I wanted, I could come in, they would throw my spare on, order me a tire, and tomorrow morning, I could come in and they could "NASCAR" it. One, I thought that was hilarious and two, I was more than stoked because the next day I would have available is Thursday. When I got to the store, a man who I learned to be Roderick approached me. I told him my situation. He fully understood by time crunch. He discovered a nail in the side of my tire meaning my only option was to replace it. Then after confirming that my car is all wheel drive, he sadly informed me that it's recommended that I change all of my tires. I came in with the expectation of a free patch or a discounted tire (because I have the road hazard warranty). Now I'm being told I need four new tires and its going to cost $750. Can I just go ahead and die now? I asked how low my other tires were and he said I was getting close to needing new tires anyways so that cushioned the blow a little but not much. I reminded Roderick that I had to be at work at 9:45 and it was 8:57... In the most serious manner, he said, "You are about to witness something you probably didn't expect to see today... I'm about to work." (We all laughed about it). I'm not going to say I doubted him but if I was late to work, I was going to be indescribably irritated about it. I'm hanging out and after a little bit, I see my car being backed out of the bay Roderick pulled it into. I looked at my phone; 9.16. Surely he wasn't done.. right? WRONG. He pulls my car up to me and tell me he's done. He quickly let me know my purchase entitled me to a free alignment but that would take 20 minutes so he gave me a certificate so I can COME BACK LATER. I made it to work with two minutes to spare. I still don't know how I feel right now. Not only did Roderick deliver great customer service (like they normally do at this location) but he literally went above and beyond for me. Like so far beyond, I can't even see it anymore. I have friends who wouldn't go that far out of their way for me (sad, I know). I'm truly baffled and amazed. It wasn't until I got on here to write to you all that I saw that he is the general manager of the Hwy 100 location. I can definitely see why. I went from having an alright morning, to wanting to crawl in a hole and die, to feeling awesome about spending a small, unplanned fortune. Thank you for taking the time to read this. And thank you Roderick and Anthony. I'm speechless.

I use to take all my cars to Tire Discounters for any maintenance needs. If anyone asked where they should take their car I would suggest Tire Discounters, after the service I've received at different locations the past few times I've went I will walk before I ever take my car to a Tire Discounters again. After spending hundreds of dollars not only did both my cars come back in worse condition than I left them in, but the original problem wasn't even fixed. After taking it back to get it fixed the problem still wasn't addressed. I was even told to come back on a less busy day multiple times. Tire Discounters if you can't properly perform the services you offer maybe you shouldn't be offering them. After posting this to their Facebook page I got a concerned response about how they want to make it right, they told me to email them. So I did. 5 days later I have yet to receive a response. Don't offer a service you can't provide!!! I've gone to the Batavia location as well as the Mt. Orab location and my service was horrible, I was charged for an alignment they didn't do, and after taking one of my cars back for a third time they told me I would have to get new tires before the alignment will be fixed. All the while still charging me for the alignment! I thought robbing people was illegal? Apparently not when you call yourself a business.

They do quality work. I've always been happy with the services I've been provided. However, time always seems to be an issue here, even when checking in. As other reviewers have stated, appointments are more or less general estimates. I had an appointment at 2:00 pm. I arrived at 1:35 pm. There were 2 people in front of me. It took 25 minutes for them to get through 3 customers (including myself) and take a phone call. Thank goodness I got there as early as I did, because I was checked in right before 2:00 pm. This long wait to check in has happened to myself and my husband multiple times before. In the employees defense, their computer system seems to be incredibly slow. Not the employees fault, but as a customer it's inconvenient. I asked for an oil change, tire balance, tire rotation, and tire alignment. As other reviewers have discussed, they tried to talk me out of getting my tires balanced unless I felt unusual vibrations while driving. They do this every time and they seem to be the only place that tries to talk people out of balancing their tires. It's quite odd. They also charge quite a lot just for balancing tires. I'm not sure what their issue is with balancing tires, but be prepared if you ask for it. I specifically go here because I bought an alignment package for unlimited alignments for 3 years. I thought it was a good idea when I bought it, but this is something else that always seems to be an issue. The oil change, rotation, and balance were done within an hour. The alignment however, was going to take an additional hour and a half. Apparently someone was in front of me for an alignment, which is why it would take so long. Of course, it was the service that I had already paid for. I appreciate them always coming to tell me the additional time the alignment will take, but isn't this something they should know when I make the appointment or when I check in? If there are a certain amount of people in line for an alignment and alignments take a certain amount of time, it just seems like common sense to warn the customer from the get go. So, again, what's the point of the appointment? I'm not sure if that unlimited deal was worth it considering the very limited amount of alignments I've been able to get done.

Took 3 days and 3 separate trips to get what I needed, and then then charged me incorrectly on top of it all. Day 1: I come in and set up an appointment. They put down the wrong tires size and I have to correct them. Come in tomorrow, we'll have them then. Day 2: I come in to have my tires installed and aligned, they ordered the wrong size tire (after I corrected them the first time), only get the front ones on. Come in tomorrow, we'll have them then. Day 3: Finally get the back tires on and when they pulled my car around I had to remind them to do the alignment because they never did. Then as I was leaving they pull up someone else's ticket instead of mine and overcharge me $100. There seems to be next to zero error checking at all, almost no one verifies what they're actually supposed to be doing.

The folks at Tire Discounters in Bellevue are great! I've been a customer with them for a while,, having had various repairs done, bought tires, etc. I went in today because I had a nail stuck in a tire. I asked them to rotate & balance tires while they had it in the bay. When they returned my keys, I was told there was no charge because I'd "spent enough money with them over the years" and they wanted to give me something. Things like that are rare these days! TD Bellevue has a customer for life! Thanks, guys!

I bought 4 tires a little over a year ago and I have been very satisfied with them. I have gone back a few times for tire rotations. I recently had a flat that I took in to get repaired I dropped the tire off in the morning and returned in the evening to pick it up. I asked if they could put it back on the car for me and was told "not tonight". I think my jaw hit the ground. I was shocked that a tire place could not take 5 minutes to swap out a tire. When I questioned this and told them it would only take 5 minutes (if that) I received a litany of who was doing what and if I wanted to wait until they were done they would try. 4 bays (2 of which were empty) hydraulic jacks, impact guns and a workforce that does this for a living and you cant take 5 minutes out of your day to change out a tire. I can do this with my car jack and my lug wrench in 15 minutes and Tire Discounters cant take 5 out of its day to do this without an appointment. Over a year of a good business relationship ruined over a 5 minute act that will have a lasting effect. My buying power now goes elsewhere. Say good bye to me TD. I will not return for more tires or service. Say goodbye to my friends and family. No recommendations here.

I'm a single mom who has to maintain three vehicles for me and my teenagers. This shop has proven to be trustworthy and helpful. They help me keep my teenagers safe while driving but don't recommend things that aren't necessary or use scare tactics like other places. The price is reasonable too - I've shopped around.

Tried to do business with them but they could not beat Costco for a set of Michelin tires. It is a really pretty store and I am sure for anyone that does not have a Costco membership, this is a great store. The person I spoke to about the Michelin tires was very helpful and understood when Costco won my business. I am giving them 3 stars but if I did not have a Costco membership, this would probably be my 4 or 5 STAR tire store. You could walk to a place to eat or shop if you were waiting on tire service here, but yet again, Costco has them beat because of the nice place they have to look around while you wait.

Bought some tires earlier this year. Wasn't a huge fan of spending over $400 on tires because I'm a cheapo. But I went ahead and did it because this was the least expensive quote I got. Well the past few weeks my tire has been getting low on pressure. I took it in and low and behold there was a nail in it. I did not have an appointment, but my car was in and out in about an hour and half. And my tire was repaired for free! The only criticism I would have would be to have the tv turned on in the waiting room, or maybe some more magazines to read while you wait. All the employees here are friendly, and I will not go anywhere else for tires in the future! Keep up the excellent customer service and great prices!

I was going to buy a used car from a private owner and wanted to have it checked out first. I called Tire Discounters and they said bring it up. They did a safety inspection....for FREE!!! Told me the issues and gave me a quote in what it would cost to fix. I am now able to make a knowledgeable decision on whether I want to purchase the car or not. Dropped car off a day before it was seen. I called around noon the following day, car hadn’t been looked at yet. (Understandable) never hear anything back until I call at 630..they close at 7pm. I ask for an update and was told they couldn’t service my ‘05 Ford Escape power steering pump only the dealer could fix it. Tried to talk to Eric but he left at 5pm that day. I understand people get busy and forget stuff sometimes, but call people to keep them in the loop. If your looking for a repair, choose wisely.

Only one tech in the shop so I understand it wasn't going to be quick as usual but the service writer and the tech got into an argument. He would not stop cussing and yelling at each other inside and outside the office. Then the service manager tries defusing the situation by talking with both of them while I wait on my fleet truck for another 20 mins while no one is working. I had to ask the other service writer to please tell them to finish my truck so I could leave. I am the owner of recovery landscaping and will be taking my business elsewhere. I also had brand new tires put on another vehicle to wake up the next morning with a flat tire sitting on the rim. I was going to get that fixed as well today but after all the drama I'll find another shop.

not a good place. i would give a negative 10 if i could . i spent alot on ac work and tires .and other things .i would not suggest .i had a ford van and bought tires from tire discounters and i was fine then my van broke down and i tried to get some thing back for tires and they did not offer nothing for theses tires so i had to sell on craigslist for half price .i payed 500 for them .they only had 100 miles and never been puntured ..but no help at all thanks tire place no more service from me bye forever..

I called and made an appointment right in the middle of the holiday rush. I honestly expected them to put me off until after Christmas and they didn't. They got me in. Sure, I had to wait a little longer than I wanted and that was ok because it not only was the holidays but my goodness, TIMES HAVE CHANGED! Everybody everywhere these days are in such a RUSH to get somewhere. I took a knitting project to work on and I was fine. Tire Discounters are just a wee bit expensive for someone who is on a "fixed" income such as myself and I am a disabled veteran. The reasons I will continue to take my vehicle to them is because: they are very friendly, they explain everything to you and if by chance you really don't understand, speak up, and they will keep explaining til you do understand, AND because they were able to get me in and get my vehicle worked on in spite of it being the holiday season. They really need a popcorn machine. I won't hold it against them cause they don't.

One time they promised me tires of a certain brand, model and size by next day, then they weren't there. Told me I'd have to wait. It took a bit of work on my end, but I got them to upgrade me to the next weight rating that cost about 50% more, but for no extra charge. And these are the ONLY guys I've been able to find with the proper jig for balancing 6lug Toyota tires: every one else just kinda ball parks the fit and it's never perfect. These guys make my rig run smooth. And the free alignment I got makes my rig run like a sports car. Waiting room is always clean and sanitary. Staff remembers me by name and treats me great, always willing and eager to swap stories. Prices run towards the high end of fair, not sure the best name is Tire Discounters. But if you want great work at a real good price, I'll stake my rep as an X-ASE mechanic and long time car nut on the work they do. I have no other Nashville area tire shop.

I've been here multiple times and they are SO SLOW. Complete waste of my time. If you arent sitting and waiting for your vehicle, youre last on the list and wont be called to get your car until an hour or less before close. Dropped car off before 9am to get an alignment and told my car was finally done past 5pm. Not to mention my car was "LOST" and they didn't know where it was when I called around noon. TOTAL JOKE. Wouldn't let me buy a basic oil change. That's all I wanted, nothing fancy, no synthetic. My car doesn't need synthetic. They seem to think it does and needed me to sign away any possible damage that the basic oil was going to do to my engine. It was a clear lie. I know my 4 cylinder 2.0L engine doesn't require a full synthetic oil. I was told "ANY car after 2005 NEEDS full synthetic oil or it WILL damage your car." Bull. This place is just your typical sleezeball car shop that likely won't even give you synthetic after charging for it. I took my keys and went elsewhere. I wouldn't trust them with my car.

In the back the work is done properly, professionally and with the willingness, time and ability to actually talk with you about your vehicle. I have utilized this facility multiple times with multiple vehicles. You do have to wait your turn tho; every time I've been there they were busy as heck. Collectively, our family has visited the Tire Discounters store in Bellevue on three different occasions. Each time, we find that the employees go out of their way to be kind and accommodating. They have fixed our tires in a timely, excellent manner each time. There's no doubt that their staff is highly trained. Most importantly, in an age when customer service is often severely lacking, their superior customer service is refreshing. We will be back and hope to purchase our next set of tires there.

Made an appointment for 0900. One replacement tire and rotate with 3 tires turned around so white letters facing in. I was there at 0850. It is 0947 currently and my truck hasn't been touched. I count 4 techs in the shop. This place is a RIP OFF. Warranty is rarely worth it and a $30 per tire installation fee is double that of other stores. Shop around. 0920 truck got moved to garage 0950 tech finally put my truck on lift 1030 putting tires back on 1045 out the door *edit I sent an email to customer service as the reply to this review suggested on Oct 2nd 2018. Still no response. They keep getting better and better.... I will keep this review updated. December 18th, 2018 still no response. March 27th, 2019 still no response. Lowered to one star.

Had my lowered Acura TL in for an alignment. Purchased the one year warranty. My car actually drove worse after taking it to them the first time. The car pulls left rather hard. Took the car in again and they say there's nothing they can do and that I need to purchase all new completely adjustable suspension for them to get in right. Adjustable upper control arms on the front and two sets of adjustable arms for the rear. Of course they never said anything the first time my car was there when they gave it back to me out of spec. The front tires on my car are now trashed and they weren't cheap tires. I would advise people to take their car to a place that doesn't hire random idiots that don't care. My car drove better before those idiots touched it.

Since I was so fed up with Costco, I was excited to give this place a chance since it was a lot closer to home than driving all the way to Charlotte Pike. I could not be more disappointed. I even waited quite a while to write this review because our first few experiences were so bad. I figured it was just typical of new businesses getting settled in, but no – this is the way it is, all the time – each time being worse and more unbelievable than the last. First of all what is with all of the good reviews? Obviously these people have been paid to leave false positive feedback – that or they are either lucky, blissfully ignorant, or idiots. Once again, deceived by the reviews. I should have known better this day in age, but like I said, Costco had driven me crazy. I was desperate and vulnerable. To make a long review not-as long as Yelp: We have learned that you no longer speak with an employee at the physical location – all calls are routed to a call center in Cincinnati and they make the “appointment” for you. Quotations because it’s not really an appointment, they just kind of assure you that it will be done that day and that they are very busy. Found all of this information out when we dropped off the vehicle. This visit, the attitudes of the employees were more dark, defeated, and jaded. The guy told us how so many people have complained but there is nothing they can do – it’s all up to corporate. He even offered us his general manager’s name and number, but told us it wouldn’t do any good. Another little tidbit of information: They don’t do “Balances” unless a customer complains of vibration issues – just rotations. The guy at the counter actually told us that “…the guys might have had a little too much fun the night before, so they might not get the balance right.” …unbelievable… Tires slowly wear as you drive your vehicle, people. They need to be re-balanced periodically to ensure you DO NOT experience any vibration issues – hence why you get the Rotation AND Balance included with the purchase of a set of tires! So now I have to hide my tail in between my legs in shame and begrudgingly head back to Costco or somewhere else. What makes it worse is that we have to pay for another lifetime rotation and balance plan (yes, that’s right say it with me: B-A-L-A-N-C-E, you know – little sticky weights and a machine that spins the wheel real fast – tells you where to stick them…) SMH I believe this is what is known as a “stupid tax” which we have paid in full. Lesson learned. This review might sound somewhat petty but I just cannot put into words exactly how each one of our visits went down. The attitudes, incompetence, and lack of caring extends far beyond what anyone could expect even on the worst day. Let the buyer beware.

Do not get this place mixed up with Discount Tire, they are the ones you actually want to take you vehicle to! I was told if I had my vehicle there by 5:45pm they would be able to install my 4 wheels prior to their closing at 7pm. I arrived at 5:45 and was turned away- brought it back on a Friday morning right when they opened at 8:00am- and was told they could not install my 4 wheels until WEDNESDAY!!! Almost a full week- seems odd a tire place is unable to install wheels for 7 entire days...called up Discount Tire on charlotte ave and they had me in and out within an hour...Cant attest to the actual service but their customer service is lacking

Got the tires fine, took about two hours, but couldn't get the free alignment because the only had one specialist and he was out. If I could give a lower rating I would. Previously had my oil changed by a GM certified mechanic and as soon as they touch my car it has problems. When taking or putting in the drain plug they stripped the thread ruining the plug and my oil pan. One of their little rachet monkeys (who are probably not certified by dealer training) probably used an airgun to tighten on something that does not requires excessive tightening. I am extremely disappointed with my service, now I have to spend 150 in parts and hard telling what amount in labor to get my car fixed to the condition before I brought it in. They said it was also leaking which I find hard to believe because I park my car in the same spot at my apartment complex and have never had any oil residue under it or in my spot. To top it all off they stated that it was not their fault it was the previous mechanic fault. To me from a business aspect if it did not look normal why did they even touch it before calling me to tell me that it is now broke and only have the option of putting a band aide on it or spending 800 dollars for them to fix. Very unprofessional business here and will not be recommending to anyone, hate to see what they would do to someone getting tires or a brake job.

My first experience with the Eastgate location: Yesterday, I took my car in (without an appointment) due to a slipped belt. I have bad luck with tires and wasn't looking forward to paying for a new one (or two) for my SUV. My car also needed an alignment. They got me right in and figured out the issue within the first 15 minutes of me being there. First, let's talk about Brenda. You will usually see her when you walk in and she has EXCELLENT customer service. She took care of my problem and helped me purchase two new tires with road hazard warranty. Her customer service went a long way, because my mood quickly changed from bummed to satisfied and happy. A customer was being so pushy in one instance (one person can only do so much at a time), but she handled that extremely well and that customer event left happy. Next, let's talk about the work done on my car. Every time I get my tires worked on, new/used ones mounted, etc. the balance is usually off. After this visit, the balance was perfect and remained as such. Also, similar with the alignment. At other TD locations, the alignment would still be off after the first try. For example, if it would veer to the left prior to the visit, after the visit it would veer to the right. Well with this visit, the alignment was perfect and my car goes straight again! Did I mention this alignment was FREE with my tire purchase? Upon waiting, I was seated in a great sitting area with tv and complimentary snacks and drinks. For a girl who can't sit still for more than ten minutes, yes it is taking some discipline to sit and write this, waiting on car work isn't the most fun part of my day but it flew by fast thanks to the environment in the waiting area. I have used 4 different TD locations and on two occasions, a different chain. I highly recommend TD Eastgate if you want quality work and great customer service. Thank you Eastgate TD!

They do good work BUT after calling them out on false advertising on the free alignment, because on their signs it says free alignment with the purchase of 4 tires and it says it when you are on hold on their phones, so they offered the free alignment with my 4 tire purchase so i made an apointment at 1pm for the next day. I got there at 12:55pm and checked in and dropped my keys off. I walked my kids to the next door mcdonalds and came back at 1:50 and my car hadnt even moved! I talked to the guy at the front desk and asked what was up with my car?! He said i think your tires are here (because the day before they said they were coming from the warehouse), what do you mean you think they’re here?! I had an apointment at 1! He went in the back and came out and never said anything so i just kept sitting in the waiting area. There was no sorry we’ll get yours in shortly or we are running behind or anything. My car finally got pulled in at 2:10. At this point im mad as heck cuz iv been here over an hr and iv got a 3 and 5 yr old that are stir crazy and my car should have been done by now and not just being pulled in. Finally my car came out at 2:20! They called me to the desk and said my total was $480! I was like i was quoted $409! He looked through the computer and he had charged me for the alignment so we started over and he got it right. Next i was spose to get a $50 rebate because on the website it said if you buy 4 then you get a $50 rebate. Come to find out you only get the rebate if you put them on your tire discounters credit card! It doesnt say that below the tires! It just says buy 4 tires and get a $50 rebate card. Come to find out the offer also says expires 12/31/18 and its still posted on 1/4/19 on there website. Very very disapointed! Took 2 1/2 hrs to get tires put on, didnt get a rebate on the tires and the service sucked. Don’t plan on going back here for new tires again. Worst experience iv ever had getting tires! This company needs to get their act together.

I had a great experience. I called before showing up to make sure they were available to help patch a tire with a slow leak. Showed up, with a full charged phone and headphones for the wait, told them what was wrong they were friendly and took care of my flat almost immediately. The wait was about two hours, though this was expected, they had other cars in ahead of me. After about a two hour wait my car was ready free of charge. I previously brought my old car in for new tires and the wait was about the same, three hours, though I had them replace all four tires that time and of course it takes longer for the amount of work. I will be returning to purchase new tires in the future, with the insurance on each tire added on. For shortly after I purchased the tires on my old vehicle I ran over a bit of carcuss on the road and ended up with a sizable bone from a deer in the tire. The TD location I visited was very busy and all the bays seemed full. Four customers were waiting while their cars were being worked on. I simply needed one tire replaced on an old car and could leave the car for a day or two. I came in around 11am, but they still finished my car by the late afternoon and called me to say it was ready. The service writer was friendly and helpful, and the price was exactly what I expected. Great job all around! I will use this location again and will recommend it to others.

Called and talked to Dave. Asked him when would be a good time to come and minimize the wait. He said 1pm. Got there at 1pm, Dave wasn't there, nothing had been already written up (as promised) and I was there for 2 hours getting 4 tires put on. Won't go back to this place.

This location put (cut-rate) balance weights on incorrectly. Damaging my wheels and causing them all to come loose. I’ve been knocking them back on myself, correctly.. but driving this morning, another came off and my truck was vibrating as a result. When I stopped in to have them re-balance and mount, they said there was a 3 hour wait! Frustrated, I went to another Tire Discounters and they too could have cared less! it’s OK Tire Discounters. I found and had Discount Tire Co fix your screw ups. They did it for FREE and put me at the front of the line since it was an IMMEDIATE PROBLEM. Not their fault mind you!! Used hIgh quality, low profile weights too. Been using Discount Tire for 20 years out West and wish I knew they were in Cincy area. They understand what it means to take care of a customer and stand behind their goofs when need be!

I had a flat on the interstate and had to put on my spare. I went to the closest tire place (Tire Discounters) and got 2 new Michelin tires on the back in about an hour.I purchased road hazard coverage and had good service. The next day I ran over something on the road and got a flat on the new tire. We put the spare on and I made an appointment to get the new tire replaced (large screw in middle of tire). They charged me for another $18 road hazard warranty and $35 plus tax to put the other new tire on!! I've never had to pay for another road hazard warranty on a tire before. They told me if I wanted it "repaired" they would only charge for the labor. HA! If I wanted it repaired I could have gone to a local mechanic 5 minutes from my house and gotten it done for $10. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. My son is a mechanic with 15 years experience and he has never worked somewhere that has this pricing policy. BAD FORM.

$360 to do a pressure test for a overheating issue, replace a thermostat and fluids! It wasn't like I could say, no way and drive off. Checked dealer price afterward...was quoted $143 for parts and labor to R&R the thermostat plus antifreeze, approximately another $30. If I had of paid $100 for a tow truck to take it to the dealer, I would have still saved about $90. Don't be a sucker like I was!

I have been using this Tire Discounters for 3 years, and their customer service and workmanship is top notch. I cannot imagine using anyone else for our cars. Seriously, if you are looking for trustworthy, competent and friendly people to work on your car, this is the place to go.

This place is a ripoff, went in to get 2 tires, price quoted was about $40 more than I recalled seeing on their site. Clerk manipulated the results on the screen to make me think the price was correct. Went home and checked online; sure enough the price (installed) was $20 less per tire than what they wanted to charge me in the store. Also claimed to price match competitors, I spent sometime looking up competitor pricing and they told me after all that the best they can do is 10%. Save your time and money, go to discount tire. Don't fall for the free alignment, It's NOT free, you get upcharged an extra $100 for a set of tires, there is your alignment cost right there! Go to discount tire, i found the customer service and expertise to be much better.

I just wanted to drop a line and say that you have "THE BEST TEAM EVER"!!!! I've been coming to your store for a few years now. And I can't say enough good things about your staff. They let me know when i don't need to spend the money on something that some other shop told me that i need to do. I get all my maintance care done at this store. They tell me when I need new tires or other work done. "But they don't try to sell me anything. They just give me the info and let me make the choice. If fact... Sam (I won't let anyone else work on my car now) has saved me thousands of $$$ that this other shop said i needed done. Sam checked it out and told me that i didn't need it. My ER brake wasn't working, and this other shop said I need to to have the whole system replaced. $1200.00, Sam fixed it with $38.00 part. So now when Sam or one of your mgr.s say i need something done on my car. I know that they're telling me the truth. And I trust them to get it done right the 1st time and not over charge me. I tell "everyone" I know to go to this store. Make the drive if you have to, you won't be sorry. I know that we hear all the time about shops that take people for a ride. I just wanted to say from the bottom of my heart. Thank you so much. When the staff at this store sees me coming in for what ever I need done. They don't see a woman to take advantage of. They see a valued customer that needs to be treated with kindness and respect. And someone that works hard for her money, and knows the value of an dollar. Your staff are a true pleasure to do business with. From the staff in the store front to the guys and girls out in the shop. You have a customer for life in me. Thank you again for everything.

These guys need one of two things....more people working, or a bigger building with more people working. Service was what I asked for, just a long wait.

I came here because my tires kept losing pressure and the previous place I took it to did not fix the problem. I came in as a walk in. They took my car, I went to lunch with my husband and ran a few errands. They called me about 2 hours later that my car was ready. When I got there to pick up my car, the guy handed me my keys and said "thank you". I said what do I owe you? He said "it's FREE"! WHAT? FREE? Nothing is free any more. Absolutely amazing. They checked all my tires and removed 2 nails and patched my tires for free! not only that they were super nice and helpful! They gained a customer for life! I will 100% be back!!
