I took my truck in for aliament . They call me an said I need all new ball joints . I told them to wait to do it . I didn't think it was necessary it was it was a newer truck . A day later later they called me an said it's done . I had told them to wait. They were not nice about it at all ... Cody is a new manager. They told me they couldn't do my alignment twice, after i made the appointment and waited over an hour each time. I took it to family car care, it was done under an hour haven't had An issue with it. The guys here just don't want to work.

Great place to go to get tires and mechanical work done. All the salesman are truly down to earth and great to deal with. I have done business with all of the salesmen and have truly enjoyed their customer service. Chaz is who I usually deal with the most and just an outstanding guy. Tim is another great salesman that goes out of his way to give great customer service for example service was very busy one day and I needed my tire sensors reset and in the rain and all he went out and took care of it for me. Brad in service did my oil change, tire rotation and a bumper to bumper inspection even went over some of the things with me about my truck which I found very helpful. The secretary is always friendly and helpful. Millersburg Tire should be very proud of all their workers they have a great group of employees that work together as a team!

Scheduled an appointment for my box truck to get an alignment. They never asked for size of truck, clearance, any info. They just said that it was no problem. When I got there they said the truck was too big. I drive from an hour away and hustled to get down there on time only to find out they couldn't help me. What a waste of time. Next time make sure the truck you're servicing is a truck you actually can service instead of wasting my time and fuel! ***update four weeks later*** The owner was very apologetic. He told me whenever I need new tires he'd be happy to help me out. Today he made good on that promise and I greatly appreciate his help. I originally posted a one star review but am editing it to a three star.

Five years ago I posted my “opinion “/ review of Millersburg Tire. And yes, things change.... The employees, service and products are still the best, which explains why I drive 88 miles, one way, to visit them for my vehicle needs and visiting ! That hasn’t changed, thankfully! What has changed is the ambiance of the reception area! Whoa.... talk about a nostalgic updating! Fantastic workmanship ! Almost worth the drive just to admire the new “ sink...”

I'm a long time customer and had my sons car scheduled for an alignment. They told me the car needed some parts replaced before they could do it. They then explained they couldn't fit me in their schedule until the following week. I explained I needed it within the next 3 days as my son was moving to Columbus. Sorry was the answere. Luckily I went to Village Motors and they worked me in and got it done. They moved things around and had a mechanic stay late.

I have been going to Millersburg Tire for several years. I drive approximately 88 miles one way for my tire/wheel/service needs. The only thing that surpasses the high quality merchandise that Mburg. Tire Service sells is their family friendly, knowledgeable employees. I have purchased many sets of rims/tires for my trucks from them, and had service work done as well. I have ALWAYS been treated fairly, and have been helped immensely with some decisions I had a difficult time making. These employees/friends remember that customers do matter, and they treat you that way. Take the time to drive there and meet them.... it's also a beautiful drive! Dale

I ran over a 2 ft piece of cargo strap with the hook with my left front steer. It stopped me dead in the road with no shoulder. Miller's burg Tire Service responded within 30 mins and had me back rolling with a used tire in a little over an hour. The Service Tech was great, (even in the rain), and they were very reasonable. Great company that sets an example of how customer service should be.

Walked in the day before to get a quote on a pair of tires. Explained that I would be in the area in the a.m. the next day and I was told that the tires would arrive around 9am. I called at 9:45 to check status. The trucks were running late and I was told they would call me in an hour. I waited 2hrs on a call before I started calling around to get the tires. Goodyear on Frank road in Canton got the tires the same say and put them on in an hour. I run my own business and wasted 1/2 day on poor customer service. I finally got a call at 4:43 to see if I ever received a call. What a joke

I am so disappointed in the tires we purchased. After less than a year all 4 tires had to be replaced! I purchased the tires and 2 weeks later returned to shop because of a poor ride. Yep, 3 of the tires were “out of round” and were replaced. 5 months later I noticed the one tire they didn’t replace had a bubble. Took it in and they put on a new tire with only a discount. Now almost a year later I went somewhere else and purchased 4 new tires. The ones Millersburg Tire sold me were bald! I only drive 15 miles a day. You have lost a customer. Never again.

I had a badly worn front right tire and a used tire to replace it. They suggested swooping my best front to the right side and mount the used tire on drives side. They got it done in less than an hour for 28.00 , F550 drives much better.
