Replaced all of my tires on my semi, they did a good quick job. They even found the tires I use, which are hard to find apparently (they had to call 4 or 5 places before they finally got them). Mo is the guy at the front desk, he's nice and will work with you. We'll definitely be back.

Very poor customer service. No one to be found at the front counter so I knocked on the office window where there was a gentleman standing around and he rudely pointed an yelled to go back to the front counter. When giving him information about the tire issues he was rude and disrespectful in demeanor. Highly disappointing.

If I could give no stars, I would. We came to this business based on being customers for more than 2 years, spending a respectable amount of money with the intention of supporting a local business. We presented payment as we have in the past (no issues with previous owners and once before without issue with the current owner) but now, for some reason with no explanation, were denied acceptance of payment. When asked to put the old tires back on with the intention of resolving the payment form by the owners request, he did so begrudgingly. Tires back on, the owner came back in, gave no acknowledgement toward my husband, simply standing behind his counter ignoring him. My husband addressed him asking if the vehicle was finished and the owner stated, "I don't know. Is it?" My husband looked out, saw the vehicle, and asked again if it was finished and the owner replied, "Must be." Upon retrieving our vehicle and with the intention of returning, he noticed OUR KEY HAD BEEN BENT. We had just left another maintenance shop just the SAME MORNING (doing seasonal prep) and the KEY WAS FINE. When asked about this, this new owner denied it. Lastly, the owner DID NOT BALANCE the tires or even give us the opportunity to pay him to balance them, putting our ENTIRE FAMILY AT RISK. Never again. NEVER, NEVER AGAIN.

We were en route to Canada in the pouring down rain when an S hook came off a tarp from a semi truck and became lodged in our tire. East side was over to repair our tire within 20 minutes. They fixed it well enough to get us back to the garage for proper repair, as they did not want to damage the rim on our 2016 Volvo. The proper repair was very important since no shop in the area carried our size tire to replace on the SUV. We feel they were prompt, fair and very professional. They DID NOT take advantage of our bad fortune. Thanks for getting us back on the road for safe travels to Canada. We highly recommend East Side Tire!

Won’t let anyone else work on my tires except for eastside tires from now on! I’m not big on writing reviews but this was the least I could do after my great experience. I drive a lot for my work and just recently purchased a more comfortable work car/gift for myself. My very first BMW. Up until yesterday I had been very unhappy with the car bec the drive was not what I expected. I figured maybe I just had bad tires, so I took my car to ESTTire bec it’s not to far from one of my work stops. Turns out I was wrong. I actually had good tires. The owner Mo told me why I didn’t like the drive of my new car the second he seen it. I had run flats and had no idea it was any different on the rd then the others. A quick fix from ESTTire made me fall in love with my car again. Almost even more then when I first got it. Ty Mo and your awesome crew for getting the job done right and in a timely manner!
