Bought a used '96 Honda Accord Wgn from American Tire Center in late 2011. My experience with used Honda's has been exceptional in the past, so this one seemed like a good buy. Over the past year, since purchasing the car, it has brought me much trouble and has been the most unreliable that I have experienced for a Honda. It did not seem like there was much of any background checking done on the car by American Tire Center. Also, after having bought the vehicle the manager of this auto shop encouraged me to be dishonest to the DMV employees when telling them how much I bought the car for, so that I could escape having to pay more in taxes during the licensing phase (of course I did not take this unprofessional and unethical advice). Very poor experience post-purchase from this establishment.

Gary and his team are fantastic. I called because I had a low tire pressure and even though I didn't have an appointment they took time out of their day to locate the issue. They even went the extra mile and installed a new tire while I was there.

I was in Canton visiting family and my car started acting funny (my car's sign for oil change). On a recommendation from my Aunt, I stopped in at opening on a Monday morning to get my oil changed before the 400 mile trip home. Gary took care of my oil change and we were able to get on the road back home in less than 30 minutes! Service was great and personable! Highly recommend!

I use American Tire for everything possible -- tires, oil changes, small repairs. If they can't fix it, Gary will send you somewhere that can.

Gary and American Tire have always been great. I get all my oil changes there, have minor repairs done, and buy all my tires there, too. On minor repairs, Gary has often recommended much less expensive options. He always seems to have the customer's best interest in mind.
