DO NOT GO HERE! Just purchased 4 brand new tires for our truck, they didn't tighten 4 of the 5 bolts on the front tire, and missed at least one on all the other 3 tires, which we discovered because it was making a horrible noise and causing the truck to shake! This is our family vehicle, and a HUGE safety concern! A tire place that can't put on tires? No thanks!

The guy up front was very good, worked with me on getting a good tire, and the aaa discount. They could be much better if they did the small stuff. I bought $1000 in new tires, when I got my truck back the tires were dirty, the rims smudge with grease and finger prints. Why not clean the tires, spray some shine on even, or even wipe off the rims. That was the disappointing part..otherwise they were good, but I am likely to shop harder next time if that is all they do.

Do not go here! I went in for a simple repair, a headlight on my Silverado wouldn't come on even with a new bulb. I brought my truck in on 2/2, they installed a pig tail on the wire harness. When I left, the headlight was on and I thought all was good, but a few days later it went out. When I called to let them know that the repair didn't work I was told that the mechanic that did the repair was fired for other repairs that were done incorrectly. I scheduled an appointment to bring my truck back in on 2/23, dropped my truck off in the morning, called a few hours later and was told they were working on my truck, but when I went to get my truck just a few minutes prior to closing time I saw my truck parked in the same spot and was told they didn't touch it. I was assured that my truck would be the first one worked on the following morning. After getting a call saying it was ready the next day, I went back to pick it up. I was told it was all set but when I started my truck I had the check engine light on and stabilitrac was flashing. I went back in and told them about the lights, of course I got a puzzled look. I said I wanted the mechanic that worked on it out there immediately. After he saw the engine light on and stabilitrac he asked me to open the hood, at that point he realized he forgot to plug in the mass air flow sensor. He plugged it back in then had to clear the code, this took another 20 minutes as he couldn't figure out where the plug was. If this place cannot handle a simple headlight repair, not once but twice, and cannot stick to a scheduled appointment I would be afraid of what they would mess up with a more challenging repair. Needless to say, I will never return!

I was initially very happy with them. I broke down on 275 and had to call AAA. AAA came and picked up the car and asked me where i wanted it taken. I told them I didn't care, and they recommended Bob Sumerel Tires. The same this was Friday morning. I called Bob Sumerel and told them that my battery cable had been corroded and needed replaced. I could have done it myself in ten minutes, but figured I would just have them do it while I was at work. When I got off at 6 pm Friday, I called them and they still hadn't looked at it. They told me it would probably be Monday, but that they would try to look at it Saturday. At 12:30 Saturday they called and said it was ready. I paid $15 for a Taxi to get there, paid them $60 for a new bracket on my battery cable, and went to leave. The car wouldn't start. They put a jumper pack on it and started it. They told me to drive around for about ten miles to charge the battery fully. Reluctantly I left. I made it exactly 100 yards and the car died. I walked back up to the shop and told them that I broke down again. The office staff immediately began blaming ME! They told me that I needed to go buy a new battery and that mine was junk. I asked them why they hadn't told me this in the first place, and I would have HAPPILY paid them to do it. I finally ended up going to Advanced Auto parts and had it tested and they said the battery was shot, so I spent another $200 to fix my car MYSELF. Now, my windows won't roll up or down, and my sunroof won't work, even though both were completely fine before. All in all it was a bad situation lol. They were really nasty with me about it, and did nothing to try and make it right. A learning lesson for sure. In summary, I would not recommend this place.

They have replaced tires on two of vehicles, and handle all of my rotate n balances. Very reasonable wait time for tire store. Friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. You can make appointments if you like. They will be my tire store for the foreseeable future.

A tire leak that needed air every 2 weeks went to being flat in 6 hours after they worked on it. So, being Sunday, they are closed. I have to now take the wheel off due to them, take it somewhere else due to them, spend more money due to them, and then have no recourse to get a refund because it will soon be fixed by someone else.
