Very pleased with our experience with NW Tires. We were heading out on a kayak trip but one tire on our vehicle was low and we had just refilled it. We took it over to NW Tire and they got us in right away. They found a screw in our tire and fixed it and it and we were able to get back on the road. Kayak day saved!

Called ahead and made an appointment with Tim yesterday. Also called back 30 minutes later to change the time, again with Tim. Went in today for my appointment and he'd no record of the appointment, said he didn't remember we'd spoken, and wasn't going to be able to handle my walk-in business because of the weather. I won't be going back, or recommending them to anyone else. If you use them, I hope you're treated better.

Went in to get two new front tires, was told I also needed brakes and rotors and a new ball joint. Decided to do the ball joint, which was estimated at $260. When I got my vehicle, I was charged $100 more than was quoted. Once I paid and left, my vehicle was making a squealing noise. I brought it back and asked them to resolve the problem as it did not make this noise beforehand only to be told the only way to fix it was to get brakes and rotors. I got a second opinion from someone else in town, and learned that there was a metal piece that was bent that wasn’t supposed to be and was rubbing again the back of the rotor, causing the squealing. Highly recommend finding someone else to work on your vehicle!
